Dear Nawaz, I gave my son Bell. 200c as discussed. The temperature was up and down over the last 2 days. As it was not over 40 as has been in the past I just let him ride it out. He has looked unwell and immediately after a little something he has been cold. Today he vomited just before going to bed which might again be a good sign. Also today there has been more pus discharging from the abscess and the anal opening. I cleaned it just after he went to bed and today I have put a little of the polyfax ointment near the abscess and anal opening to see if this can help the infection. Dear Lord please help us to get this young boy better. Today I have given him only calendula 200c.

Apologies only been able to access internet now. Yes I do have Silica 200c. His throat is much better today. The Abscess was discharging through today. i cleaned him with hypercal q 3 x today. He has gone to sleep now . Shall I give him a dose of Silica 200 c tomoro? thnks again

Dear Nawaz, I have not given silica 200c as the abscess is discharging watery discharge mixed with blood. Before your suggestion of 200c and with the time gap of the answers I did give him one dose of the silica 6x and Ferrum phos as I had tried the polyfax ointment. His mood was impossible yesterday. No co-operation, pushing Hitting, obstinate, angry if he did not get his way. Please advise what I should do. thanks

Dear Nawaz, The mood was much better today not given the silica seems much better. Also using the Polyfax seems to have made a difference there is no pus since yesterday. I also have a concern over the tear at the top of the anal opening at 12 o'clock which I have mentioned to you before the tear does not appear to be healing and my concern is this will get infected and form another abscess. What can I do to close up this tear quickly. kind regards

Dear Nawaz, Yesterday was not a good day for us. He tried to pass a BM and was in pain afterwards. He only passed one stool and refused to do anymore sas there was pain. He was walking tentatively afterwards so I gave him Hypericum 200c for the pain. I had given him nit ac 30cc as per your instruction earlier that morning.

current symptoms:

abscess. The abscess area looks like pus may be collecting . It is not discharging. It feels hard around the area to touch and slightly raised/bumpy. I cannot smell the pus like before.

The fistula opening at the anus is red and sore looking. I have been using the polyfax ointment after BM. That is where he is complaining of pain after BM he keeps saying there is a tear there. The tear at the top of the anal opening still looks sore, red and raised and does not appear to be healing.

mentally/emotionally: He was agitated and irritable yesterday. He was defiant - did not want to do anything we asked him to do. We have seen a pattern when the abscess is bothering him he becomes like this. He was restless. could not sit still. His body temp. is hot. He does not like to wear alot of clothes even when it is cool. He was physically restless moving from sofa to sofa. He kept coming to me for cuddles and asking me to hold him. At night he eventually managed to fall asleep after 10pm which is late. Dear Nawaz we are praying everyday for a resolve. We are not sure how long we can continue like this and yesterday I thought surgery might be a temp. fix. Deep down I know it is not the answer but he should be enjoying life but not able to. please advise . kindest regards

t seems we are missing or have already missed from his physical symptoms. Let's revisit his case very carefully.
1. When was the last time when there was blood from anus? Please give details of bleeding since last six months?

There has not been bleeding from anus that gives concern. Only on rare occasions and I cannot recount the exact dates when there might have been signs of bleeding after stool but there has not been enough times that may cause any concern.

2. Are there piles, internal or external?

He has a pile?/appears to be a bad tear at 12 o'clock which is not bleeding but can see the tear of the skin like a flap of skin . This appeared about 3/4 weeks ago. This is the tear that I have mentioned to you as I am worried it may turn into an abscess if it does not heal.

3. When did this problem start? What were the complaints at that time?

This fistula was diagnosed in october 2011. We saw our GP on 2.10.2011 who referred us straight away to hospital. About 3 weeks prior to this he had a very constipated stool and he was off his seat with pain when he passed the stool.
We applied an over counter cream for 2 days and all seemed fine. I can only summise there was some kind of problem after this.

4. How long have you been using Polyfax?

Approx one week after every BM.
5. What are the other doctors saying about the issues like piles, fissure and fistula after doing the physical exam?

The surgeon saw him in october 2011 and advised he has a fistula and this has to be removed surgically. We turned this option down in search of an alternative Treatment.

What remedies has he taken for the last 3 days?

Nit-ac 30c , Arnica 30c .

Thank you Nawaz. I will do as per your instructions. The Hypericum and Calendula shall I give this any particular time of the day? and the Aesculus Hipp 30c how many times a day?
