Dear Nawaz, todays symptoms:

still restless moving from sofa to sofa and shifting about .

Passed a BM this afternoon after missing a day. Was in alot of pain afterwards.Did Did not want me to touch the area. Managed to shower the area the best I could.Pain on movement. After a few hours when seemed a little bit more relaxed managed to clean with hypercal q when I noticed Green/yellowy pus.
Despite all this after a few hours played with toys.

Abscess area raised and pinkish in colour. Not sure where the green pus was discharged from i.e from anal opening where the fistula is or the abscess hole.
Just now noticed the abscess is also discharging pus not sure what colour as it was a wet patch.

emotionally - in need of cuddles and wanting to be near me. If does get his way getting very irritated and shouting.

Sleep - was grinding the teeth alot last night and moving about in bed. kind regards

Dear Nawaz passed a 2nd BM today at 5pm. In a lot of pain during and after BM. Walking painful and moving about painful. I had given the Hypericum 200c earlier as per your instruction. Kind regards

After the 2nd BM the discharge from abscess hole is milky watery coloured pus. 2/3 drops just cleaned. thanks

Dear Nawaz I have ordered the Aeculus hopefully it should arrive today. Yesterday he had Calendula 200c once and Hypericum 200c once and Nit-ac 3 x in the day. Last night he was grinding teeth on and off all night. the abscess is discharging pus - coulour not sure as wet patch when tried to clean it.

Dear Nawaz remedy has arrived how many times a day do I give this?. Also do i still continue with calendula 200c once and nit-ac 30c 3 x daily. regards

I have noticed he grinds his teeth alot more on the nights when the abscess is raised and discharging. He has been grinding teeth every night recently. thanks again

Dear Nawaz, apologies for not rreporting back sooner technical problems. Passing stool back to normal without pain before and after. Have stopped Aesculus 30c as 3 days passed as per your instruction. Have been giving Hypericum am and Calendula evening. The abscess is raised and pinky in colour and discharging pus. It looks watery and on saturday it was milky watery pus. Kind regards

Dear Nawaz the latest update -
the abscess is raised and slightly pinkish. There has been watery discharge on and off. Tonight when I cleaned the abscess with hypercal the abscess hole is big and was bleeding.There was no milky pus. I have noticed that when I started giving him Calc Sulp he is RESTLESS. Moving from place to place and unable to sit still. He also sweats alot at night hair is completely wet . This is only noticeable when he has calc sulp.
The tear I mentioned before at 12 o'clock is still there and causes me concern. It is raised and the tear is very visible. I pray it does not turn into another abscess. He is otherwise performing normal activities. He is passing stool every day without pain . Please advise if I should change anything . Many many thanks.

Hypericum 200ccevery morning Calendula 200c early evening.
Aesc Hipp 30c proving diff to 3 x daily as he is at school. Do I still need to continue this as He is passing stool without pain before or after. has been like this for at least 5 days. regards

Dear Nawaz, The abscess is once again raised and discharging milky watery pus. This started yesterday evening (Monday). He does not want me to touch it as it is painful when I touch it to clean. He has been passing stool daily and not much to report there.The anal tear at 12'oclock looks a bit better but I have noticed that at night when he is having Nit-ac 30c he was grinding teeth all night and we managed to get very little sleep. His behavior at the weekend indicated something was happening. He was restless, irritable, angry and could not settle with anything. He did not co-operate with anything we asked him to do, defiant. He looks exhausted, circles under his eyes.

Will do. Shall I just wait for further instructions from you regarding remedies? thanks again

He is extremely tired. He oke up at 2.45am saying he cant sleep. He said he had an itch in between his toes. Did not get a good look at it so will give particulars later. He eventually went to sleep at 4am. He passed a loose stool this morning and said there was pain there but he could walk and he did let me wash there. He has gone to school. The abscess was discharging watery milky pus and was raise - did not want me touch the area as it was painful. physically he is feeling very hot and does not want to wear any top in bed.He is sweating on the head and body after he falls asleep. The weather is cool here. He does not have temperature. The mood swings from lethargic lying on the sofa to moving about restlessly from one spot to another. He has been getting angry irritable
