I repeated the dose. There's no improvement but it's not worse either. Her energy and mood are normal.

Hi, I'm writing to report about my child's condition. She still coughs from time to time, mainly at night and early in the morning before she wakes up. During the day she coughs very rarely. Her nose is blocked and she continues to snore and breathe through her mouth when asleep.
Atopic lesions - none at the moment, but they usually appear and disappear
Teeth - 50% better
Toenails - no improvement
Pant wetting - 90% improvement.
Her mood and appetite are very good, high energy level.

Please get Sil 1M and let me know once you have it.

fitness last decade
ok, will get back to you in a couple of days then.

Hi! I have the remedy. It's liquid. I also want to mention that she still coughs, very rarely, but the cough is sometimes dry, her face goes red and she can't take a breath.
What do I do now?

This is compared to before we started the treatment in November
Lungs have been clear for the last 3 months, so I guess it's 100% improvement.
Atopic lesions - 90% improvement
Pant wetting - 90% improvement.
Cough - dry, rare; 50% improvement
Teeth - black coloring, 50% better
Nose - obstructed, 0 % imrpovement;
Snoring at night, 0% improvement
Mouth-breathing, 0% improvement
Enlarged lymph nodes on the neck, back and front - I don't notice any change, 0% improvement
Third tonsil enlarged, 0% improvement
Toenails - rough, 0% improvement
Tonsils - enlarged, with craters after the tonsilitis, they are actually worse but I don't know what percentage to give, as I don't know what should they look like at their worst; their surface was smooth before tonsilitis in December

Please give her a dose of Phosphorus 200c, just one dose and report back in a week.

fitness last decade
Sorry, I just want to make sure - you really mean Phosphorus, not Silicea, right? I was just wondering because you haven't prescribed us Phos so far. Also, I have Phos 1M at home, would that be too much? I will order 200c, it's no problem, though.

salihnel last decade
Confirmed, its Phos 200c. Phos 1M would be too high.

OK,understood.

Her symptoms got worse last night, very bad dry cough, coughs almost incessantly, nasal discharge varying between transparent and yellowish, sniffles all the time and all this makes her irritable, restless and fidgety. Scratches her legs. She also wants to drink warm water which is unusual. Reduced energy level. It`s almost midnight right now but she refuses to lie down because she says she cant breathe. I will receive Phos 200 tomorrow, I just wanted to know if I should still give it to her tw night or she needs sth else considering her new condition?

What happened which caused this all of a sudden.

Give her a dose of Sil and report back.

Don't give Phos yet.

I gave her another dose of Sil at 2 am, but nothing changed. I took her to a doctor in the morning and was diagnosed with larynghitis tracheitis acuta, they gave her an injection with antibiotics there and we will continue with it for approx. 7 days. I dont know what happened but it developed really fast. It seems that its difficult to handle her acute conditions with homeopathy. I received the Phos by the way. Is there anything you could advise me?

salihnel last decade
Please get Belladonna 200c. In future if there is an episode which develops this fast, give her a dose of Bell without wasting anytime and then report back.

fitness last decade
I will get it. Is there any other acute homeopathic remedy that we'd better have just in case? They are quite cheap so i prefer to be prepared rather than wait for delivery. Even if never use them, it's no problem.

salihnel last decade
There are two problems here.

First, there are around 25 remedies that are used 90% of the time. You should have them.

Secondly, you have to know which one to use and for that you require reliable access to a homeopath. The forum is not designed for that.

In any case, I can list the remedies if you like.

What bothers me is that when she has an acute condition, I have to order a remedy and this takes two days to receive so I cant deal with it in time and things get worse. I already have Apis200, Phos 200, Arsenicum Album 200, Ipeca 200. I will get Belladonna next week. Otherwise I could only get remedies of potency 30ch and lower. If you could list several other remedies that you think wr should definitely have, I will be grateful. In any case, I wont give them to her without consulting with you first.
