Hello doctor,

I took a dose of Ignatia 200c. There is not much difference in stress level. My head is still heavy and tightened because of uncontrollable tension. Too nervous and worry about the long journey. I am feeling physically and mentally weak. So much irritated. Too many thoughts in mind. No hunger.
Fear of health and death too.

Please help.

I could start Ars Alb 200C since yesterday night only, because I was traveling all these hours. I will report you in 3 days.

Regarding missing husband, I am still missing him a lot. His thoughts are kind of bothering me. We are in such positions that I cannot go back to him and he cannot come back to me. I am worried about him because I still love him. Because of his immature behavior I had to take some major steps in my life. I am here in the US just for the sake of my baby and her future and he is back home. I don't want to miss him anymore, not until I achieve something significant here which will be good for all of us.
He had emailed me 2-3 times but because of fear of hearing anymore bad news I did not check his emails.

I am not able to control my thoughts. I feel like my brain/mind is wounded.

I am feeling 30-40% better.

Still very depressed. Heaviness of head, shortness of breath, missing husband a lot, fear of further bad happenings in life. I always feel nothing good will happen in my life. I lost faith on everything. I have lost interest in everything.
Whenever someone says, you look so sick, you lost so much of weight, I fear of death.
Little criticism,humiliation, bad weather, damp weather aggravate me.

Please help.

Report as of today:

Fear of death is not going away.
I am not seeing myself in the mirror as I have lost a huge amount of weight because of the stress in CA. I fear that I will die if I loose more weight or if somebody says I look so sick and skinny now. This fear is there because I have seen sick people dying after loosing weight. So I am comparing myself with them.
I avoid hearing anything about deceased people. It makes me upset and fearful.

Fear of hearing bad news, sadness, heaviness in head and lack of interest

I have taken 2 doses of Ars Alb so far but I am not experiencing any positive result. I am feeling more depressed, burning inside head, fear of bad news, fear of insanity, fear of death, fear of ghosts are in increasing manner. Head is too heavy. I am so depressed, so stuck inside situation.

I took two doses of Aconite 200 as per your instruction. Today is the fourth day. Sorry I was traveling and could not report you earlier.

Report as of today:
Fear of death: improved by 30-40%. Still avoid to see mirror and also take photographs. I look so sick, pathetic, diseased.

Depression: improved 20-30% (increases if there is a gloomy weather)

Still agitated with bad news/death news. Nerves have become so sensitive.

Head burning: improved just by 10%

Still avoid to hear about any major diseases. Specially mental diseases.

Stuck feeling: improved by 10-20%.

Again having the haunting memories of the death of my cousin brother. The whole incident is revolving around my head.

I think I am also fearful about ghosts

Irritation and anger: increased. Cannot even tolerate child's tantrum.

Head tightness. improved just by 10-20%.

Hot weather aggravates.
Feel good when travel.

Sorry, I was traveling with parents and could not get hold of internet. So could not see your message before. But since yesterday morning, I have been feeling better.

Less fearful about own death.
Apatite, got better ( I used to get scared that I will die if I don't eat)
past bad memories are not that bothersome.
Sadness is there
Irritation is there

I haven't taken Ars Alb yet and according to USPS they will deliver my pacakage of Sulphur 200C today.

Please suggest what should I do next.

Hope you are doing well.

I took Ars Alb for 3 days. I am much better now. Thank you very much for your help.

If your help were not there I might have ended up taking some ridiculous medicines, which I don't trust at all. I really adore you and your great help rendered towards me.

But I am missing my husband like anything. Everything here reminds me of him which makes me weak emotionally. These days, I am depressed because of this issue. I was not missing him this much till some time ago. This has become my recent problem(Started around 2 months ago)

Other problems:
-Burning of soles
-Having memory problems
-Easily offended
- Mild heaviness of head.
-Mild burning of head.
- Intolerant of heat(hot weather)
