Sir, I'm not giving him Tarentula H (0/1) from 14/11/14.
Olanzapine Tablet is reduced to 13.75 mg in the morning from 12/11/14. If his condition is stable at this dose for a week, I'll reduce evening dose to 13.75 mg too.

Wish to update:-
1) Tarentula H (0/1), last dose given to him on 13/11/14.
2) Calling names e.g. oye Salmaan, has increased a little.
3) He has started laughing / smiling for no reason, again from last 3 days. It was stopped completely since 10/11/14. Although not much, and not with the same intensity, as previously.
4) Talking to self returned back again. Although not much, and not with the same intensity, as previously.
Till 11/11/14 he was on 15 mg in morning + 15 mg in evening, every day.
From 12/11/14 to 19/11/14 = 13.75 mg in morning + 15 mg in evening, each day.
From 20/11/14 to 27/11/14 = 13.75 mg in morning + 13.75 in evening, each day
From 28/11/14 (Im planning) = 12.50 mg in morning + 13.75 in evening
Its first time, in the history of his illness that hes fine for more than a week and symptoms returned are not with the same intensity. Hats off to you, Sir. Wish to know your opinion, please.

1. Tarentula H (0/1) given to my son from 8/12/14 to 15/12/14 (i.e. 8 days).
2. On 15/12/14, his symptoms -"Calling names" & laughing / smiling for no reason increased, therefore, I didn't give him further dosages.
3. On 16/12/14, symptoms were less than 15/12/14.
4. From 14/12/14 he's taking Olanzapine tablet 11.25 mg in morning + 12.5 in evening, each day.

I need him to describe in detail the current way his symptoms are occurring, and especially how they might be different from earlier. No one word or short answers - give as much information as possible, without editing. Sir, Im trying to answer your queries, on his behalf. Here, I wish to emphasize that generally, he didnt wish to talk about (or disclose) his sexual behavior etc. Also, in my opinion, regarding his sexual inclination and desires, he may answer wrong. In past, when he disclosed about his sexual inclination etc. it was due to bach flower remedy Agrimony (as I do believe).
When I asked these questions to him, his reply was Im alright now. There are no sexual thoughts or desire; no one is speaking inside me. Im not listening any voices. Whenever (in past), I was abusing or talking filthy, it wasnt in my control. Whenever I laugh, smile, talks or call names of film stars or my friends, its not my intention. It comes automatically and I cant control these.
(Q) Sexual thoughts and desires
ANSWER:-
i. Presently, it seems this symptom has cured 100%. Were not noticing him talking anything about his sexual thoughts or desire from 10/11/14. Actually, I wrote about this symptom, as he was talking all day like this. And he tried to molest.
ii. Previously, this symptom appeared due to homeo remedies / cut in allopathic dose.
(Q) Another person speaking through your body
ANSWER:
i. Presently, it seems this symptom has cured 100%. Were not noticing it from 10/11/14.
ii. Previously, this symptom appeared due to homeo remedies / cut in allopathic dose.

i. Presently, he is just like a normal boy. No emotionally upset. He does whatever hes told to e.g. helping his mom in her daily household chorus like - cleaning of floors, laundry etc. Goes to market for purchasing.

ANSWER: Relationship is quite cordial. Hes an obedient boy. As I (father) was not close to all my sons from their childhood, so relationship is not perfect like playing or sharing everything with father. Even in distress, theyll approach me, I have doubt. Although I share same room with my schizophrenic son, but he never talks with me, without any reason and give me answers only, whenever I asked him something.
(Q) Having no girlfriend
ANSWER:
i. Im fine without a girlfriend. I dont need a girl friend.
ii. Previously, this symptom appeared due to hyoscyamus niger 200 overdosing (just before starting of your treatment).
(Q) Not having any fear
ANSWER:
i. at present he has no fear of any type.
ii. Previously, fear was due to his dreams or seeing of images.
(Q) Poor memory
ANSWER memory is still so so. Still struggles to remember the names of items, when we sent him to purchase something from the market, cant recall things easily.
(Q) Filthy smelling sweat
ANSWER weather here is cold, therefore, no sweating; but his mom confirmed that she feel filthy smell from his vests.
(Q) Laughing and smiling
ANSWER laughing and smiling for no reason is certainly less than before (when you started his treatment). Earlier almost all of day, laughing / smiling was there. But now only 10% is remaining in comparison with his initial stage.
(Q) Walking around
ANSWER now, he dont walks around now.
(Q) I have to also ask, what would happen if you stopped his allopathic medication? Looking over the case again, it seems to me that it is a main cause of his current problems.
ANSWER If allopathic medicines will be stopped to be honest, it cant be predicted.
1) First time, when I cut his dose to half (from 10 mg daily to 5 mg daily), following symptoms appeared:
a. His weaken memory.
b. He started checking his pockets, water taps, electrical switches, gazing empty glass before filling water from bottle, vests, underwear (before wearing) for a considerable time.
c. Drinking / eating slowly. (Take 50 - 55 min to finish his meal).
d. Take too much time in bathing, wearing clothes.
2) Second time, when he was symptoms free and taking olanzapine 2.5 mg alternate day - I stopped his medicines for 15 days continuously, following symptoms appeared:
a. Started singing songs.
b. Laughing out loud.
c. Stare at things for long time.
d. Check floor, clothes, and rugs, blankets etc for foreign material like dirt, threads etc.
e. Check things if they're dirty, and safe or not.
f. Whenever at home, always stand up.
g. Fear of dark & scary dreams.
h. Behave rudely.
i. No response to our calling, dullness, speak too less, no interest in bathing, eating, lack of attention, etc. are there too.
j. He didn't wear clothes for 3 days, for the reason - un-necessary threads are there.
3) Recently, when he didnt take his morning dose of 15 mg for three days, his laughing, talking to self and calling names increased considerably. Increased dose brought him under control.
Here I also wish to share his psychiatrists opinion regarding reducing of his dose It can be considered only if he remains symptoms free for at least one year. When he was quite fine and his symptoms were under control (prior to starting homeopathy treatment); even then, they didnt reduce it less than 10 mg each day.

