Dear Nawaz, just seen your message. it is 6.40pm so will order tomoro. update today - his temperature has gone down but not completely back to normal.It has been 28 degress celcius but still feeling cold after eating wearing a dressing gown. His appetite is slowly coming back so good sign. The abscess is discharging less now but still looks sore and raised - still does not want me to clean there as hurting him. At the anal opening there is one raised area/puffy at 6 o'clock. just above that there is a pimple with a white head forming which is hurting him. I can only clean with hypercal after he goes to sleep. shall I just continue with alumen 3 x daily and calendula 200c once daily? many thanks

Dear Nawaz I we have received china sulp - pharmacy told me it is the same thing. his symptons today - the raised area at 6'oclock at the anal opening is red and sore. it looks like a new abscess forming. the torn area I have mentioned before at 12'o'clock is also now raised . the original abscess is not pussy and the hole is not as deep. regards as always

Dear Nawaz, An update for you. The abscess is discharging runny creamy colored pus. The earache and fever has gone. He is more comfortable than he was last week. His cough and earache has subsided. The raised sore puffy area at the anal opening at 6pm looks infected and as tho it is collecting pus again. Saw the surgeon for check up and he pointed out that it has been since 3.10.12
and the fistula and abscess are still there and need to be removed surgically as the abscess filling up and emptying with pus has left a cavity there. Please advise if what we should continue with. Many thanks

Dear Nawaz, an update for you. The abscess has been discharging runny , milky pus. Appear worse at night. It is red and raised and painful to touch. The hole/cavity appears slightly smaller. There is little change on the raised areas at 12 and 6 o'clock. He is passing stool everyday - not been complaining of pain but becomes restless and non co-operative after BM . When falls asleep sweating all over. There is shiny sweat all over body after falling asleep. please advise if we should continue with existing suggestion, Calendula once a day and aesc hipp 3 x daily.

will do I also forgot mention that grinding of teeth is back during nightime.kind regards again

Dear Nawaz - an update for you. The abscess is red and infected.It appears fleshy and there is a cavity there. It is discharging pus. Have noticed watery milky colored pus. There is a wet patch on the skin in the anal area. The skin around the corners of his mouth is red and irritated. He is lively at night and full of energy. eventually goes to sleep at 9.30-10.00 after a whole day of activity waking at 7.00am. Please advise if I should continue . what can we do to try and dry up the area? thanks kind regards

Dear Nawaz yes I did give him china sulp as per your instruction on 1.6.2012. For breakfast: Hardly ever eats breakfast - Not a morning person if he does eat anything it is toast and has water.

Lunch he has at school different things. pasta, pizza,Lamb, wraps(Like roti with sometimes chicken salad in it.

Evening - Rice, lentils, Quorn
vegetables, mild curries with lentils and rice and roti. fruit . He does not like milk so I give him cheese and crackers for calcium occasionally.

the only vegetables he likes are brocolli, green beans and carrots and I normally steam these and put a little butter on top. regards

no he has rice once sometimes twice a week. symptoms: abscess - discharging pus cannot confirm exact colour as wet patches in anal area and near the abscess. probably creamy white . no particular odour. the abscess itself is raised and whitish on edges . It is raised and at the hole where the discharge is coming is a visible cavity. also it is fleshy. He is passing BM every day no problems. The raised area I have mentioned at 12 o'clock is still there. it is slighly raised. H is sweating alot at on falling asleep.

Dear my apologies for not getting back in touch with you. I have now not been well. He completed the alumen 6x 2 a day and fer phos 200c. symptoms at present. The cavity is now not visible. However there is still pus discharging from the abscess but a small amount. cannot confirm colour and no odour to report. He is passing stool mainly on a daily basis without pain. The raised areas at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock still there. kind regards
