Great questions!

Kinley doesn't seem overly thirsty at the moment but when she does drink she will drink up to 8 ounces at once which is a lot for her.

She always tends to sleep on her left side which I suspect is why her left ear is usually the one that bothers her most.

Her dad has eczema and seasonal allergies that he has had since birth. He has had times where his eczema is every bit as bad as kinleys. To this day during spring and early fall he gets patches of eczema behind knees, on ankles, top of feet. Terrible congestion as well.

ENT: I forget if I told you that after her ear tube surgery one ear was so infected she bled from the ear and clogged her ear tube. Bc of the clogged tube I had been especially concerned about this last cold that is still holding on in terms if nasal congestion. I believe its a cold and the pollen. Se told me this morning her right ear hurt. But it's not bothering her too much bc she is very energetic, playful and happy. Plus the right ear was NOT the one that has a clogged tube so any fluid will flow out.

Thanks for being so helpful and thor

Hi,

Few more questions:

Does she have any moles on the body?

Does she like eggs?

Does she have dryness of mouth?

Does she like Music?

How is the shape of her head, and how is it proportion to her body?

Does she sweat on any part of the body during sleep?

Zady, below are the answers to your questions...

Does she have any moles on the body?
She does not have moles. She does have an 'angels kiss' birthmark on the back of her hairline. It's just a red birthmark that covers the hairline.

Does she like eggs?
She does really like eggs. All meat. She definitely is most drawn to protein like eggs/meat and also to sweets.

Does she have dryness of mouth?
She does not appear to have dryness of the mouth currently.

Does she like Music?
She really loves music. Since birth and continuing now she will immediately calm down from crying/temper tantrum/etc. with music. Very soothing to her.

How is the shape of her head, and how is it proportion to her body?
Her head shape is very typical, not oblong etc. Her head is quite small, but appears in direct proportion to her body, which is also very small. she has very little fat but muscle tone even at this young age.

Does she sweat on any part of the body during sleep?
After naps many times her head is drenched in sweat. that is the only place on her body I have noticed this.

Hope this helps! thanks so much!!!

Hi,

Possible to mail me pic of the kid. I just need close-up of the face. If that will take time, I can prescribe. Just let me know.

Zady101 9 years ago
I just emailed you pics zady. Also just an FYI her eczema is starting to flair again. It's on her elbow and knees and legs now. This is all so confusing! Sometimes I really have no idea what is causing her flairs. Either way I know we are doing better each month so hopefully this will resolve soon. Thanks so so much!!!

Please order Carcinosin mix LM1 (liquid) from Ainsworth UK and let me know when you get it.

Until the med arrives, you may give Ars alb to the kid in case there is a flare up.

Zady,
the closest I can find to what you have indicated is:

carcinocin mix 30C which I can choose to put in a liquid with 33% alcohol. I cannot find 1LM in liquid on ainsworths.com, but it could be because I'm not searching correctly.

melissafox22 9 years ago
Thats what it brings by default.

Once inside, click on Carcinosin mix 30C and it will give you LM option also.

Zady101 9 years ago
one last question. I found the LM1. should it be put in water or 33% alcohol?

33% alcohol.

Hi Zady,
We got the homeopathic!

and a quick update...

First off, you asked in a previous post if Kinley had any birthmarks. I hadn't really observed her skin other then the eczema, but she DOES have five or so small dark brown patches that have actually shown up after her birth, in the last several months. they are small and brown/coffee colored...

kinley's skin: as summer sets in here her skin is just getting worse and more agitated/itchy/inflamed. It's still not where it was a year ago but it's not looking as well as I'd like to see...

thanks so much for all your help!!!

Ok, pls give carc 30mix like this:

Dissolve 2 drops in a small cup (approx 8oz) filled with water, stir a few times with a disposable spoon take out 1 teaspoon and give to her to drink. Do this once only.

Update me after 3 days.

Update:

As far as the Carcinocin remedy, I cannot say I see a difference in the positive. It may possibly have gotten worse though it's hard to tell...

