Dear Nawaz, the latest update. The abscess is discharging pus. It is raised and red and looks infected. The two cavities in the abscess look fleshy. It is painful to touch when I clean him. He presently has a dry cough and is constantly clearing his throat. He is sleeping through the night. He is passing BM daily without pain. please advise what might help. I am now full of worry as it is months of this and my BP has shot up to 166/107 without any previous suffering of BP just out the blue. Please advise what might help. kind regards

What is the color of pus?

What remedies did he take for the last 5 days?

What was the response from Nitric Acid 30C on July 1st and 2nd?

my apologies for not reporting on time as I used my health has not been good at the moment. The pus is creamy coloured. I did not notice much change from the nit-ac. I have given him calendula 200c daily as this and alumen has helped the caivities in the past. kind regards

Dear Nawaz, My apologies for not being in touch for a while. My son's surgery date came through and my husband decided we had tried for the last 10 months with homeopathy and needed to go ahead with the surgery. Only god knows why we had to follow this path. Any way the surgery went well. Now the recovery . The nurses have been dressing the wound every other day. We are sitting in salt baths at least once a day and I have been giving him arnica 30c 3 x daily. Is there anything else you would recommend. Thanks again

Dear Nawaz we need your help. Please can you suggest remedies to close the surgical wound where the fistula was removed. It has been nearly 5 weeks since the surgery and the wound is slow to close. We are keeping it clean with regular salt baths and there is no infection.It is not weepy or oozy but just slow to heal. My son is passing stool daily without pain is ok in himself. I would really appreciate it if you can help us. kind regards

He has complained of pain only over the last 3/4 days. He does not want you to touch the fistula wound area whereas when he had the operation he was allowing us to actually clean in the the cut area. The surrounding area looks slightly raised, pinkish and puffy. He is passing stool without pain but the last 3/4/ days there is pain after the stool and he does not readily allow us to clean the area which was not the case for the last 5 weeks.kind regards

Dear Nawaz, reporting back - had stapysagria 200c on Friday and saturday one dose daily as per instruction. Wound less painfull. Has allowed me to clean the area. There has small progress in wound closing. Mentally /emotionally clingy and more needy otherwise Ok. Day one of stapysagria sat on sofa all day refused to do anything. Appeared v tired. Sunday full of energy. Played football with friends. Please advise if I should give anything else. Kind regards

Arnica 200c given once a day for 3 days as advised. update- The wound appears to be shallower and not as deep now.He is passing stool once a day without pain. He is also allowing me to clean the wound. Still sitting him in the salt baths. Would he benefit from hypercal q in the bath? He has has been a bit restless since starting the Arnica. Please advise what to do next. kind regards

Dear Nawaz it has been 5 days without any remedies. There has been little change in the wound closing in the last 5 days. Since going back to school I have noticed that the anal opening area looks wet and there is a wet patch around the area on and off. I am not sure whether this is the sloughing from the healing or runny pus. Can't really smell it and haven't seen a colour to report. I am worried that almost 7 weeks on and the wound is still open. More concerned as back to school and I can't keep an eye on it during the day and he is back to wearing school trousers and underwear. Please advise if I should give any remedy.
