Great! I am happy for your son.

Please give him a daily dose of Calendula 200C and Hypericum 200C, for 5 days.

'I have noticed that the anal opening area looks wet and there is a wet patch around the area on and off'
Keep observing and see, if it is pus and what color, if any?

Many prayers for your son.

Dear Nawaz , an update for you. Has had hypericum and calendula as suggested for 5 days. The wound is shallower but has been bleeding when cleaning or slight stretch. The blood is red and fresh. There has been wet patches in between cleaning and bath . Cannot tell if this is pus or again just sloughing from healing. We went to surgeon for check up and they said the wound is slow to heal but is slowly getting there. There is no pain on passing stool. They said that after the surgery they sent some tissue away for checking and now believe the tissue indicate there is a chance my son has chrohns disease and hence why he has had the abscesses and fistula. They have now referred us to the gastroenterologist to see what the situation is in the colon. We are now worried about this new suggestion. Please advise what we should do. Thanks again.

Dear Nawaz, an update for you. We saw the gastro-enterologist and they have suggested certain tests are carried out. They have for confirmed he does have perianal chrohns disease. He has to have an endscopy and sigmoidscopy? to look at the small/large colon and see exactly what is going on.They have also requested a barium meal mri scan. At the moment the fistula wound is causing me concern. It looks red, weeping green/yellowy discharge. it does have an odour but not pungent and the wound is less deep but refusing to dry and close up. it is painful to touch as the tissue is more at the surface more raw and red. After passing stool because of the stretch in that area it was bleeding. The tissue needs to heal together. Dear God I pray everyday . please advise if I should give calendula/Hypericum to help this wound to heal. thanks again

Dear Nawaz, thank you. He improved a small amount after hypericum and let me clean etc. he is not on antibiotics and now we have the endoscopy and colonoscopy booked for next week. My concern is trying to get this wound closed ASAP. What do u suggest. The wound is open slightly red and pink. You can see a piece of flesh that sometimes sticks to the outside of the wound . This Is painful when I touch accidently when cleaning. There is discharge but no colour no odour . Seems to be less swelling. Thanks again
