Recurrent bronchitis in a child Page 4 of 13

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Don't worry. For now, we will just observe.

During the coming days, if you see things worsening continuously or think she has caught cold or something, please inform me ASAP and we will handle it then.

Hi, Fitness! My daughter has been snoring louder than usual in the last couple of days, and her nose has been fully blocked - she can't breath through it at all. She has also had outbreaks of atopic dermatitis on her legs in the past 10 days, they are not as serious as they have been before, but they are more in number, appear and disappear in a few days, and she's been feeling itchy. Otherwise, she has had no cough or runny nose in the last two weeks(this is a record)! Can something be done about her enlarged adenoids? Thank you for what you have done so far for us!

salihnel last decade
You are welcome.

Please give her one dose, just one dose and revert with updates.

Don't worry, we will address ALL her issues including adenoids.

fitness last decade
Shall I give her the dose before she goes to sleep or it doesn't matter when?

salihnel last decade
As a simple rule of thumb, always give the dose before bedtime unless its an emergency or specifically advised otherwise.

fitness is suffering from classical mania, he needs a fitness certificate by some good practitioner, you should always try the easy specific remedies first especially tissue remedies, classical principles are applied when the real symptoms appear.

We do have real symptoms now. She lost her voice last night and I noticed white streaks on her tonsils. I gave her one dose of her remedy. She slept better than the day before. In the morning I took her to our GP - she's got tonsilitis. The GP prescribed antibiotics. Her tonsils are enlarged and have some streaks of pus. She complains of sore throat and her voice is changed. No cough, no fever, no nasal discharge. She has appetite and good mood. How long does it take before the remedy starts to work and what am I to expect?

salihnel last decade
I am not clear, was she fine before the dose and then after the dose developed tonsillitis?

If not, and it was something she just caught as an acute, then Sil dose should show substantial improvement in 12-24 hrs.

If the improvement is not evident within 12-24 hrs, please give answers to below questions as per the situation at that exact moment:

2. What are the symptoms of the problem
3. What makes the problem better
4. What makes the problem worse
5. How are you feeling mentally & emotionally during the problem (restless, calm, weepy, want to be alone, fear of death etc)
6. Are you chilly or hot
7. How is your level of energy
8. How is your thirst
9. Are your lips or mouth dry
10. If fever during this illness, are you chilly or hot
11. If fever, are you sweating or not
12. If fever, what makes you feel better
13. Your likes in food regarding taste (salty, sweet, sour etc) , temperature (cold, hot etc).
14. Your dislikes in food regarding taste (salty, sweet, sour etc) , temperature (cold, hot etc).

I checked her throat because her voice suddenly changed and I noticed pus on her tonsils BEFORE I gave her the dose.

salihnel last decade
How long has it been since the dose and how are the symptoms responding to the dose.

fitness last decade
It's been almost 20 hours. I haven't noticed any change, her tonsils look the same as they did yesterday, at least she's not getting worse.

salihnel last decade
Change in tonsils will be evident a little later. All other things e.g. mood, energy level, appetite etc. are the first to respond.

Keep me posted of any reversal as we may need an intercurrent remedy.

fitness last decade
She is in a good mood, she has lots of energy and good appetite. Her voice is almost back to normal. There is less pus. She sniffles a lot, her nose is still blocked and she snores at night. There has been nothing new.

salihnel last decade
Very nice.

We will just observe for continued progress.

Please keep me posted.

fitness last decade
Pus has almost diappeared. Her voice is normal, except for the nasal speech. She is very well emotionally.
Is it a good sign that this time her tonsils were affected? She has never had tonsilitis before.

salihnel last decade
If she never had tonsillitis before, then it could have been an acute episode and that too will be curatively addressed.

We will continue to observe. Her body is doing the permanent healing by itself, all we are doing is providing the adequate support with the right single remedy.

fitness last decade
Hi! I don't see any pus on her tonsils so I guess it's gone. She only continues to snore and breathe through her mouuth at night, and there are also the lesions of atopic dermatitis that make her feel itchy at times.

salihnel last decade
Good progress.

Please list all her symptoms as they were at the start of treatment and update their status as of now e.g.
Recurrent sore throat: 50% better
Snoring: no improvement
atopic lesions: no improvement
and so on for all symptoms

This will help me determine if her existing remedy will address remaining symptoms or we need an intercurrent now.

Also, please upload here or email me a picture of the lesions.

fitness last decade
Do you mean after the first dose of the remedy which was taken perhaps a month ago, or after the last dose which was taken on Sunday?

salihnel last decade
After the first dose probably a month ago.

fitness last decade
Crackles in chest: none
Cough: none
Sore throat: 50% improvement
Atopic lesions: none at the time of taking the first dose, appeared two weeks later covering 10-15% of her legs. Compared to lesions she has had before, the current ones are not as serious but cover more skin.
Snoring: no improvement.
Toenails: no improvement.
Teeth coloring: no improvement.
Enlarged lymph nodes: no improvement.
Pant wetting: no improvement.

She also continues to (over-)express herself in public places, the street/supermarket/doctor's office are like a stage to her.
She even hugs children and women we've never met before.
Her behavior in the kindergarten: 50% improvement, she's not that shy, communicates and plays with other children.

I'll e-mail you a picture tomorrow.

salihnel last decade
I assume that when you say Crackles & cough as none it means 100% improvement?

Please explain pant wetting.

fitness last decade
Yes,100% improvent.
Sometimes she wets her pants a little and then goes to the bathroom. As if she is so busy doing sth else and she is trying to hold it as much as she can. No bed wetting at night.

salihnel last decade
Thanks. That's excellent progress.

We will review the case on a weekly basis after the dose and accordingly decide future course of action.

fitness last decade
All the remaining symptoms should yield within 2-3 months if not earlier as they are all linked.

The improvement in nails will be evident in around 3 months as this is how long the body takes to replace the nails. The improvement should be evident at the base of the nails about now.
