Thank you for all your questions and looking into this case. We have gone thru a lot with him without any or little success that we have now almost given up on him. I am answering your questions below. Please let me know if there is anything else you need for Shivan.
What are the health problems you have suffered just before and during pregnancy ? any gestation diabetes /
hypothyroidism ?
I had gestational diabetes during pregnacy and therefore I did not put on enough weight. I was under strict diet
control. So even though he was born full term, he only weighed 5lb 13oz. His weightgain was extremly slow from
beggining since he did not eat much from the beggining. He was crying a lot as infant.
Were you under tension/stress of any kind (physical/emotional) during pregnancy ? were you doing any yoga during
pregnancy ? Any depression during or just before becoming a pregnant ?
Any hepatitis or viral infection got your liver/intestines/uterus during or before pregnancy?
I was under lot of job related stress during pregnancy. most of it was more emotional rather than physical.
No yoga during pregnancy at all. Was just too busy with my high demanding job. No depression before pregnancy.
No viral or hepatitis infection at all during or before pregnancy since I was tested for both during pregnancy and
results were negative.
I hope you would've had blood tests done for the son before ; Found any B 12 , Folic Acid defeciency ?
Yes, we did do the blood work for Shivan before but no floic acid defeciency since I was taking folic acid during
pregnancy.
what kind of food gets his body irritated ?
Honestly I don't know. All I know is that egg does not go well with him. He gets cold when ever he eats just egg
product.... Like boiled egg, omlet etc... if the egg is in cake or anything else... he is ok.
Is he a vegetarian / eats fish/sea food / pork / beef /chicken /meat/ eggs ?
Mostly vegetarian. How ever occasionaly he eats chicken and very rarely fish. No other meat or eggs.
Please list all the homeo medicines tried with him;
I will list as much as I can remember and as many has I have in my homeokit given by other homeopath.

He is very emotional. Does not like social environment. He cries if we have to go to someplace. He doesn't want
to go to any place where there is lot of people of there is a crowd. He doesn't talk to people. When somebody asks
him questions, he hides behind me or my husband. He chews on everything. He Chews his shirt, bagpack, jacket
zipper.... I don't know why he does that.
is his hunger normal/excessive/very low/hungry at night?
He gets hungry just before he goes to sleep. His thurst is very low overall. if i don't ask him to drink water
thruout the day he will not drink at all.
Does he have this syndrom of his sister? take a bite to finish?
No he doesn't have symptoms like his sister. I think my son just doesn't eat at all. He will eat all his favorite
food no problem. Like cake and cookies and chocolates and Icecreams. but nothing healthy like fruit or daal or
chapati... he hates all the vegetables.
find any abdominal bloating before or after eating?
No bloating at all... he is like a stick.. extremely thin from head to toe.
any craving for salt/salt food?
no craving for salt food... just sweets... and lot of it...
how is his sleep? wakes after short naps?
he doesn't take a nap. He just sleeps thru the night. about 8-10 hours at night.
What about the physical strenght/stamina ;
his physical strengh is ok to good given that a amount of how little he eats. however he falls down frequently.
no serious injuries however he does fall quiet often.
Please list as past symptoms and current symptoms
Past symptoms:
Very cranky, angry, very emotional very attached to his father... social anxiety.... don't like people.
Current Symptoms:
he is improving in all these behavior little but not a whole of a lot.
also mention if there is any part of his body which is more thin than the rest ;
He is flat thin from head to toe.... he was always below the chart for his weight... he weighs about 32 lbs right
now... very very low...
which half is more thin?upper half/lower half ?

which part looks like developed well according to age, if any?

2005- Jan 2006. He was born in March 2003 so he would be close to 3 years that time.