Sir,
As this high dose (20 mg + 20 mg) is prescribed by his Psychiatrist after the fierce aggravation of Hyos 200. As his condition is very much improved from then, therefore, I'm trying to reduce it.
I'm reducing the dose by 10% for one time, in a day (in actual it is less than 10%) and observe it's effects for a week. If he's fine at this dose, I further reduce it by 10%.

The problem with keeping him on medication, is that we do not know if the homoeopathy is curing him or not. The medication may be suppressing the symptoms, and the remedy just palliating, and so he will go on to develop something worse. We need to know if the remedy is curing or not. Our purpose here shouldn't be to just control or manage, but to find a way to free him completely.
I would obtain Tarentula hisp 0/2 in preparation for when 0/1 wears off, but for the moment just continue with the 0/1.

Its really difficult to ascertain which one is working Tarentula H OR allopathic medicine.
(Just wish to share) I also asked the same question with a homeopathic Doctor.
My Question: - I think it'll be a long fight. Doctor has two issues to deal with (in case of my son) - first His illness and second throwing out Olanzapine tablet from his system (body).
He answered: - second one will automatically be settled if the first one is in line.
What I interpreted from his answer is homeopathy is working towards healing while allopathic medicine is only conditioning the illness.
Dr. Simone is also of the view (when he commented regarding Ezolent tablet) that Tarentula H is improving his condition.
Now again I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the case of son. Before writing to you I was really hopeless and have lost my belief that he can be ever cured. I was fully responsible for his worst condition and was cursing myself for choosing homeopathic treatment. But now, Im of firm belief that with your rich experience, youll be able to cure him, fully.

3) His symptoms from 28/12/14:
a) Calling Names increased a little (only 12-15 times in a day).
b) Laughing / smiling without any reason increased a little (only 6-10 times in a day).
c) Talking to self I havent noticed him talking to self from last two weeks.
From 30/12/14 hes taking Olanzapine Tab = 10.0 mg in morning + 11.25 in evening, each day.

the issue with schizophrenia is that the brain produces too much dopamine. perhaps this is helpful for dr asad.

I just see your thread has been going on for 2 years?
As i said before, the issue with schizophrenia is that the brain produces too much dopamine. for the docs who help here, anything that calms down the nerves will do very well here.

---------- 20/20 is crazyily high.. at that dose he will not notice any changes of homeopathy..
please docs, try to find something that will reduce dopamine production, this will cure him!!!

Alright, we should move to Tarent 0/2 then, daily doses exactly as with the 0/1. Let me know if there are any changes after a week.

Wish to update:-
1) As suggested, Tarentula H (0/2), given to him for seven days (i.e. from 10/1/15 to 16/1/15).
2) No improvement was noticed in his condition from 10/1/15 to 15/1/15.
3) From 16/1/15, improvement started in his symptoms, As on today:
a) Calling Names only 6 8 times in a day (on 10/1/15, it was 12-15 times in a day).
b) Laughing / smiling without any reason only 2 3 times in a day (on 10/1/15, it was 6 - 10 times in a day).
c) Talking to self seems cured for now.
From 15/1/15, his allopathic dose is further reduced by 1.25 mg in the morning. Now hes taking Olanzapine Tab = 8.75 mg in morning + 10 mg in evening, each day.

Greetings of the day, Sir.
Wish to update:-
1) As suggested, Tarentula H (0/2), given to him for seven days (i.e. from 10/1/15 to 16/1/15).
2) No improvement was noticed in his condition from 10/1/15 to 15/1/15.
3) From 16/1/15, improvement started in his symptoms, As on today:
a) Calling Names only 6 8 times in a day (on 10/1/15, it was 12-15 times in a day).
b) Laughing / smiling without any reason only 2 3 times in a day (on 10/1/15, it was 6 - 10 times in a day).
c) Talking to self seems cured for now.
From 15/1/15, his allopathic dose is further reduced by 1.25 mg in the morning. Now hes taking Olanzapine Tab = 8.75 mg in morning + 10 mg in evening, each day.
Kindly guide further

His condition has improved very much in this week; but NO AGGRAVATION so far.
As on today:
a) Calling Names only 1 2 times in a day.
b) Laughing / smiling without any reason only 2 3 times in a day.
c) Talking to self seems cured for now.
From 23/1/15, his allopathic dose is further reduced by 1.25 mg in the morning. Now hes taking Olanzapine Tab = 7.5 mg in morning + 10 mg in evening, each day.
Shall I continue Tarentula Hispanica 0/2 till aggravation OR stop it for now?
Kindly guide further

2) Till 30/01/15, his symptoms - Calling names, laughing / smiling for no reason were very much under control (as reported to you on 25/01/15)
3) His symptoms increased again from yesterday i.e. 31/01/15:
a) Calling Names : 15 20 times in a day.
b) Laughing / smiling without any reason : 15 20 times in a day.
From 31/01/15 hes taking Olanzapine Tab = 6.25 mg in morning + 10 mg in evening, each day.
