Have you given her the Bacillinum 200 ? This is my default remedy for Catarrh and it has usually helped hundreds of cases.
However if she is catching another cold, it will not help.

If Esther started her Flu with an infection in her throat, Gelsemium 200 is not the correct remedy. Gelsemium is the specific remedy for a virus that affects the nose with sneezing and blocking of the nose.
Bryonia 200 in the Wet dose would have helped her better. I have found that this remedy can abort a Flu virus within a few hours provided that the patient is treated early as soon as the symptoms which usually are accompanied with a tickling in the throat which later develops to a hoarse throat and a cough with phlegm. I have discovered that gargling with the capful of the remedy every 3 hours will help to abort the virus better than just sipping the remedy water. The gargled water can be swallowed after a few gargles and more than one capful can be used to gargle at any one time as they both constitute a dose if gargled within a space of 10 minutes.
There is unfortunately nothing that can be done at this stage to help her after the Flu virus has established itself. Allopathic drugs and Homeopathic remedies are powerless to cure a Flu and the patient must rest and drink plenty of fluids till the Flu virus which is active for around 3-5 days leaves the body. The rise in temperature is due to the activation of the body's natural defense system and no drugs like Paracetemol should be used to treat the fever as they do more harm than good. Belladonna 200 in the Wet dose can be used to bring the temperature down.
We can only hope that the cough which is still viral is not followed by a bacterial infection of the throat which sometimes goes down into the lungs. Look out for yellow phlegm when you will know that the virus has been replaced by a bacteria which we will have to treat with other remedies or drugs.
It is essential that you use Steam on a daily basis as soon as you get the steam generator as Esther seems very sensitive to viruses as she catches a cold or a cough very easily.

I just came back from an allopathic doctor. Just bring her to check and confirmed that her lung is still clear and there is no throat infection at all. So look like I can only give her gelsemium 200, may I know how to give her.. one day can give her drink how much and what is the dosage 3 drops or what.

Things get worse at now 7.50pm. She cannot eat and drink and keep on vomitting. She also vomiting a lot of phelgm in yellow colour. So I gave her ars alb and belladona 200.

You have already made the Wet dose with Nat Sulph 6c which you are giving Esther. You will make the Wet dose of Bryonia 200 and Gelsemium 200 in the same manner.
I shall copy the instructions on making the Wet dose below again
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack aka Liquid Dilution in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
If this is not available the Dry dose in pellets may be use but this is not as effective as the remedy in the original Ethanol pack
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle or 5 Pellets and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.

Things had gone very bad and her wheezing was gone bad as well. Giver her ars alb 1 drop to 1 tablespoon of water. But still cannot stop her wheezing and her airway was badly blocked. So no choice I bring her to allopathic doctor and nebulize her and clear the pathways. Now she feel much better as least can drink water. Yup I checked with doctor that is the bile not the phelgm.

How should I give her the Galsemium 200 and byronia 200. Is it I will make 2 bottle of both medicine. Then which one should I use to gargle or mix both and gargle.

It is obvious that she has caught a violent virus which is disrupting her health including her Asthma. At this stage of her illness you will have to abide by your doctor's advice as I do not think that the Bryonia and the Gelsemium can help her.
We can only hope that the Nat Sulph 6c in the Wet dose can help her Asthma which is her main ailment which we had partially succeeded in controlling. You can continue to give her the Nat Sulph as usual but I do not advise you to give her the two other remedies today as I doubt that they can help her at this stage of her illness.

Just now an hour ago I gave her Byronia 200 and do a wet dose and give her 2 capful. After giving her can see her cough had reduce a lot. At least not continous cough.

Things get very bad after 2 hours. My daughter complaint she can't breathe so no choice I had to admit her to hospital. After Admitted her the doctor diagnosed her mild pneumonia with yellow thick phelgm. So had to take antibiotics and neubralize her coz the doctor said her lung is filled with a lot of phelgm. So temporary I had to stop blatta until she discharge.

So now had to finish off the antibiotics as well the doctor also prescribed ventolin due to her cough was bad.

I have been away in Hospital for some tests which have all come out OK and hence the delay in replying to your post of 1st for which I apologize.
You have done right in warding her in Hospital for her Pneumonia which I would not dare to treat with Homeopathic remedies.
You can contunue with her BO as usual during her hospital stay as it will only help her Asthma.

Day 31 cough during 8pm 5 times can hear the cough is like got infection type. Give her blatta at 9pm and steam at 10pm.

This few days I have been given her blatta but her cough seems to getting worst after stopping allopathic. I also given her steam twice a day morning and night. yesterday 2am she had a bad cough. So what should I do to stop her cough scared wait need to admit hospital again.

You will have to depend on your doctor to diagnose the reason for her persistent cough. If it is not infected all is well but otherwise she may have to continue with the antibiotic.
The steam inhalation will help to liquify her phlegm and if you feel that her chest is heavy you can resort to a therapy which involves the patient being kept face down on a bed with pillows under her body to ensure that the chest is at a higher level than her face which is left over the edge of the mattress.
She will then be given about 5 minutes of steam inhalation and will be placed face down on the bed directly after the steam. You will then tap her back with your open palm from the base of her lungs upwards to her neck for about 5 minutes to promote the flow of mucous from the lungs down to her mouth. You will find that her phlegm will be expelled and this will help with her cure.

I think his infection already cleared since the doctor give her 3 types of antibiotic to be taken at same time. We had finished the course. According to doctor she had to take singulair till her cough stop but instead I change to blatta which will provide the same result.

This should be Day 38, she had a cough at night so I follow your therapy and tap her lung where her lung is higher than her neck, after tapping can see a lot of phelgm being expelled out from her nose. After that the whole night till morning she never cough. But in the afternoon around 2 pm she had a bad cough. So I used the same method and she also expelled some phelgm not as much as the first time and after that till night she never had a cough.
