Took it the same day.
Sleep has improved at night - able to sleep through the nite with waking up once to bathroom/drink water.
Can sense a level of slight nervousness about issues in life, although trying to approach through problem-solving and trying to be calm. Have reduced the amount I speak, trying to stay poised. Was a bit irritable - and still have some of that irritability.

Got period on the 24th.
Have been feeling uneasy. Feeling as if I'm not doing anything right. Feeling irritated, sad, feel like I'm not getting a great career. Nobody is recognizing my skill/talent or my 'greatness' - funny that I should be using this word. Feeling I don't have an ego and yet feeling 'I' have greatness.

I feel I can never make it right. 2 days ago - visited friend's social gathering, someone next to me was a bit drunk, misunderstood what I was saying and loudly said that I said something nasty about the host (when I hadn't said that). I said no I didn't...but I felt so sad and embarrassed, so humiliated. I guess that's the feeling...humiliated, sad.

Very very slight pain in face / cheek, gums and teeth, forehead. Feels as though this is a milder version of the pain I had months ago.

Today - crabby, annoyed irritated. Feeling that others don't listen, they don't care and they just make use of me when its convenient. Feeling a bit resigned, feel like going off to enjoy somewhere. Feel I'm over-worked and doing for others all the time.

Feeling a bit better today - am taking it a bit easy. No itching in scalp (had washed 2 days ago). Prayed in the morning with calmness. Taking it a bit easier. Talked with friends.

It was surprising to see the effects after taking Lyc 200 - looks like it was working?? - and i hope that means it'll get better...

We'll have to wait and see about the changes. But this dose just gives an idea about the sensitivity. Further doses shall be done in a gentler way in water.

Woke up at about 3 a.m. from sleep with ache - left shoulder side - sharp in shoulder and neck and eye and gums and forehead. The main seemed to shift from one of these locations to another. Recurring with a throbbing feeling, as if 1 nerve was paining. Felt as if it was 1 'thread' of pain connecting one dot on each area: the areas from shoulder to forehead, moving from any one area to the other.

Yes - overall feeling positive and better after an argument 2 days ago - where I was crying after husband got very angry with me, due to his mis- understanding. Seems like he regretted later - but the lesson I learned is that I should not talk much, should rather focus on my work and keep quiet even if life is unfair.

As a supplementary you may take Kali phos. 6x for some days.
Take a dose after a month has elapsed from the last dose of Lyc. 200c in the following manner:
Prepare a medicinal solution by dissolving one pill of Lyc. 200c in a 250ml water bottle. Just before the dose, you need to shake the bottle up and down for 5 times(you will have to do this shaking of the same bottle for further doses), then you transfer a drop to a dilution cup with 200 ml of water. Stir the cup 2 to 3 times, then from the dilution cup, you would take half a teaspoon as a dose.
You will fill the dilution cup afresh with fresh water just before every dose, BUT you will have to keep the medicinal bottle(250 ml one) in a safe and dry place away from sunlight for future use.

Today - although slightly hurting as explained above, was able to work on complicated spreadsheet - with some ease given that they were complicated calculations. Was surprised with the ease with which I did the math.
Did a few phone calls with ease and flair - again was surprised that I handled it well professionally given that at home my confidence is at very very negative about myself.
