Hello doctor,

I am very much stressed out and anxious. I have Nat Mur 1m and 30C. I am shaking inside out and my interview is on Monday. I am so nervous. Please please help me out.

My head is so heavy, feeling so tense and nervous, stressed out because of apprehension, anxiety,loneliness, apprehension, weakness in calves,
I think I will be fine once I am in the interview desk, but I am having overwhelming feeling because of so much of stress. I am so worried about the result of the interview. Additionally I am worried about my daughter too.
Its like my head will be blast.

Due to the internet problem at home, I could not view your last message. So could not know I had to take Nat Mur 30C either.

I was very much nervous the day and night before the interview day. But somehow I managed my stress and nervousness. I also remembered your words, be brave !! I tried to be brave and went to the interview next day. As I already told you that I might be alright once I am at the desk of the interview. I was okay there, not very much nervous and panicky. I gave my best at the interview. Hopefully,the result will be positive. I still have to wait for 15 more days for the result.

But due to all these tensions and stresses, my head has become so heavy and congested. It seems as if I am still inside that stressful moment. I am feeling mentally exhausted and physically weak, I look sick too because of no sleep. I lost 5 lbs during these stressful days.
Today another tension came up and I am so stressed out thinking of the solution to that problem which occurred to my mom.

Please help.

Additionally, I want to let you know that I received Aralia Quinquefolia 3X today, though I ordered it under 3 days shipment method. I am so mad at them.

I only feel 30-40% okay. My head is still burning and anger and irritation have not subsided much. Strong fear of being insane is still there. I am mentally exhausted. NOt able to take anymore stress at all. I am so aggravated when I give even a little pressure.
Head is so heavy and tightened.
Everyone seems like an enemy to me.

I took 3 doses of Staph 200c.
Fear of insanity and depression are improved but I am having a strong fear of Breakdown. It seems like if I take anymore tension or stress I will be collapse. I am in so much of tension. I am not able to control my mind. I am shaking. My nerves are so sensitive at the moment. Overwhelming thoughts are bothering me a lot. My head is burning and is heavy. Feeling physically weak too. So much of mental exhaustion.
I am so much tensed about the result of my interview which I have to pass it anyhow for the betterment of myself and my daughter's future.

On the top of my tensions, my landlady is again giving me hard-time blaming me for the things that I didn't do. She is always after me and my daughter. I remained quiet so far taking them lightly, but those things are bothering me so much these days.

I took a dose of Lac Canninum 200
I am feeling just 20-30% okay than before.

I am still very tensed, depressed, anxious, shaky, heavy headed, acid like burning inside head, headache. Look so pale, no hunger or thirst. Feeling physically and mentally weak.

One day seems to be a year for me. I have to spend 5 more days to hear the result. It is very hard to stay like this. I am kind of suffocated here.

I am missing my parents a lot who are in TX at the moment and I cannot go and visit them before my result. I am very much stuck in here. I am like controlled by something which is unbearable.

I am missing my husband too. These days I am only remembering his positive sides.
I am so much lonely at the moment.

I am sorry, I could not write to you earlier because I was traveling and could not get hold of internet too. I could not read your last message and did not have chance to take Ignatia that day. I am sorry.I apologize. Can I take it now ?

I went to get the interview result yesterday but they said they are gonna mail the result to me since the decision has not been done yet. So I am not sure when will I get the result. I am still very much tensed.

Now I along with my daughter are going to TX tomorrow, to visit my parents. But the journey this time is too long(40 hrs). I am so tensed and apprehensive because of all the tensions so far. All the negative thoughts are overwhelming me. I am shaky, head congested and headache.

Please suggest.

I took a dose of Ignatia 200c. There is not much difference in stress level. My head is still heavy and tightened because of uncontrollable tension. Too nervous and worry about the long journey. I am feeling physically and mentally weak. So much irritated. Too many thoughts in mind. No hunger.
Fear of health and death too.
