depression and morning erection Page 6 of 8

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
it started just two days ago. i did not do anything actually. i thought i will recover if i maintain routine.

the ache is fully due to the poisoning. generally it does not ache. but any pressure on stomach(like last night i took a cup of tea) causes bloating and pain, not much though.

i go to toilet 3-4 times. my stool is close to diarrhea sample, a little more solid. no such pain/straining during stool. but stool experience is irritable. sometimes i feel ache in stomach before that. i am not sure whether it is food poisoning. i just thought it might be close to food poisoning

When this comes on, try these salts whenever it appears.

dear simone,

today i had breathing problem several times. kali mur and Cal Flour do not seem to help me. shall i continue? i took two pills each

morshed 9 years ago
Hi- you should take 3 pills each, and try it 3 times with 20 minute
gaps and see if there is any relief.

Also- keep notes of what is going on before this happens.

-are you having tea or adrenaline type things ?

-have you recently had food or drink?

-If none of the above- please keep notes for a few days
on what you are thinking before this happens- or-
if you are having any small sensations first, that create
fear that something may start up.

Thanks.

dear simone,

today i am having nervous feeling (with little depression) more than breathing problem. and this nervous/anxiety feeling is continuing after having milk made food in the afternoon. this is extremely irritating

morshed 9 years ago
Dear M,

do you know if you have a problem digesting
dairy products?

You can stop all salts for a couple days and see
what goes on.

simone717 9 years ago
dear simone,

i dont know about my digesting problems associated with dairies.

i also feel little lightheaded after taking too much salts. i will stop salts and inform you. my stomach situation is better than before. that hot feeling is not present for some days. though stool is not completely alright but better than before

Dear M,

I want you to closely examine what goes on with the
anxiety/breathing episodes.

We know you get them if you have tea/stimulants.

Then you get them at other times.

So in those other times what happens first?

1.Are you having a sensation? For instance your stomach
bothers you a little or you feel a sensation elsewhere?

2.Or, are you having some thoughts first- think back, bc
the thoughts can be split second thoughts and THEN
YOU get a sensation-

The sensation feels Not connected with the thought, if the
thought is fast enough- but it can be a direct result from
the thought-

Please investigate this and pay close attention and advise me.

dear simone,

sometimes breathing problem just stays for infinite. for example, today morning just after wake up i am having breathing problem continuing from last night.

Hi M,

I want to go into detail here about the breathing.

1.Describe the sensation of the breathing difficulty.

2.list where you feel it- is it in the bronchial tubes which
are the upper chest and can make things feel tight when breathing
in?

Is it in the heart - sternum area?

Is it in the lungs- or the diaphragm area, etc

3.Does anything make this feel better, walking, stretching,
laying down, lying on one side, eating , drinking, rubbing,
using pressure, warmth, cold, sleeping, talking to people etc

4. Does anything make this worse- any of the above or anything
else you can think of.

Like cold weather, pollen, dust, milk, having to talk to people
or socialize, having to perform something like an exam,

5.Does anything else go on when you have this breathing issue-
like a headache, or any other pains or feelings.

simone717 9 years ago
1. it seems that my chest is clogged and i am not satisfied with what i breathe. i keep my mouth open while breathing. and try to take a deep breath.

2. i think it is mostly in the diaphragm area. because i feel pressure in stomach while struggling with breathing problem.

3. i cannot remember anything particular make it better, sometimes exercise give results temporarily

4. lying might make it worse. talking to people definitely make it worse. because i cant take deep breaths while talking. exams also can make it worse. i m not sure about exams.

5. no other pains go on while breathing problem. but sometimes depression worsen while breathing problem happen. for example, my problems are yet not gone. and i cant concentrate in works. feeling disgust for everything

Hi M,

Please purchase Sulphur 30c.

Take 3 pills and dissolve them
in 1/4 cup of water in a plastic bottle. Set it aside.

Take one tsp of this, early
morning before breakfast. Keep
in the mouth for 20 seconds before swallowing.

I would like you to try 3 doses of this for
3 mornings. If you have a reaction/aggravation
then stop at whatever that dose is.

Otherwise, report after 3 days.

dear simone,

i could not take sulfur as i was away from home for a long time at my grandparents' place. i was kinda busy that i could not guess how i have been. breathing problem does not bother me much. either i am used to this or breathing problem is less intense. it is not completely gone. i am not enough happy. and i dont feel excited about things i should be.

will i start medication with what you last prescribed ?

regards,
M

morshed 9 years ago
Hi M,

Yes try the Sulphur.

I think that being busy at your grandparents did not allow you
the time to focus on the breathing. The focus on the breathing
causes the anxiety and What if this gets worse, etc and the
entire problem escalates.

Report back 4 days after doing sulphur and remember if you
have a reaction, stop dosing at that point ( only 3 doses)

simone717 9 years ago
thank you simone for your reply. yes, i have seen that being busy in different activities allows me to forget about the breathing problem. i will report back to you
