Help! desparate sufferer of PCOS _{Page 28 of 28}

I took a dose of lm10 a week and a half ago.

Please tell me what to do.

I'm ok mentally just worried and stressed about usual life things.

I'm sick and tired of the boils on my face!

I took some aloe vera and it made me break out in spots and has given me a ravenous appetite even though I stopped taking it a month ago.

I have a worrisome white patch of skin on my right shoulder the doctor said it was fungal? I also have a painful verruca on my right foot.

I have put on 5kg due to exams and holiday, normally I would diet for a week or too and lose it but my appetite is ridiculous and won't allow for that. So I've switched to a low carb diet with more fats as it keeps me more satisfied. The only thing is if I do not stick to it strictly then any small losses in weight immediately come back!

My memory is still appalling. And I find my to do list seems to dizzy me...

It will be my 10th day after taking medication on Saturday.

I feel intensely angry at relatively trivial things.

I have been extremely sensitive to the cold for the past couple of months.

Every evening my legs ache from exhaustion and exposure to cold wind even though I wear trousers.

I feel very hungry in the evenings. My skin is still spot-prone.

I feel irritated and a bit depressed, ungrateful.

All of the things I have on my mind are giving me a lot of stress.

I usually wake with headache.

Please instruct.

It's been a week since I took the medicine.

I had a usual reaction with eyelids upper lips, lips, top of my nose, behind my ears at the top and bottom, and edges of mouth becoming stiff, red, sore and flakey.

Headaches in the morning are gone and leg pain too!

Hi Sameer,

I have had acne on my cheeks for months and I also have the dry flaky skin around the corners of my mouth and upper lip. The skin above my upper lip is discoloured a brownish colour (has been for ages on and off). The skin above my upper lip has horizontal creases of skin.

My left heel aches when pressure/ weight is applied.

Please advise.
