Just recording -
felt a bit annoyed when someone responded with something on email, but I did not respond quickly. Waited a while to cool down. Then thanked the person for their input. Am actually trying to 'not respond' and it allows me more time to cool down as it takes my mind off the initial irritated reaction. I read about this in a book, so I guess its helping as well.

Feeling calmer - although I didn't have a chance to find KP bottle yet.
Become more effective in focusing on what matters - so instead of my ind dwelling on the discussion of others complaining, I'm acting on solutions. Forgiving others all the time.
My lower back acted up last nite - so I called my Physical Therapist to get the records regarding what the condition was called when it started last year. In essence my back arches downwards (versus the line of the upper back spinal column) when I sleep on my back at night. The Physical Therapist had taught me to do 'pelvic tilts' just like ab-crunches (taking stomach in), this had helped stop the pain I had last year. Since it is started to come back a bit - will find out what the condition was called. Feeling better when I do the abdominal crunches at nite to realign my lower back in a straight line with upper back.
Slight recurring pain in left ovary area - not sure exactly what it is. Feels familiar sort of like the pain I used to get when I was younger when I used to ovulate. This is rhythmic - comes and goes.

The doctor said that it was diagnosed as 'sciatia' on July 29, 2010.
it has come back - in a small way now as I get slight pain. The Physical Therapist has asked me to see an orthopaedic doctor.

pain has subsided - I realized I had not been exercising correctly with the 'pelvic tilt'. Have corrected my exercise and now no pain - although anytime i feel my hips moving backwards, I do the pelvic tilt to realign my hips with my back.

have been eating more and with less control - and gaining weight. Feeling happier and lighter but also eating more snack food...feeling a bit guilty but still cant resist eating.

Right ear is hurting deep inside and although it lasted only a few seconds - not sure if pain will come back.
The area - can be touched on the outside - it's just above right jaw bone but below ear lobe. slight lump - has been there for a long time as mentioned previously. Can still hear the sharp sound high pitch in right ear.

this scalp itching more today - with increase in my activities doing errands etc. Also scalp itching seemed to coincide with my stress increase related to some work results I have been working on. Had avoided kali phos last few days as I had taken lyco recently.

I used to apply coconut oil as a child. That was before I had developed psoriasis of scalp (described in earlier part of this discussion thread) at age 17.
Over the last few years - I usually get itching a few hours after I apply olive or other oil. Sometimes olive oil relieves for a short time- should I try olive oil again then? Wasn't sure if it is good on scalp given all that my scalp has experienced.
Pls advise as to whether I should use olive oil.

Had right-sided shoulder and neck and head ache 2 days ago. Thought it was because i had lifted heavy bags a few days ago. Then husband massaged my neck and I felt very relieved as if tension was going away, but I started crying ---tears welling up in both eyes. I realized that over the last few months I had developed a deep fear of my husband (as he talks loud and has come across angry), and I couldn't believe that he would actually massage my neck or take care of me. The crying felt as if releasing tension. felt lighter.
Then had trouble sleeping at nite as neck/head ache came back. Then got up at nite and after taking kali phos - the head ache subsided and I fell asleep.
Yesterday felt stiff forehead (felt a bit tight) and some left sided shoulder/neck ache. That went away. have been taking Kali Phos yesterday and feeling better. Have not acquired mag phos yet.
Will get it soon
