He was so prompt in replying anyone before. But this time I haven't got any response to my query/ problem for the last two days. And my depression is making me very uncomfortable. I hope he will be back soon.

Thanks for the reply.
Right now I am in CA to finish some work here. But I am like in solitary confinement now. I have to stay inside home the whole day without doing much of things, because I do not have my own vehicle to travel where I wanna go. And there is nothing nearby except a Mall , in this area. I have become too much dependent on a person. I hate to be a dependent. Whenever I need to buy something, I need to ask him, which is pathetic.
I am kind of stuck and trapped here which is very suffocating. I am too bored and depressed again. I am too much irritated and am having lack of interest over almost everything. I am having head congestion and I don't
know which remedy would work for me in my present condition. I hope and strongly pray, Dr Nawaz be back soon.

What a relief that you are back. Thanks for your response.

I already had second dose of Aconite 200c on 27th night as it was a 'do or die' kind of situation.
But I am feeling just 30-40% okay.
I am so irritated, have a mild headache, depressed, having a fear of a new place.

The thing which I hate the most about myself is seeking support from others or being dependent all the time.

I have certain things to finish here in CA. But I am so tensed/ not feeling confident enough to do everything by myself here in CA as my brother is going back to TX tomorrow. I cannot go back to TX for few months, because of various reasons. So I am kind of stuck here.

Please help me.

Luckily, I got hold of Belladonna 200C today from a store and I had a dose about 3 hours ago.

Just to inform you, I did not have Calc Phos before Belladonna because I was out of home the whole day yesterday.

I am still confused how much I am better after the first dose. Sometimes I feel 50-60% better sometimes less. I hope the other two doses will help me more on my major problem at the moment.
(Nervousness to do or start anything myself)
