Dr. Rishimba,
Greetings of the day, Sir.
Wish to update:
He has the following symptoms, as on today:
1. Washing of hands frequently – his mind is always busy with the thoughts e.g. I’ve touched this thing, I should wash my hands. When alone, he washes his hands with soap. When I’m present (or my wife or any other family member), before washing he asked me that should he washes his hands or not. He questioned like this and so many times. When we answer that there is no need to wash, he’s satisfied with our answer or not, I can’t say but he do not wash his hands.
2. Takes too much time when doing things like bathing, changing clothes, eating etc. – reason in my opinion is brooding, his mind is always busy in thinking about washing of his hands or may be other thoughts
3. Always stands up or move here and there.
4. Incessant talks to self.
5. Talks to imaginary people.
6. Checks his clothes for loose threads and cut these.
7. Today again he discloses that he masturbates.
8. Hears voices.
9. Smile / laugh for no reason
10. He told me that he want to be angry.
11. Calling names like oye Rajesh.
About jumping from the roof top, he didn’t say anything to me after the last time, when I wrote your good self. I didn’t ask this question.
Kindly guide further.
Warm Regards
Ajay Kumar

Has the symptom 'always washing hands' increased after taking Syphilinum?
I need to know if there was any change in his symptom after giving him Syphilinum 10M.

Many thanks from the core of my heart for your kind reply Dr. Rishimba.
Washing of hands - symptom not increased, after giving him Syphilinum 10M. Change we noticed is - he has started asking us - should he wash his hands or not. When denied he obey. But he asked all of the day, such questions.
Also, he asked us that from the clothes (which are hanging in the room) e.g. shirts, towels etc. dirt will fall in his eyes and he will be blind.
Hope it clarifies your query.
Warm Regards

Thank you.
There seems to be a change for the better. Let me know how his symptoms change in the next two weeks.

That's really a good news to me, Sir. A big thank you from the heart, Sir.
Today morning, just after awakening, he told me that suicidal thoughts are always in his mind.

What is the way in which he thinks of committing suicide?
Does he always want to jump out of the window and commit suicide?

Dr. Rishimba,
Greetings of the day, Sir.
To discourage him from jumping, I told him that by jumping from the roof top, he'll be injured only and not die. In that case, he may loose his legs.
Then I will drown in river ganges, he replied.
I was very shocked and don't know what to say now.
Warm Regards
