today is day 2. took my first pill of BD. it has been three hours. now trying to sleep. when i am flat on my back, i feel as though i have trouble breathing with ease. when i put effort and push my lungs to breathe, i am feeling good. i have opened one window at home. like to breathe the fresh air. should i go to the doctor and take antibiotics in addition to BD? or should i wait until tomorrow and complete the course. this experience feels quite similar to my bronchitis/pneumonia which i had a few years ago except breathing is not as shallow. my congestion in chest feels like barking. otherwise, emotionally i am feeling fine.

was able to sleep for about 3 hours, and breathing got easier. am not taking antibiotics. the yellow throat cough - seems to have spread into chest as i get yellow stuff out when i cough deep.

Do you still run temperature?
If you have missed any other symptom including any associated symptoms, worsening/bettering factors, any changes in symptoms after taking BD and please add them to your description.
Continue BD doses one more day after the initial 2 days(three times a day). Avoiding antibiotics is a good thing.

Thank you. Ok will take 3 doses today as well.
Fever and pain in right ear stopped just before I took Day 1 BD. Good thing is that it did not come back. Pain in other areas like face / above right eyebrow stopped about a few hours after Day 1 BD started. All else fine except - that the only thing I have as a problem now is that I have chest congestion - the cough does not come out - and rarely comes out ---> when it does, it's yellow. Face not looking fresh as still have some dark circle below eyes. Again will take rest during day again.

The chest congestion has reduced, have been coughing out whitish yellow phlegm. Throat ache, earache subsided. Still sharp sound in right ear. No fever, essentially all other symptoms subsided, except chest congestion still there with coughing, and sharp sound in right ear. Slept better last night - slept through night. Have been working with focus during day. Slight nasal discharge. Overall feeling much better. Thank you. Preparing for a presentation i have due early next week. Am a bit nervous about it, but will try my best at it. Have not presented in a long time, so this is a big leap for me emotionally.

Ok continue BD doses two times(one pill every time) daily for two more days.
But you didn't mention if you have sulphur 200c and phosphorus 200c and if you can get them within a few days.

The pellets have not arrived yet.
I'm doing much better. Feeling good physically. All the sickness has gone. Still have sharp sound in right ear and still no period, but all else feels fine.
Have been very productive at work, and presented well to clients. Was feeling a bit frustrated as no clients signed up, but overall still positive.

expectoration almost clear, very little cough, mostly cleared.
nasal discharge also mostly cleared. Very slight phlegm in throat. Relative to sick-days, feeling like I'm almost back to normal.

last nite woke up just nce - (vs. the few times waking up every previous nites) to drink water as throat a bit thirsty.
slept fine at other ties at night. scalp not itching much, but very slight itch left at back of scalp where it meets the neck. but noticeably barely any itch relative to last few months and years. feel like i've been miraculosly relieved of a curse. feeling relieved and working hard and quite productive although a bit impatient about getting client.

You mean that itch on scalp meeting neck is better now (within a month)? Didn't it show betterment when you were under k.phos or Lyc.?

After KP - it was great. Then then the itch returned. But now its there but slight, relatively speaking. In the past it used to be too much and was unbearable - used to get better with water or washing scalp. Fortunately now it's not unbearable.

feeling so much better. no pains and itching at almost zero. wondering if i'm judging this too early - will it return? still have sharp sound in right ear., slight itch yesterday at back of scalp just above neckline in scalp, but it stopped by evening.
