Since she was almost screaming, until 5:15, I looked on the internet and inWilliunm Boierecke
meteria medica found that Belladona, Chamomilla, and silicea are the antidotes of Hepar I gave her one dose of Chamomilla 30C which suits her syptoms of irritability and screaming .
I gave that at 5:15. I couldn't see her suffer like that, doing nothing waiting for your reply.
I don't know what i should do now. I think i have to take her to the doctor again, which i don't want to do. Ihave no choice.

relax--chamomilla have effect..adjust diet--no acids or sweets..ok?
allow symptoms settle--no other remedy yet...when she wakes--take note of symptoms that exist...give some simple food --warm veg/rice soup--not heavy salted..spice a little--a bit of warming herbs only...

After she woke up she was feeling better. There was a little bit 'Gooy' and It was itchy also. But no discharge.
She is still feeling there is some fluid inside the ear. And again today night she may wake up again. So, what should I do if she wakes up and screams again. Can I give chamomilla 30C again?
I will send the pictures of the present condition.
Since we have to fly to India I am worried that this will make more uncomfortable.
Actually I want to get rid of the infection before flying, since we are going to India on 12th midnight.
So what is your suggestion?
And What are the dietary restrictions that I have to follow.

Yo udid a good thing... I had suggested coffee to you ...not knowing you had other meds available.
Don't give anything yet....coz I don't expect any discomfiture for her tonite.
If you give too much of the anti-dote...the healing process will stop.

She didn't wake up last night. After 3 days she slept throughout the night.
Her plugged sensation is gone, no discharge, but still she is having lot of itching inside and outside too.
I sent you today's picture by e mail. Please check.
And you didn't answer my question regarding diet.

The Hepar Sulph you have given her is still working on her..when the healing of the tissues takes place...there is slight increase in the itch....just apply some vaseline in that area. If the skin is drying up....that is sign of healing.
The picture you sent me shows quite a bit of clearing up of the skin.
Diet:
Avoid garlic, raw onions, coffee, highly spiced food, cold yogurt, khatta such as imli chutney etc. etc.

Just now checked your mail. I was waiting for your reply in the forum.
She is having lot of itching inside and outside .But no plugged sensation. No discharge. Two days ago she said that it seemed to dry up, But now she is feeling some fluid inside her ear. She is scratching a lot and it's bleeding again. Tomorrow i will send some pictures.
Today in the night at 10:30 i gave her hepar sulph 30 c , 5 pellets in 3/4th glass of mineral water, 1 tea spoon as you directed. I will post the response.

no more hepar allow symptoms settle and access--looks like puls ;nux-v sulph or maybe psor...if itching is ld then just wait...itching to point of bleeding --if new then next remedy being called for...need to access by her attitude and such--mental well being..if seem much more at ease--then wait...24 hours withot meds...also ask closely her if any new symptoms arsie since drying up sensation occured....hepar most like will not finish case---this just to deal with heavy suppressive treatment--lead to such symptomology...

I think the next dose (which you have given) of Hepar will dry it up....some itching will remain.
Apply vaseline ...also inside the ear with an ear bud.

better to use olive oil--vasline --petrol base--in some cases sensitivity gives medicinal effect--suppressive..
next remedy?depends when itching actually takes place...conscious itching or out of habit--and as mentioned need know menatl state and such...

I gave her one dose of Chamomilla 30C which helped a little bit, not immediately and completely like the last time.
Her ear is looking terrible now.
I want to put send the picture to the forum. But couln't save after resizing. I will work it out.
For now in the evening( for you morning), i will send the picture in the e mail.

If you notice carefully, the swelling is also subsiding.
Since you are leaving for India on 12th ..better give her one dose of Sulphur 200/1M...which ever you have 2moro morning.
(Sulphur to be given in morning only preferably).
When in India, buy Hepar Sulph 200 and Hepar Sulph 1M as you will be able to get it with lesser difficulty. (Which city in India??).

Give her Sulphur in same way as Hepar Sulph...i.e. 5 pellets in a bottle of water...shake gently till dissolve...give one tea spoon to girl.
This way itching will go away...not increase.
Sulphur aids in clearing up the psoric miasm...which gives many long term health benefits.
