pus smells pungent strong. not sure how else I can describe it. I will give you a better update tonight. kind regards

Dear Nawaz, The good news is there was not much pus today. I could still smell the pus which means it is still in there? The abscess is looking better - ie not as inflamed Not as red as before.I can feel the hardness of the fistula under the skin close the abscess. He did not complain of pain today. The Nit ac worked well. After BM there was no pain and he let me wash the area as before. The skin around the anal area is not as red and sore. The left side (the side of the abscess )is worse. Physically he is more comfortable today. mentally/emotionally he is still angry/hitting out and very scared to be left alone even for a few minutes. He is still restless. unfortunately I was not able to give him Arsenicum today.I will start it tomorrow as it is the weekend and I can keep an eye on his progress. We are holding special prayers on saturday. god bless you.

Shall I just hold on to the Arsenicum 200c for now? As it only arrived today. kind regards

Dear Nawaz, apologies for not updating you at weekend . We were away for special prayers and now back home. I used the nit ac 30c on friday, sat, sunday. The abscess was not discharging on sunday, I did not give the Nit ac today (monday) Tonight the abscess was raised and discharging. (Watery milky pus 2 drops when cleaning. Did not complain of pain. The grinding of the teeth was on and off all night yesterday. Hence lack of sleep and looks very tired. There is no constipation. Still slight redness around the anal opening. please advise if I should go back to nit-ac. thanks god bless

thank you Nawaz, I have started the Calc Sulp and calendula. as suggested. On sunday the abscess was totally dried and not raised at all. I cant understand where all this pus is coming from? This evening there were 3/4 drops runny milky pus . smells strong pungent. The pus is discharging from a small hole in the abscess. The abscess is red and raised again. thanks god bless.

Dear Nawaz, We have have been doing the Calc Sulp twice a dau and the calendula in the afternoon. Today the abscess is not discharging and looking better. It is not as red and raised as before and looking drier. Unfortunately there was again pain after BM and there appears a tear at the top of anus opening and it looks raised. BM was painful during and after. I gave NiT AC 30C immediately after BM .I also noticed wet pus around the anal opening this morning and I think this is coming from the fistula.Pus didnt smell too bad and could not identify colour as just wet around the area.I cleaned with hypercal Q Please advise what I should do. thanks and kind regards

Dear Nawaz, after having almost 4/5 days without pus and a smiling child. We have gone back to pus small amount of pus today coming from the abscess. The pus was watery milky - 2 drops. The anal opening is also red and slightly inflamed and the top where the tear is looks very sore.
He has been very very restless moving from one place to another. Please advise. kind regards.

I was giving him Nit ac 30c 2/3 x daily.and calendula once a day as per your suggestion 31.3.2012. I also gave him Arnica 200c one dose as he took a bad fall 2 days ago. kind regards

What is the exact color there?

the raised area looks pale and slightly swollen and as if there is pus underneath it. I can't see any coming out from there but just the wet patch area when I try and clean him. kind regards

He was on a table and fell off he banged his head on a door frame and instintc was to give arnica. I have Nit ac 200 but only giving 30c . should I start the nit-ac 200c? kind regards

There is a strong pungent smell of pus and can see wet area near fistula opening.

Dear Nawaz, Thanks you. update for today - I gave
him Nit-ac 200c this morning. He has been very very restless all day.The abscess is discharging runny watery milky colored pus. Just wiped 2 drops. God bless.
