must also mention that the day the headache started (Friday), I had been feeling overwhelmed with thoughts rushing in and out of my mind. Mind was not able to focus. Was not doing work well, had not taken Kali phos. After taking Kali Phos the next day as described above in previous comment, mind started 'clearing', felt calmer and was able to sleep as described in previous posting above.

last nite - had slight recurring pain in left eye and near left cheek bone.
slept overall - well - woke up only once to go / pass urine.
woke up - wanting to feel relaxed - so took it a bit slow in morning. started work but am pacing myself - and only thinking about the 'next step' rather than the entire project to minimize feeling of overwhelm.

A heavy mind is burdened and would be my enemy and causes health issues i think.

First you may try applying coconut oil once a week....if it holds better then the frequency may be increased to thrice a week. After applying the oil, use finger tips(muscular surface not nails) to massage the scalp gently for 5 minutes. Let's see how it goes.

in the meantime ...Journalling last few days -
had colored my hair with indigo on henna - lost quite a bit of hair in the shower. But its the only herbal hair color I can use.
Last few days been feeling a bit more fit and younger.
More satisfied in general- and more happy with friends. Not brooding about past much.

Take Belladonna 200c one pill twice daily for 3 days. Report if it improves the ear pain.

Reporting: The day after I took the medicine - scalp itching in specific spots where hair was less. Washed hair - felt better. Yesterday - I felt very depressed in the afternoon - as if not wanting to do anything - but went out in evening for a meeting. had a good time once was out. At nite (last nite) I was sleeping on left side and woke-up with ear-ache in right ear. Got up and sat and pain stopped. Then went to bathroom and passed stool. Also to deliberately increase saliva, I sat and rolled my tongue continuously to increase saliva in mouth (the ENT had told me months ago that the parotid gland was swollen and that I should drink a lot of water with lemon drops and massage side of neck to release saliva/pressure/swelling). Although massaging side of neck doesn't seem to help, rolling tongue to make saliva in mouth may have helped, as later in bed the pain didn't return. I slept on my back as that seemed to not bring the pain back.

Ear ache not noticed last 2 nites. Swelling still present.
High pitch sound in right ear continues as is.
Had scalp itching near neck line just before bed time. Put water on it, slept at nite. Woke up - no itching. mentaly am a bit relaxed.

One interesting observation- is that I slept through the entire night - some had I had only recently experienced after a long time. Another observation is that 2 people - who I care about got angry at different times with e about something - bu this time I was not too upset about it. Not getting others angry - has been important to me, but I did my duty and although I prefer them to not be angry - I still didn't beat myself up like i used to in the past.

A few days ago had itch in scalp. Dandruff visible/noticeable again. Washed with shampoo and warm water, felt better. Noticed hair fall as usual. Should I expect some hair-fall on daily basis as normal?
Throat and back of tongue had come itchy bumps as if ulcers. Drank milk and ate alkaline food thinking its due to acidity. Throat was feeling a bit dry - so drank more water.
Mind - much calmer - taking it easier - holiday spirit.

But did have ear ache in right ear about three nights ago - while sitting on chair. Drank water and massaged side of neck downwards. Did not notice pain after that but not sure why the lump on side of neck (parotid gland I assume) is still there.

Slight discharge from nose. Somewhat white. bending down, nose a bit runny. Felt good after drinking warm water.

Felt very very overwhelmed with work project and 2 other projects - worked very hard mental intensity high. Felt very very tired yesterday - eyes tired but no sleep till 2 a.m.
Woke up late at 10:30 am - still tired.
Wishing I can sleep at bed time.
Took Kali Phos 6x 1 pill - everyday.
