I talked to Nawaz about this - he said it is ok. If after colocynthis, you are still
having trouble, go get some cell salts. They are at Whole Foods,
Vitamin Shoppe and Vitacost online. Purchase Kali phos 6x, mag phos6x,
Calc phos 6x and start taking 3 tabs of each all together, 3 times a day.
Cell salts rebalance the cells, you have had so much stress that
your nervous system needs to be built back up. You can report
on how this is doing 4 days after you start. ( they are Hylands Brand and
they are tablets, they are in a section underneath the remedies at
Whole Foods)

Hello Dr Nawaz,
I am still very much pressurized mentally. Still dizzy. I am not talking to anybody which is not normal to anyone here. But too many things are bothering me, so i dont wanna talk to anyone. I look depressed. Everybody says, dont be like that but if i had control over my feelings/emotions/thinkings then i would not be suffering like this today.
I have no control over my stressed out feeling.
I cant laugh when my heart is sad, i cant smile when i see my child is suffering, i can't hear her saying 'i miss you mommy, dont go to work'. I can't see a note under my pillow every night saying 'i miss u mom, i love you'. I wanted to raise her like a princess but i am helpless. Her smile is precious for me.
Today, I had to say 'no' to a very good job offer just because i can't see my child miss me more. My supervisor admires me a lot. She wanted to hire me and make my job permanent here (from2pm-11.30pm) but since i can't ignore my child's suffering, i said ' i can't work in the second shift for long time, so please look for someone else, don't hire me' i didn't want to take advantage of her kindness. Here, i am losing good opportunities.
She recommended me for morning shift (6-2:30pm)too but then i have no babysitter who can make my child ready for school. So i couldn't say 'yes' to that one either.
I feel too much pressurized, heavy headed, and dizzy as soon as i wake till 4-5pm. My car has not been fixed yet and my brother is pressurizing me to get it fixed soon. I dont wanna talk to anybody as i dont want anymore pressure in my head. It feels like its gonna blast. My nerves are too jittery. I sigh a lot.
I haven't yet received my cell salts.
Please advise.

How are you doing ?
Please help me as i am depressed again. I had heated argument with my husband, which was against my nature. I can't and don't want to argue with anybody. I was shivering and crying while we argued.
He was blaming me for everything that happened in our lives, which was not fully true. I agree i did some mistakes too, but he was the immature one to leave us alone here. I am handling everything by myself and on the top he is adding up my tensions. He is not helping me in any manners but i am tolerating all of his blames, acts and tantrums just because of fear of being lonely. It freaks me out when i feel i am lonely mentally/emotionally.
I am so heavy headed. My head is burning. I dont want to talk to anybody, i dont want to do anything.
Please help me asap.

I wake up suddenly in every 15-20 minutes even if i fall asleep I am not able to concentrate either. I had a talk with my husband two days ago. He said he is not coming back here ever. He was drunk and was torturing me again saying nonsense. I dont understand why doesn't he feel responsible towards his daughter. He is not helping me by any means and neither he is doing any jobs backhome. I do not expect anything from him. I just want him to come back stay home and take care of my daughter. She needs a father. If i go back, life would be harder for both me and my daughter. Its easier here in many ways.

It seems your husband has an alcohol problem along with perhaps
other problems where he never works. Especially with alcohol,
this is a serious illness that you have no control over.Until he
gets help for that, his behavior is never going to be predictable
in any way shape or form. He probably does not remember very
much of what he says either. When you are dealing with a drunk person
or a person who starts to verbally abuse you, the best strategy is
to end the conversation as quick as possible.
Look at him as a sick person you are praying for and not as someone
who is out to torture you- he is ill and that must be accepted.
You have done a great job under extreme circumstances and
everyone needs support in their lives. At some point you could
go to an Al-Anon meeting, which is for anyone who has loved ones
in their lives who are drinking or using drugs. It is about turning
your loved one over for healing to his Higher power, whatever that
means to you. There are meetings of Al-Anon going on everyday
and night and people will even give you a ride to them and back home.
Thousands of people are dealing with the same thing you are dealing
with and worse. Or you could join a church and start to get
some support that way-Everybody needs some support- it is vital,
like food. You have to put yourself in the place where you are going
to be able to receive-and be ok with that- it is a balance, giving
and receiving and you need a respite of stability on the receiving part-
which your husband cannot give that at this time.

Please help me out!! My head is burning like hell its Too tight.
I am too much stressed out, dizzy, irritated, suffocated. Its not my husband's matter which is bothering me at the moment. Its because of too many things which i have to manage here. Everything seems unmanageable and overwhelming. I am not able to handle my daughter too. Its too stressful. My head is so heavy, i am too dizzy. I did not have the remedy but I ordered it online, it may take 2-3 days to reach me, in the meantime could you please suggest any other remedy for my condition. I am really stressed out even with a small matter. Too much dizzy and breathless and heaviness of head.

Hi Trishna,
You can start taking the 6x cell salts 3 times a day.
Take 3 tabs of each at the same time a half hour
before or after eating and advise how this is working
after 4 days.

I took the remedy as prescribed, i feel like i am 30-35% better. But still i feel breathless and dizzy when i am tensed and pressurized.
I also received phosphoric. Acid. 200ck from Boiron.
Lately i am feeling so insecured regarding finance. I am almost broke and i am not sure how to manage. My brother who was so close to me refused to help me. He said so rudely that ' i can't do anything more for you since i also have family to run.' I was not expecting this from him specially when i am in need. Now i am so panicky so insecure.
Please help.

Hi- You have only had the cell salts for a few days. You can
add into that mix Ferrum Phos 6x and silicea 6x for dizziness
and breathing and keep taking as you have.
This is up to Nawaz, if he says ok or not, or if he wants
you to take something else.
Cell salts can be taken for 3 weeks at a time with a week off
and restarted if needed.
