i am taking Lycopodium 200 and Asafoetida 200 as u prescribe.

Coughing and Flu:
Kindly prescribe me for Severe Cough and Flu that i am having from last week.

Symptoms:
Greenish phlegm Excretion while coughing with pain in chest.
Greenish excretion from nose.
Light fever with Full Body pain and General Weakness.
May be its due to Cold.
I have taken cough syrup and panadol but Cough and Flu is still there from last week.



kindly also prescribe to my Wife for her problems on following forum.She has provide information of her ailments in very detail.

Dr.Kadwa thanks for your kind suggestions and time.

I have taken Gelsemium 200,Belladonna 30 and Merc Sol 30 as the last two remedies were only available in 30 potency so i used them. My Flu has Completely gone. Thanks to you.

I also want to tell about other problems for which you have prescribed me Lycopodium and AsaFoetida 200 for 10 days.I have taken the same.


UPDATE on my Symptoms:

1-Heel Pain:
In the first some days while having remedies i feel Some relief from pain but still from last some days i am feeling severe Pain on the bottom of the HEEL and Back of the HEEL.
I have also bought new better quality Gel Heel pad for further safety and using this.
Massage in heels gives some relief.

2-Lower Back Pain:
No major Improvement in Lower back pain which starts after long sitting on chair in office. Moreover pain becomes worse while sleeping in straight positions.
Massage by hand on lower back gives me relief me form lower back pain temporarily.
Lower back exercise(Knees to chest exercise) also gives relief but i am not doing exercise regularly.


3-Severe Burning Sensation in Chest(Heart Burn or GERD):
From last 3 days i am feeling severe burning sensation in chest and it is getting worse.
I am taking Omeprazole 40mg orally once a day in the morning plus Motilium Tablet for fast relief, but this only gives temporary relief.
Spicy foods creates more burning in chest. Please note that i am not in stress and tension right now.

4- No Improvement in Gastric Problem but i felt Improvement in Bloating.

4-No Improvement in Whitish Sticky Foamy Mucus excretion from mouth after eating anything especially Spicy and chilly foods creates more mucus.I have to
Nasal Blockage feels improved sometime but most of the time one nostril is blocked.

5-Sleep is good but i sleep so long hours in the night and even then i feel sleepy all the day.



Other Symptoms:

SCALP in hairs and face is also dry.
HAIRS are falling and thinning day by day.

Severe Forgetfulness(MEMORY PROBLEM).
Severe Loss of Concentration.
Feel laziness, tiredness and sleepy all the day.

BETTER FEELING : When in fresh and open air, ,likes Lightness everywhere, Feel better and comfortable in morning and i love to be in Sunlight.

WORSE FEELINGS: When it's Raining or Cold weather, Darkness. Feel uncomfortable at Sunset in evening.

i have taken Sulphur 200,Nux Vomica 200 and Rhus Tox 200 twice a day for 10 days.Following are update:

1-Heel Pain:
No Improvement.I am feeling Severe Pain on the bottom of the HEEL and Back of the HEEL with walk.I am using Gel pad in shoes but not getting relief.

2-Lower back pain :
No Improvement in Lower back pain.Pain starts after longtime standing or walking or sitting on chair in office. Moreover pain becomes worse while sleeping in straight positions.

Feeling Improvement but there are blisters on inner side of lips.

4-Bloating.

Feel Improvement in Bowl movement while taking above remedies but now its not very good and not passing stool daily.

8-Feels Improvement in Nasal Blockage but sometime most of the time one nostril is blocked.

9-No Improvement in hair falling and HAIRS are falling and thinning day by day.

11-Feel sleepy, laziness, and tiredness the day.

12-SKIN PROBLEM:
In January 2017 Dermatologist has diagnosed me Lichen Planus and said its mostly due to stress and anxiety along with other causes.
By your suggested remedies it was cured but now again after 1 year almost i am again having itching on my Chest, thighs and near Penis and on Scrotum.

i am Feeling Severe itching and need of rubbing on my Skin and it becomes reddish.Oiling of effected place gives temporary relief.




Please Prescribe me i am worried especially about Lower Back Pain and Severe Heel Pain as due to these i am feeling difficult on my job.

thanks for advising.

i want to ask that i have got Nat Mur 200,Calc Fluor 200 and Sulphur 200 but Merc Sol is available in 30 potency in shop right now.

So can i take Merc Sol 30 otherwise 200 potency will be available in 1-2 days?

Further i want to ask that all four Remdies can be mix at once in water or i should take all seperatley?

12-ANXIETY/Tension/Pressure of Exams and other symptoms:
My exams are in June and i am feeling severe anxiety and pressure for my preparation and due to this i am feeling following symptoms:

-feeling of despair, anxiety or worry
-feeling that you i will not be able to get through enough work or preparation before the exam
-Felling that i am having less tie for exam prepartion.
-An inability to concentrate or to think clearly
-Increased heart rate or a feeling of panic, perhaps even leading to a panic attack
-An inability to relax because i am feeling guilty that i am not working
-Sleep is not sound and unable to sleep comfortably.
-Urine and Stools comes suddenly and severe Flatulence in Pressure and Anxiety.
-Appetite is reduced.

13-Sleep Problem:
Sleep is very much disturbed and not sound/good and trouble in falling sleep and continuously thinking about exam and due to this all the day feel sleepy.


14-PREMATURE EJACULATION Severe:
From last 2-3 weeks i am feeling severe Premature Ejaculation (i.e ejaculate after just entering) and feeling poor control over ejaculation (it may be due to ANXIETY/Pressure/Tension).

I have taken Thuja 30,Gelsemium 200 and Sulphur 200 twice a day for 15 days as you prescribed.
Now a days i am having Severe Muscles related pains and symptoms please have a kind look to my symptoms.


Feeling IMPROVEMENT in following three symptoms:

Burning Sensation in Chest.
Premature Ejaculation improved but not completely cured yet.
Anxiety feels Improved.




NO IMPROVEMENT in Following Symptoms and Some New Problems has also started.Complete Symptoms details are as follows:

1-Heel Pain:
No Improvement. even the Pain has very much increased on the bottom of the HEEL and Back of the HEEL even pain starts without Walk when i get up in the morning.
Allopathic Doctor says it is some Tissues related issues and has prescribed Pain killer.

2-Lower Back Pain :
No Improvement in Lower back pain still there Pain and especially lower back pain starts with longtime standing or walking or sitting on chair in office or while driving car.

3-Mouse Shoulder Pain & Arm Pain:
From last month i have started a pain over one side of the Neck, spreading into the Right Shoulder and Arm and back of Shoulder which especially started on a Posture while using Mouse on Computer table in office.
And when this pains starts i am sometime unable to move my Arm and it causing so much pain.
Also having Burning pain between shoulder blades.

4-Pain in Legs Muscles(Calves):
I am feeling severe Pain in legs while climbing Stairs and after walking.It feels like a tightness, and tiredness in the muscles of the legs.


5-Tiredness, Fatigued,Exhausted and General Weakness:
I am getting easily so much Tired,and Fatigued all the day and Very low energy level Even when get up in the Morning.And feel to sleepy after little work in Office. Also having weakness after Sex.

2-Pain in Legs Muscles(Calves):
No Improvement.I am feeling severe Pain, tightness, and tiredness in legs while climbing Stairs and after walking. Allopathic doctor says it is link with Heel Pain.

3-Lower Back Pain :

3-Mouse Shoulder Pain & Arm Pain:
No permanent Improvement.
