Hello Dr Nawaz,
I am feeling little shaky and restless since yesterday. My head is tightened and has acid burning feeling inside.

I am so irritated with the nagging behavior of my landlady. All other members of this family are good. She is too much. I do not talk much and I am trying not to come face to face with her.

I am anxious and irritated. It seems like if anybody says any negative words to me my nerves inside my head will burst.

Please help.

Hello doctor,

As far as i remember, the last period was on 1st of Jan and that was early.
The pain is almost negligible now.

Whenever I talk to friends and family, I always stay alert or fearful if they gonna tell me another death story of anyone whom I know, which will disturb me like hell. So i avoid them as much as i can. But I will try my best to talk to them.

These days I talk more to the family members whom I am living with, as they are from different country and are different people with different topics.

My present condition:

Feeling shaken inside (mild to moderate) as if something bad will happen to me. Nervousness just like ahead of examination. Mild burning feeling inside head with tightness. Irritation and anger increased. Less confidence.

Please advise.

My current condition is okay.
-No shaken feelings.
-not too much depressed.
- light headed (no congestion)

-still avoid news related to diseases and death of closed ones or the persons whom I know. For me death has become the scariest thing on earth. If I hear anyone is suffering from any disease, I start thinking he or she will die.

- avoid sad songs (as those remind me of all the bad and sad memories of my life.)

-burning feeling inside head but tolerable.
-do not pay much attention to the words of landlady.
- hard to fall asleep.
- anger ,irritation improved.
- confidence improved.
- acne on cheeks and on neck for the past few days which is new.
- too much hair fall and greying of hair.

How are you doing ?

I took 3 doses of Staph as per your suggestion. Today is the fifth day and the report as of today is:

Burning feeling inside head with little heaviness. (i guess this is a sensation of remedy-working). It is tolerable.

I was so depressed again,( just after I reported you about Ars Alb,) thinking about being stuck here in CA and not being able to meet my parents in TX who are in the USA for few months only. I am better in this regard now(after Staph.)

Stuck feeling - improved.
helplessness-improved
hesitation- improved
Shyness-I am not sure. Sometimes I feel increased shyness sometimes feel okay.

Frequent sighing (new)

Fear of bad news( specially related to health) and death news increases and subsides time to time. Still avoid to see/hear any weird news, disgusting news, scary news. Remembrance and reminder of dead people make me disturbed. I could not understand whether its the sadness of loss that disturbs me or feeling of emptiness after death. If someone dies the thinking of 'He/She will not come back again' feeling really disturbs my mind......

I cannot see/hear my loved ones suffering or feeling uncomfortable from anything.

I will try to have more patience, hope I will be better, more.

How are you ?

I took a dose of Ignatia around 5.30pm. It is 10.45 pm now.
I would like to notify you my condition before and after taking Ignatia.

My depression was so hyped all of a sudden this afternoon, before taking Ignatia. All the negative thoughts were overwhelmed. I was shouting at my poor baby when she was showing her tantrums. I was feeling so much helpless and feeling so lonely. I was feeling like giving up. I wanted to inform you about this immediately but I saw your mail I immediately took Ignatia and expected that might help me on my current condition too. It has helped me to some extent but not significantly. My depression is 20-30% okay now.
Would you please suggest me something on this?

I am fearful again about the hearing of death news or funeral news etc. I heard about a funeral news and I am kind of panicking.

I am having burning feeling inside head and my calves are tightened again. Head is heavy. feeling little depressed again.

I am having bad dreams too for the last few days, about insane people, depressed people, about disease, sad environment etc.

My cousin brother's memories are haunting me again time to time.

I am okay on other issues.

Please help.
