Hi Sadhna,
Right now, I am not able to see a distinct picture which would point me to the next remedy, perhaps you can observe him more carefully and write some specific things about his bahavior or any other odd physical symptoms or desires/aversions.
It will be better to wait till we are sure of what the next step is.

Alright, let me try & sketch a persona of his.
He is usually hyper active or lets say full of energy. He likes rough tough toys like dump-truck, digger, crane, motorcycle and anything that makes a lot of noise & needs maneuvering, is very destructive - anyting he plays with will for sure not last long. Doesnot like to share his favorite toys. Can throw tantrums endlessly and will not give in easily. Is very intelligent, understands things very fast. Of late I find him quite shy in front of strangers. If at all asked to talk, he will talk like a baby. He will keep feeling shy & trying to hide behind me. He is a very sensitive. It visibly hurts him when others are having treats around him, but he will on being distracted pull himself up & ask for his faorite substitutes instead. He knows that if something is bad for him, he should not have it. In fact, at times I do find it playing on his mind as well & he feels sad that he can't have what others are eating. He is now 3.4 years old but likes being carried when he is distressed or insecure. He likes company, becomes very excited to see new friends, but still there is a sense of competiion & doesnot want his favorite toy taken away.He doesnot like to share his favorite food, but tere was a time or two when he was very generous with it to other cildren.
Physique wise he is thin overall, average height & average/below average weight. No belly protuding but overall thin.
He doesnot like to eat his dinner or after the sun has set. It hurts him to brush his teeth especially inner upper ones. He skin is as quite soft other than lower outerside of legs, where it feels like sandpaper at times. I find a little constipated. He doesnot like being covered too much when sleeping : arms have to be outside the blanket. Whenever earlier he has vomited(in reaction to some food), he has after lots of crying, fallen off to sleep & has woken up better & relaxed(something like Aethusa, which I had read once). He is a little scared of thunderstorms or loud cracker sounds (when he can't see the crackers, he mistakes them with the thundering). Likes to pay with water, but for bath likes warm water.
He likes salty, fried food, can have a little sweet food if its his favorite & dislikes sour food(I think it irritates his mouth lining).
Do please let me know if you have any specific questions.
As you know, but just to put it all together, we hve given the following till now :
Phosphorus 30c, 200c
Sulphur 6c, 30c
Calcarea Carb 30c, 200c
Pulsatilla 30c, 200c,1M
Bryonia Alba 6c, 30c
Lyco 30c, 200c.
At present he is allergic to the proteins in milk, egg-white, some lentils, rye & barley.
Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.
Best Regards Always.

In additon to Dr. Samer's excellent advice, have you tries saying prayers for him? Prayer compliments homoeoapthy very well, as we are both spiritual and material beings and the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervouss systems can respond to both physical and spiritual inputs and promptings.
If you wish, I can recommend tow helpful prayers you can use for healing and the remover of difficulties.

Hi Sadhna,
I think we should wait for 2 more weeks. (At that time it will be 6 weeks from the Lyc 200c dose). Repetition needs to be done very carefully with Lycopodium.
Our next step at that time will be either Lycopodium 1M or Sulphur 200c.
Update me in 2 weeks.

