Hello Dr Nawaz,
I took 3 doses of Bryonia. I took last dose yesterday. It helped me during my stressful time. My daughter was very sick. I was so worried and panicky. I had to take her to doctor twice. There was no helping hands. But She is much better now. I am so relieved now. I was so stressed out as to manage everything at once. But thank you for your prompt help. Bryonia helped me by 50-60%.
I am just heavy headed right now. I hope this will go away too. Thank you once again

Hello Dr Nawaz,
I took Rus Tox for 3 days. Yesterday was the 3rd dose. Today My depression hyped and stressed out feeling increased too the whole day at work. My head is little congested too. I am also having muscle tension ( dull pain)on the left chest too. Last time when I had this kind of ache, I checked my heart. My heart was fine. The doctor told me this was because of the tension/pain created by stress and suggested to take pain reliever.
I am still worried about my daughter as she hasn't fully recovered yet. I took her to ER last week. She is in antibiotics for her strep now. She's still coughing and She's feeling weak and has lost apatite.
I was so panicked last time when school called me and let me know that she has fever when I was at work. I was very helpless and shivering too.
I am still scared thinking that I might get such phone call again. Those thinkings are making me stressed and tensed.
I am just praying I can handle these at least until one more month. Hopefully he'll be here by then and my stress will be less.

Please help me, I am in too much of anger and frustration.
I am angry/furious with almost everybody and everything. I feel like everybody does wrong with me. I am trying my best to control it but It's not helping out. I am yelling a lot these days.
Please help me clam down my anger. My head is burning and tight.
