Hello Dr Nawaz,
I took the remedy Calc Phos 200c, 3 days ago as per your advice. I am 50% better than what i was experiencing. That's a relief.
My present condition:
Tensed specially in the morning time till 3-4pm. When i am too much tensed i am dizzy and suffocated.
Had period a week before time.
Easily offended.
Heavy head.
Feeling like its too much without a help. I am trying to do everything by myself even if its not possible.
Its not possible to please every person in this world. Why do people expect more from me even if they know i am too busy to do what they want.
Hard to manage things. I dont want to bother anyone.
I want my child's happiness
Everything is so overwhelming.

Sorry for the late reply. My period is over now. I am gloomy and sad. I am unable to manage things here. People are taking advantage of my silence due to my helplessness. I don't quarrel, i don't fight for my rights. Tolerating everything is suffocating. Nobody is there to help me. Everything seems scattered. My head is heavy.

But i feel god must be there somewhere, my accident last time was a blessing in disguise. I am financially not stable right now but i am going to get some compansation from that accident( which was absolutely not my fault, the mini truck hit my car from behind when i was stopping on yellow light). I dont know what more to say.
Even i didn't have much money, i tried my best to celebrate my daughter's birthday last Saturday. She was so happy which matters me a lot.

Yesterday my daughter had teeth surgery, i was so scared to go to the hospital alone as it was scary for me that she was having anesthesia. I was so afraid 'what if something bad happens' but nobody at house said 'let me come with you or don't worry everything would be fine'. I was so tensed, but i went alone and thankfully the surgery went well.

Its too overwhelming that i have to manage my own life as well as i have to keep people happy which is an extra burden. I am trying my best but i can't make everyone happy. When they get mad at me i stay quiet.

I am out of Staph 200 at the moment, am ordering it online. May take few days to reach me. Will wait patiently.
I am okay right now. Nothing is very bothersome. No overwhelming helpless feeling. Not much stressed out feeling. Head is little heavy but Its bearable. I am having patience. I am trying to tackle with the situation. Thank you so much for all of your advice, wishes and love always. Without your help i couldn't have been doing this much for myself and my daughter. Whenever i feel helpless, i always remember you, 'at least you are there to help me out.' You have been such a support for me on my difficult days. May god bless you. I have received Staph 200c now.
I am feeling okay at the moment.
Sometimes i feel so weired about one of my behaviors. If i talk to a new friend today i don't talk to him/her tomorrow, infact i don't feel like talking next time. I do talk to the people who i feel comfortable with. I have become such a quiet person lately, specially at home, I do not feel like talking to people. I just wanna be within myself and my daughter. I don't wanna care about what's happening around. I don't wanna talk/chat. At work, i talk to few of my close friends.
I don't understand why i have become as such.
Please suggest, if you still want me to have Staph 200c ?

How are you doing ?
I took Staph 200 as per your advice for 7 days. I am much better than what i was experiencing. Thank you. I had so painful period this time that i had to take a painkiller at work.

For the last 3 days, i have been suffering from runny nose and little cough and stuffy head. I am not taking any medication. Just having hot water and milk with turmeric in it. The cold is bothersome at work. Can i take any remedy for my runny nose and cough?

Thank you for your remedy suggestion. I took Ferrum Phos as per your advice, i am better now.

Lately, i am feeling fatigued, my legs feel achey. Feeling lazy, My stomach is little upset. I am so tired.

Very soon i will have to work for long hours like 2pm to 1am. And wake up at 6am to drop my daughter to school. Thinking about these too i am not happy eventhough i am promoted to next level. I am feeling tired.
Please help.

Thank you for your concern and your thoughts of helping me. On Friday, I talked to my Supervisor about the hours and said I can't stay till 1am. He said he will talk to the manager about it and let me know. Lets wait and see what will the manager say.If it won't work I will definitely need your help. I took Calc Carb for 2 days as per your suggestion. Today is the third day.
I am still feeling tired. Feel tired to wake up in the morning. Hard to do physical work. Little dizzy. Feel lazy, Head is heavy. Sad mood. No mood to talk to anybody. Not energetic, not cheerful.
Please help.

Furthermore, i am having burning sensation inside my head, feeling of too much and fear of break down and fear of insanity as well.
I am not able to sleep. My mind is too tired and too sensitive. I haven't yet started the job till 1am but thinking of working that long hours and thinking of waking up again at 6 am is making me feel tired. People are doing much more than what I am doing but i don't know what's wrong with me. My sadness has taken all of my energy away. My head is heavy and has dull pain. Everything seems too much for me.
Please help me.

Hello Dr Nawaz,
For the last two days i am having severe cold again. I was resting and the people around me gave me dayquil for my cold. I could not oppose them as i had to go to work too so i had to take them for relief. I had 3 doses of Dayquil but i am only 20-30% better.
I am still having cough and runny nose and i dont wanna get dizzy anymore. I have to drive my daughter to school in the morning and i have to drive to work. I just had a dose of Ferrum Phos 6x as i remember you giving me that remedy last time. Is it okay to take Ferrum Phos 6x this time too ? Sorry doctor, i could not wait Its so bothersome. Apologies.
