Sir,
I'm giving him 2.5 mg at alternate days and will continue the same in Feb, 2013. His condition is not good (may be due to cut in his allopathic dose)no heed / response to our calling, dullness, speaking too less, no interest in bathing, eating, lack of attention, etc. Again, he has started checking of his pockets, water taps, electrical switches, doors are properly locked or not. Even asked his mom to remove gas cylinders from kitchen, as it may explode. Fearing of dark and dream of monkey is also not improved.
But, I'm confident that it's a temporary phase and your medicines can control these things, as in past.

One of my college friends is a doctor of pharmacy, I will discuss with him also & will let you know about his point of view. Meanwhile, please follow the below plan; I hope he will be able to get over this condition with the help of below remedies without increasing the Olanzapine dosage:
Day-1: Kali Phos-1000c
Day-2: Kali Phos-1000c
Day-3: Kali Phos-1000c
Day-4: ...............
Day-5: Belladonna-200c (Three times on the same day)
Day-6: Belladonna-200c (Three times on the same day)

Many thanks for your kind reply. Below is the opinion of my bio-technologist friend:
**These all symptoms are of schizophrenia and were under control by olanzapine. Going back to full dose (or comfortable dose) is easy but he will not recommend it for the reason that it'll back track the de-addiction program.

That is just great :). Congratulations to you!!! If his body has accepted the 2.5 mg dosage on alternate days then this proves my earlier observation that his worsened condition was a temporary flare up due to sudden decrease in dosage of olanzapine; Which means there is no more Schizophrenia, just addiction :).
You may be right about his habit of being slow but it is very natural to develop such habits due to long ailments & use of tranquilizers for temporary benefits. Again I would say, 'he will be fine soon I.A' & you will be able to eradicate his bad habits with gentle steering once he completely gets rid of Olanzapine. I would recommend you to involve him in physical exercise & light games like badminton, table tennis etc. This will help him getting well much quicker & will help him getting over the habit of laziness that he has developed over years.
About his scary dreams, you may repeat the below protocol weekly or whenever you feel the need but not unnecessarily & not too quickly off course, for now, just wait & see for how many days he is able to sleep peacefully without scary dreams:

Thank you sooo much for the nice words, Praise be to our creator. I don't know why I chose this case to deal, probably because I really wanted to help a father in treating his son. But I will be truly happy only when I am completely satisfied & sure that your son is fully cured. Before that I don't think I deserve to take any credit.
About the remarks of other well known homeopaths; they were not wrong either. Schizophrenia is actually caused due to gradual death of brain cells & there is no cure for 'death' in any medication. So they were correct to some extent but Kali Phos is well proven in stopping any further damage to brain cells. It is clearly written in books that Kali Phos should be given immediately to Schizophrenia patient in high dose to prevent more brain cells from being dead. That was why I told you in the start that my target was to stop any further damage to his brain & make his condition stable at that point. What other homeopaths over-looked was 'age of your son', he is too young & can recover & regenerate new cells. This thing was making me hopeful about his recovery.
Anyway, please update about his present condition & repeat 1 dose of Kali Phos-1000.

How do you compare his present condition to the condition at the start of treatment? i.e. Same? Even Worse? Slightly improved? Good improvement? etc
Also how do you compare his present condition to the the condition when you used to give him full dose of Olanzapine?
I request you to be be straight forward & open as I need to assess the overall progress and/or any change in plan if required.

(1) Allopathic dose cut from 10mg daily to 10mg a week (average), therefore good improvement.
(2)Very good improvement in his memory & IQ level.
(3)Majority of ADHD symptoms reduced/cured.
(4)His main illness of Smiling/Laughing is in control 90%.
In my opinion, improvement in his condition is quite impressive.

On 12/02/13 evening, he shared the incidences of sexual abuses to him (I was really shocked & unable to believe it's true; may be his mind in delirium ). He also spoke of sexual thoughts in his mind; strong urge and habit of onanism to me.
Seeking your expert guidance, on the matter.

I was also quite anxious about your sons case & was eager to return to the forum.
'he shared the incidences of sexual abuses to him'; so this part of the story was missing as there must be some very strong reasons for schizophrenia in this young age (if genetic problem is not there). It is really good that he has poured his heart in front of you. It seams that he is a very sensitive & introvert type of boy, may be that's why the deep grief & feeling of being humiliated turned into schizophrenia as he could not share that with anyone.
I think there is a typing error & you actually have given him last dose of belladonna-10M on 12-March-2013 & not on 12/02/13. Belladonna should be followed with Calc carb in order to retain the effect of belladonna, otherwise belladonna proves to be a very short-term acting remedy. So please give him Calcarea Carb-30c thrice daily for 3 days & post his condition again on the 4th day. Meanwhile I will re-access his condition.

As far as I remember, I once asked you to get hold of Natrum Mur-200c but I'm not sure whether we actually gave it to him during the course of treatment & what were the results?

1. My another son is epilyptic (may be due to fall from balconey 12 feet high; when he was about 4 yrs old). He's under medication from Tibetans.
2. My wife's brother & one of his nephew also under medication for seizures.
3. One of my uncle (in my family tree) is schizophrenic.
