I took the remedy around 10 am this morning. Its 10.38pm now.

My head has been tightened throughout the day today and I was having dull headache the whole day. Still my head is heavy.
Being emotional, thinking about husband has been less now. Which is a kind of relief at the moment.
Actually I got so much busy today. So much pressure inside mind. Sometimes I feel I cannot handle all these at once. And sometimes I feel am okay.
I got so much nervous today when I had to introduce myself in the classroom. I could feel that my facial expression had been changed while I was speaking.

Depression is little less than before.
Weakness has been improved to some extent.
Anger increased.

Rest is okay.

Hello doctor,
I took another dose of Calc Phos 200c today early morning. I did not feel much tightness in head, I was okay the whole day except I was having headache.(actually I was worried about my daughter as she was not adjusting in her school environment and also not eating anything. But I had to leave her there for long hours)

My headache is still there, hopefully it won't be there tomorrow. (I had experienced this kind of tension headaches many times before, so I am hopeful it will go away tomorrow).

A thing that I am concerned at the moment is I have become so much forgetful recently. I was not this much forgetful like this before. I forget small things and short term things.

Its been two days I have taken Avena Sativa 6X as per your instruction. It is making me little restless. My anger has been increased and my head also is tightening. I am irritated again. I have a warm feeling inside head too.

Sometimes I cannot speak what I want to say and speak something else.I need to stress to get words from mind meaning Words are not coming in mind at once.

How many pills did I need to put water for Avena Sativa ? I put 3 pills

Should I wait for sometime or should I go ahead and take some more doses ?

I was not blaming the remedy. I was just telling you every details that is going on so that I would know, whether I should continue remedy for some more time or stop the remedy right away so that I do not get much strong aggravation later on.

Hello doctor,
I am having severe stomach pain and vommitting since last night. The pain is not going away even by pain killer.
Now there is some diahrrea too. My condition is not so good. Whatever I eat or drink I vomit it.

I am better than before now. no vomiting and stomach pain for 6 hours. There is just little nausea and weakness left. I ate my meal and I am okay this time, I am taking enough fluids too.

Report as of today after the two remedies:

Mentally better than before.
Sadness about past event is much less.
Head tightness and heaviness are less but still there.
forgetfulness is little improved
Depression/Sad mood. still there. But less than what was at the beginning.
No enthusiasm. Don't want to laugh.
Panicky if time is running out for doing any task, meaning get panic if i have to finish few works at the same time.
Mental fatigue is still there.

Physically:
I have been suffering from severe back pain since this morning. I could hardly walk and bend. It was very difficult for me to work like that for long hours.

I took Avena Sativa for 5 days and I feel 50% better in my energy level.

My back still hurts when I walk and bend.


Unfortunately I got confused with the name of two remedies, Rhus Tox 200C and Ruta 200C and took Ruta 200C instead for 3 days. I just saw it was Rhus Tox and not Ruta...ohh !! what a mistake !! Sorry I did not check the mail properly.

I have received all other remedies that you wanted me to get:
Anacardium 200c
ipecacuanha 30c
Kali Phos 6X
Agnus Castus 30c
Ruta 200c

Current condition:
Depression : 80% better.
Head congestion 80% better
Head tightness 80% better.
Worry - 60% better

-confused/ cannot take decision easily or at once.
-panic when I have to do works in hurry. Fear with lots of homeworks from school all at a time.

Never check clock or watch just because I don't want to panic at the last moment . Because of this reason I always reach ahead of time if I need to reach anywhere or if I have to finish any work.

- get agitated when somebody asks or talks about my husband. I have limited my contacts and calls so that I don't need to answer anything about my marital life. I have created a shield around me; changed phone numbers, changed email address. I do not talk to the people other than my parents and brother.

-too much shy to talk to people, timid,
- Fear of making mistake while talking to people. So I am less talkative which is hampering my school activities. No confidence on speaking.

- I feel others are better than me. (inferiority complex)
- low self esteem
-low self confidence.