Kinley's eczema got progressively worse beginning of last summer, and here we are in the first week of summer-like weather and her skin is bad. And it's bad in a different way.

Whereas over the winter she would have concentrated spots of eczema, now her whole body feels different. Her skin this winter was like silk besides the hands and ankles. Now her entire body, especially the arms and legs feel like sandpaper. So even skin that isn't outwardly red still feels very rough. And her eczema is prominent and rough/sandpaper on both hands, diaper area (very itchy there) inside of elbows, front and back of knees, both ankles.

She tells us that her skin 'hurts' and is constantly asking us to put lotion on her.

She has been very agitated during wake time the past several days. She is throwing multiple tantrums,is very disagreeable and demanding.

She seems very tired. She wants to go to sleep by 11 am and will sleep 3 hours for naps and 11 hours at night.

Her BM's are normal. All seems good there.

I did want to note that her dad's eczema is terrible right now too. It's the worst he has had in 10 years. For him he is certain it's outdoor allergies...

Hi Zady, update on kinley...

it's now been closer to 2 weeks since I gave the remedy to kinley. her skin has not improved since that time. As you may remember from the post above, her skin seems to get much worse in terms of the amount of her body that is affected in summer. she currently still has it on both hands, now both ankles, both knees (front and back) , inner thighs and the inside of her elbows. They bother her a lot and she often cries and complains that she 'hurts'.

I still feel like certain foods exacerbate her eczema, though I can't put my finger on what food that is.

Other then the eczema, she is doing well.

She is sleeping really well and long. She seems to be in a growth spurt.

Her appetite is not great. She is more picky lately and craves sugar and meat.

BM's: she is having regular BM's that are brown to dark brown.

She is really happy and content.

I'm happy to provide any more information you need and also, I will email pictures to you right now.

thanks!

hi zady,

Well kinley is struggling still. I wonder if/why the heat seems to really exacerbate her eczema. She still has it all over her body except her trunk/back and face. She has it all the way up her legs and on her bottom. ankles, knees, hands, elbows, under arms. And it's very itchy, dry, and irritating. Also her entire skin on her legs, even that which isn't the red and angry eczema is bumpy and rough.

We are currently potty training her and every time she has an accident she becomes hysterical bc the urine burns her eczema so bad.

I would say the lyco may have possibly helped a small bit, but really I am not sure.

Another interesting thing is she has been unusually constipated. She has had up to 48 hours of no BM's which hasn't been an issue since infancy. She will sometimes say her tummy hurts too. When she does have a BM it seems quite normal.

Her mood is good. Besides the chronic itching she is quite happy.

An interesting new thing: she is suddenly very upset and agitated when a new person enters familiar surroundings. She is almost three, way past separation anxiety, yet for example if she is in a class and an adult she does not know enters she gets hysterical and inconsolable for awhile.

She seems pretty thirsty.

She is sleeping well but is having a very hard time falling asleep at night. she is not agitated, but just rolls around for up to an hour.

When she wakes from her naps she is almost always sweating a lot, especially on her head.

She continues to find music a source of great comfort. really calms her.

She's a tough little case, isn't she?! As always, thank you so very much for your support. it's so greatly appreciated.

Hello Melissa,

The case is not at all difficult to handle, in fact quite easy as u provide quite detailed updates.

The only reason we are not making progress now is bcoz you are slipping a little in terms of providing me with updates on time.

For how many days, lyc has been given? When was the last dose?

I will analyze the case tomorrow and come back to you. Meanwhile, if possible u can mail me some pics of the affected areas

Zady101 9 years ago
Zady you are EXACTLY right I have been slipping!!! And what's so interesting is that when I stay on top of my updates to you we never have these problems and literally have not since you started helping us. Anyway I do have some good pics of her skin I I will email in about two hours. Thanks so much!!!

Zady, I just sent you pictures to your email...thank you so much! I am not sure why but just today she is at the peak of a bad flair (last flair this bad was in October). I won't let the homeopathic advice slip again...thanks so much!
