Hi Sameer,

I can't believe time has passed so fast! Oops...

I have had so much life stress the last two weeks and and three exams in a short space of time- incredibly stressful too!

Since I last posted I have been a little calmer but mostly the same physically and mentally. My favourite songs right now are quite melancholy, sting- 'mad about you' and the cure - 'a night like this'!

Please instruct me!

Melancholy! -I feel kind of similar as before- dwelling on the past- regrets, love lost. And the saddness and pointlessness of life, even though I pray and know there is a point! The fingers and joints feel short-term stiffness more often and worse than before- I have to keep 'clicking' them on my ankles and fingers. I still have the right eye muscle twitching. Neck is extremely itchy as usual scalp issues.

How easily do you express your emotions and anger ?

In the past has there been ever a stage in your life when there was any form of emotional suppression ?

Hey again!

I express anger at times other times not. Emotions however are difficult for me to express and I don't trust anyone enough to express them fully.

Emotional suppression - sums up almost everything in my life from the age of 6yrs! - domestic disharmony, separation from loved ones, bereavement, love loss, betrayal, disloyalty, dishartened by others - all felt my me with emotional suppression. In fact I even saw a dream alluding to this suppression

Hi Sameer,

I hope u r well and back online for my sake and others!

I am feeling the same as my last post - mind seems calm.

My ears feel a little blocked now and then and had a little pus in them.

Joints in my fingers still feel strange and 'click' often. My neck is still itchy. One thing that has started in the last week or two is period-like pain in abdomen every so often.

Please advise, thanks!

Well, everything is the same except that I have had an ear infection in my left ear and my mood is a little melancholy- I'm dwelling on the past and the ones I miss a little...

Hi Sameer,

I got the medicine and took it 10 days ago...

I've had: a little pus in my left ear, pain in my left heel when walking without shoes, pain in the balls of my right foot. Also I have weeping eczema - started two days ago on the back of my hair line, it's weeping and itchy, and my scalp seems to have spots of it too. my left hand has a little eczema on the joints - being itchy and when I scratch it it becomes scabs. I seem to be getting gradually hairier on my body.

I feel alone - like I want company and quite hopeless too!

Hi Sameer,

I hope you are well.

Physically I've had similar issues: the kind of boil-like cysts have returned with a vengence! - I had aroud 7 big ones on the lower half of my face - especially around the chin - (and a few on the back of the neck/upper back)sometimes becoming boils and other times just being cysts - and a few on the groin area too. I've had itching, dryness and eczema on the whole length of my back now - and the continuing/old problem of it on my neeck - becoming extremely itchy and a little red too.

Mentally I've been feeling strange - less religious and hopeless and generally worrying.

Please tell me what to do, thanks! :)
