Why did you increase his medication then if he is doing so well and those are the only symptoms he has? What kind of problems are those symptoms causing?
As a general rule, increasing medication as a person gets well would tend to make cure harder, so I would prefer we kept chipping away at the underlying cause with homoeopathy UNLESS he is in danger or at risk in some way.

Regarding increasing of his dose:
Sir, someone advised me start with a 10% reduction, reduce again in 10-days and repeat at the 10% reduction. If withdrawal side effects begin, go back to the last dosage you were doing fine with.
Therefore, when his symptoms start increasing, I increase his dose, lest his condition may not go out of control. In the past, he has suffered very much, so Ive a very strong fear.
This way, cure may be late, but its safe (I think).
Kindly advice.

At this stage, try not to increase his medicine. He is doing well. Any problems I would rather try and solve with the homoeopathic medicine if possible. Only increase the medicine if he is at risk of harm.
At this stage, the conditions are going to be different, because we are well on the way to cure. In the beginning it was different - we were more concerned with him getting into danger.
Let me have a look at where things are at and what we do next.

Wish to update today my son went to Psychiatrist on his monthly visit. After the observations, his Doctor reduced his allopathic dose, as below:
Previously - 20 mg in the morning + 20 mg in the evening.
From today 10 mg in the morning + 20 mg in the evening.

1) Tarentula Hispanica (0/3) is continued from 4th of March, 2015 (single dose daily).
2) Olanzapine 15 mg given to him daily from 13/4/15 to 30/4/15. From 25/4/15, his condition was alright. He was almost symptoms free (only a little laughing / smiling were there).
3) From 1/5/15 to 13/5/15, I reduced his allopathic dose to 14.375 mg. He was quite fine; therefore, I reduced his dose further to 13.75 mg from 13/05/15 to 21/5/15.
4) At 13.75 mg his symptoms started coming back again. Laughing / smiling increased and calling of names started again.
5) I again reduced his dose to 13.125 mg daily from 22/5/15. Laughing / smiling and calling of names started increasing again.
Kindly guide further

3. From 11/6/15 to 20/6/15, I was giving him olanzapine 12.5 mg per day.

Wish to update: yesterday night, I gave my son Tarentula H (1M) single dose and today his symptoms were under control very much. From morning to 4.00 p.m., he was almost symptoms free. After 5.00 p.m. symptoms returned, but not much.

As his symptoms are very much under control, therefore, from yesterday, I again reduced his allopathic dose from 11.875 mg to 11.25 mg per day.

On 11th, 12th and 13th of July, his symptoms increased. From 14th of July, symptoms lowered. From 23rd of July, symptoms again started increasing.

Please repeat Tarentula H in 1M potency when symptoms return but not earlier than 2 weeks.
Also, once you have given him 3 to 4 doses of 1M potency and you find it is holding only for about 2 weeks or less, we need to go to the next higher potency.