Sameer, we are going to be travelling again & he is not able to eat most of the food available anywhere when we travel because it has butter, milk, ghee, egg in some form or the other. Everywhere I am left inquiring the ingredients & people are totally surprised/feeling bad for the allergies. Moreover, my son is left looking at people eating & feeling sorry for himself. I don't like to see him feeling so sad :( I gave him Lyco. 1m 1 tsp single dose last evening. I am sorry, but since he has fared so much better with last doses of Lyco., I just thought it a right thing to do for him. I really want his milk/egg allergy taken care of. I felt we need to complete the Lyco. fast & move on to something for his allergy. Do please look at it from a mother's desperation to get her child well. We are back at India and its really difficult not to feed him the food that others al around are eating.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Sameer
How are you?
We were travelling but have now more or less settled down. I wanted to seek your attention and advice for my son. The dust and sand has not been gelling well with him. Each time he goes out to play in the mud/sand, he lands up wheezing & coughing. After almost 10 months now, he had to be given Albuterol Inhaler two times for his wheezing, coughing & asthma. He had been playing in the sand/mud.
Further, he vomited the whole day after eating mango. Actually he had eaten a little 'Pao' also & that could also be the culprit, just in case it had curd/milk/egg. He had to be settled only with Zyrtec, his anti-allergy medicine. He was able to eat his food without vomiting after taking that.
It might be the chemicals/dyes in the soap, he was feeling very itchy last two weeks. But after we started rinsing out soap well from his clothes, the itching is quite controlled.
His asthma is also in control now that I am not letting him play in the mud. But its tough on him.
Back at India, he has become mentally quite relaxed. He is enjoying this opportunity to make friends & be with so many children. Initially some big boys had tried to bully him, so he is a little insecure there & insists on me being around but I guess this is normal at the beginning. He will soon not need me around all the time.
Its been four & a half weeks, please advise how we may improve his health further. You have helped him a lot till now & understand his requirement, I would therefore request you to continue advising for him.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks & best regards always.

Hi Sameer,
How are you?
As advised, I had given Silicea 30c to my son on the 4th April. Its 10 days now. I am posting below how things went therafter.
On the 5th April, he vomitted out everything in the morning. But since only 1 day had passed since we gave Silicea, I think it was only due to overeating, that he vomited. He was alright when he ate food after 4-5 hours. He generally appeared calm thereafter. On the 8th, I tried a little Goat's Milk for him. Immediately, he had a very bad allergic reaction with runny nose, continous crying, very red watery eyes, hurting stomach and need to be carried. We had to give him his anti-allergy oral medicine Zyrtec to stop the reaction. On the 10th, I had given him only 1 more dose of Silicea 30c again, just in case that anti-allergy medicine Zyrtec made the earlier dose of Silicea redundant. On 11th & 12th ie. last two days, he has been complaining of frequent stomach ache, but I tell him that maybe he wants to do potty. He doesnot complain of the stomach-ache after doing potty. Maybe it does relieve him or maybe he just feels that it should be alright now. Its possible that it is part of aggravation or discharge due to Silicea.
Please advise on the way forward.
Thanks & Best Regards always.

Why didnt you consult me at this point ?
Earlier too you went ahead with Lyco 1M dose without talking to me. If you know how to handle his case, why do you come to the forum ?

Sameer, the Airtel connection was down here on Friday & I could not consult you. Also, I felt that Zyrtec being a strong medicine that it is, would definitely have undone Silicea effect. The internet connection came up only Monday afternoon. I understand I should have been more patient.
Kindly advise on what is to be done now.

Hi Sameer
No noticable changes recently, other than perhaps that if he doesnot get his way, he gets very upset & cries as if he were very very hurt. He wants attention & control. For example, if he wants music loud or wants to hear only specific songs, then he wants to turn the knobs & when we ask him not to, he will start crying or throwing tantrums. He wants us to know that he knows how to turn the music up & put the songs he wants & hat we should let him hadle the music system. He doesnot like being checked/controlled. He stopped complaining of the stomach-ache after 12th.
Please advise.
Thanks & best regards always.

Hi Sameer
We gave Silicea 200c on 18th. Just wanted to update on things till now. About the third & fourth day after the dosage, there was some cough on lying down but it used to settle down after an hour or two of sleep. Ever since then a little bit cough here & there for about a week & a half. One more thing is that he continues to be even more stubborn. He just doesnot listen. Breaks his toys & punches everyone to gain attention but if scolded back becomes very tearful & cries till he starts to cough. However, this behavior is not new to him. He is quite hyper active & needs to vent out his energy in some way or the other.
I think his itching is a little better. Earlier on, whenever he wore short sleeves' shirt, he had to scratch his inner elbows & arms endlessly, but I don't see him do this so often now.
I have not tried anything new, so can't say about his allergies.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards.

Oh! Yes I did give Silicea 200c. We had given 30c earlier, so I read it as 200c of the same medicine. This is really my fault! I will be careful in the future. What can we do about it now?? What do you recommend?
sadhna last decade
Please go ahead with the Sulphur 200c dose now and report in 2 weeks.
