how are you?
I am just updating:
mentally I am fine. My scalp is slightly better. The blocked nose is still there but very slightly better. The cannadis has started to clear a little again. I've had quite a few big boils. My finger nails are stronger than before.
Please let me know if I should take the medication again.

Hi Sameer,
I hope you are well. I'm just reporting back. I haven't noticed any changes but I don't think I've mentioned I have really dry flaky skin on my feet. It looks like a film of White dead skin and on my heels it is a thicklayer of the same dry skin. It seems to be getting worse over time. I don't know if it's significant to my case but I thought I'd mention it just incase.
Please advise me on the next step.

You have to HIT the bottom of the 30 ml Helios bottle on your palm 8 times before measuring out the dose. The 8 hits have to be hard thumps.
After hitting, take out 4 drops of Lach LM1 in 250 ml spring water in a disposable cup, stir with a disposable spoon, and take a spoon from there.
Throw the cup, spoon, and its contents away.
Report in 4 days.

Hi again,
I'm guessing you didn't post back because you wanted to wait and see what happens next. Well I feel mentally as if I have had a big relapse. I feel anxious, annoyed and irritable. Old memories and regrets are creeping back. My mind is racing with thoughts. I feel annoyed and suspicious of those around me. Also today I had the stabbing pains in the ovary area.
Please let me know if I should do anything. Thanks again.

how are you? I hope you are very well, as am I!
I have taken the three doses and have noticed the following:
I felt terrible before taking the first dose. I had a big argument I shouted and felt angry and betrayed. I kept thinking you can't trust anyone- they always let you down. I was so angry and I felt like a victim of other peoples mistakes me being the only normal one! Shortly after this outburst and being upset I thought let me take the first dose now and see what happens. Well soon after taking it amazingly I felt calm and just mildly annoyed all those feelings disappeared! It's wonderful how spot on it was!
After that dose I noticed a little sore throat.
After the second dose the cannadis reduced a lot.
And after the third dose the cannadis has just become a bit of darkish skin on my neck, it's almost gone.
Now it has been four days since the third dose and I feel good. I just have a little meloncholy.
My usual boils are still coming now and then. My blocked nose is better but it's still there.
My tonsil did look slighty smaller at one point which is amazing because it's been inflammed since I was about 11.( By the way I just remembered I had malaria on holiday once when I was 8.)
my periods are now averaging a 25day cycle which is good as it's much more regular permanently.
A strange thing I've noticed is before I hardly ever felt cold nowadays I feel just like everyone else in the family- freezing! Also I hardly used to sweat now I sweat more than before.
please tell me Sameer when do you think I will be totally cured? What do you think of the results so far? And do you think the cysts in my ovaries will get better along with the insulin resistance under this medication?

I have taken my third dose three days ago.
After the first dose my left ear hurt a bit and I had boil on the back of my head. My throat hurt a little also.
After the second dose my cannadis got worse and my morning blues were apparant again.
After the third dose I had more boils on my face and my lips became very dry. Generally the dry skin has returned.
A couple of days ago I had another bout of anger, jealousy and mistrust. I still feel annoyed. I see the news etc. and I feel I hate the world that's full of wrong and betrayal. I feel like where is innocence and purity of heart gone, where is it to be found?
I feel regret about the past, I keep thinking what if...
Well as you can tell I think perhaps the medicine us not as effective at the moment compared to previously.
Please let me know what I should do next.
