Dr Nawaz please help me I am shaky and nervous. My head is congested and I am too tensed about almost everything here in Dallas. Kind of suffocated too.

How are you?
I started job in Dallas and today was my first day. I liked the job.
My main problem right now is I am feeling too low for the past few days and people are noticing my sadness and low face. Somebody satired me too saying ' have we done something wrong to you ? We are living in the same house and you are behaving like stranger, which is not good.' That was hurtful.
Actually the fault is mine that I am not talking to anybody properly, in fact I don't feel like. So I agree I have a sad face, which I don't like it either.
My head is tight and I am feeling so low and slow. There is no excitement and joy. There is no smile on my face. Mostly I am worried about my future and about my daughter who is too much shy ( she does not talk to anybody except me).
Please help.

Hello Dr Nawaz,
I am too tensed at the moment.
My daughter is giving me so much of hard time and everybody is blaming me that I did not teach her anything. She is not going to the bathroom and doing pees and poops on her pants while I am at work. This thing is making everybody annoyed and the blame is on me. I have been doing my best so far but my daughter is not under my control. I am so upset and depressed hearing those blames specially from my husband as he is like 'i am having hard time because of my own choice. He meant that I made him go back and now he is laughing at my situation.'. Please dr Nawaz help me I am so tensed. And I am really mad at my daughter too for her unusual behaviors( not talking to others, doing everything on pants etc).

Children do this sort of thing when they are very stressed.
They revert back to earlier stages of childhood. Your daughter
needs help. You said she is lonely and needs company while
you are working long hours. Is she alone in the house? You need
to have someone pay attention to her- either hire someone to
come in or take her to daycare. Children have basic needs and
they simply have to be met. You cannot explain to a child, that
they have to 'manage' bc you are at work.
They do not know how to cope at this age.She is getting depressed
and these are the signs of it.Getting angry at her is going to make
it worse.

How many pills should I put to make a dose of Camomilla 30c for my five years old if I can give her that ?

Please help me. I am depressed again. My husband was telling so many negative stuff to my daughter when I am not around. He told her everything happened because of my fault and it's good that I am having hard time. He told me that I am not raising my child properly and said he is gonna stop conversation with me. He attacks me all the time, trying to make me realize it's all my fault.
My head is too heavy and I can't stop thinking about what he said to me. I am brooding over one thing and getting depressed. I am fearful about being alone. Please help me. I am too tensed.

I got my husband back somehow last night around 2 am. I pleaded for not hurting me like that. I know I have done some mistakes, but I am a human being. He is punishing me so hard for my mistake though he also has done a big one(by leaving us alone here). I tried my best to fix things. Things are kind of okay now. But my head is still too heavy because of tension and fear of loosing a company. It was really scary and devastating to feel alone. I was so restless. Everything seems okay but still I am having huge burning inside head and am not been able to sleep almost the whole night. Its been two nights now. My post anxiety condition has not improved. My head is heavy like anything with headache. My mind is kind of alert. I work from 2 to midnight and I am feeling sleepy at work which is not good for me. Can I take anything else for my condition untill I get Arnica. It may take 1-2 days.