Pulsatilla(egg,thirst etc stuff),
Silicea(underwght,warm liking and extended pulsatilla stuff)
and
Lycopodium (mind in every aspect, underwght, cold hating warm liking, sweet etc.)
Since mind is to be considered first, in a non-emergency situation, first preference would be Lycopodium ;;;;
Since a chronic state , Lycopodium 1M is more suited , but I think we should give a chance for 30 c first ;;;;;

One more thing, no other medicine should be given to Shivan on the day of the dose ;
Next Lyco dose would be on Sunday ;;;
On sunday, take a small glass container with about 20 ml of water (make sure that the glass container doesn't stink of the dish wash soap, better buy a new one )
put the water filled glass container in SUN ;; charge it with Sun rays for a minimum of one hour and a maximum of 2 hours (continuous charging is not required), ;;; If not possible , you can even charge for 10 minutes only ;;
then take the container into the shade and put 3 pills into it , wait for 10 minutes and stir to dissolve;;; Give 2 teaspoonfulls as a dose to Shivan ;; No need to give the dose immediately after preparing the solution, you can give it before night falls;

Next Lyco dose would be on Sunday ;;;
On sunday, take a small glass container with about 20 ml of water (make sure that the glass container doesn't stink of the dish wash soap, better buy a new one )
put the water filled glass container in SUN ;; charge it with Sun rays for a minimum of one hour and a maximum of 2 hours (continuous charging is not required), ;;; If not possible , you can even charge for 10 minutes only ;;
then take the container into the shade and put 3 pills into it , wait for 10 minutes and stir to dissolve;;; Give 2 teaspoonfulls as a dose to Shivan ;; No need to give the dose immediately after preparing the solution, you can give it before night falls;

Although you can get mother tincures of Alfalfa ,Ginseng,Aswagandha and Lecithin from India , I was prefering herbal powders because mother tinctures contain alcohol(60% to 80%)and for the 4 medicines, it is too much ;;
Of course Soya Lecithin is an extract, but that's how it's prepared;
The other ones Alfalfa,Ginseng and Aswagandha are powdered roots or leaf (not extracts);I was specific about them because non-cooked herbs hold more vital force(cosmos charge from universe) than cooked ones ; Same case with fruits and vegetables salads ;Vital force supply is the key for a homeo medicine to work ;
But all the 4 items are to be given to Shivan lesser than the dose prescribed on the labels, since raw food may be a bit heavy for chocolate eater ;

When I again rechecked, I saw some cautions that not to be consumed by children , info about soya allergy etc. Hence I take this out of my prescription. Again the FDA ;;
Homeopathically, 1 or 2 grains is a standard dose for children(where as the US companies are printing 8 grains as minimum consumable quantity for adults and children should not consume); People have used here in India , may be allergies are very high in US ;;;
So let's be tension free ;;

oh Thanks Dr Sharma for your eval for my son.
I have Lyco 30c and I can give him but his birthday is on Monday and we are going to celebrate in School so he is going to eat chocolate cake.. (Which was on his wish list 6 months ago). So may be we can wait till than? Also is is going to cause aggravation due to Lyco in him? Do you think?
I have Silicea 6x in my homeokit so I can give that to him. No need to order.
Regarding Ashwagantha and all other powder, we have tried that in a past... he hates it so much. I have disguised in milk shake and juice etc... but he somehow spots it...
I had alfalfa tincture as well but that thing smells awful. there was no way I can disguise that in juice or water at all.

Ok got it. Will give Lyco today and will start Silicea from tomorrow. So when I give him another dose on Sunday no Silicea on sunday correct?

Ok will do that. Will also get the powder as well from India. I think we do get ginseng and alfala powder as well at health store just have to get aaswagantha.

there are no side effects with chcolates or eggs or non-veg concerning Lyco or silicea 6x ;
concerning homeopathic aggravation of Lycopodium 30 , the SUN dose may cause some, but that would help a thrust ;;;
My past experiences with Lyco 200 are most of the times aggravated conditions ; Where as Lycopodium 1M was calm going ;
and
there are no side effects with chcolates or eggs or non-veg concerning Lyco or silicea 6x ;
