I took 1 dose.My condition was unbearable.I had an acute pain in my stomache due to gas.It bulged and became very hard further leading to acute pain.

Hello Doc.
Sorry this time I was not able to follow your instruction.My condition was really very bad.I had a bad stomache ache due to gas storage, this lead me to take one dose.I was very very irritant and did not even had a sleep.It was a bad day for me.Today I did get motion(dry and hard) but still bloating is there.Is this a part of treatment doc.
Yesterday the feeling of constipation was same as it used to be before homeo treatment.
pls suggest further and sorry

You must not take the remedy without instruction. You went through this same situation before with Opium, and it was relieved by waiting it out.
Now that you have taken a new dose, it is possible the aggravation may continue on for longer. The aggravation was relieved after a week the last time. You may have just been at that point, but now we will need to wait again to see what happens.

I am sorry for that.If I would have not taken this remedy I would have to take some allopathy medicine which would have gone against this treatment.
On the serious note, the aggravation in form of being gastric was very very bad.
I had missed heart beats, felt restless and in between was getting a feel as if I had a sinking heart.
The pain was too acute .I still see my stomach's lower portion bulged as if having a fibroid or tumor inside.

I would also like to share that since I took dose yesterday, there is no more constipation today.I see that taking more dose does not aggravate me instead I got a relief from yesterday's problem.
Is this behaviour of remedy ok?

I can only judge remedy suitability on the long term reactions, not the short term. We will have to wait and see.

NO motion today along with no feeling of motion.

pls find details from my end:
Thining of hair: They are still thin.Though improvement in hairfall.
Sleep: Visible improvement.I do not feel sleepy much during day time, gettint up in the morning is still a problem.
Sneezing: Gone.Happens when something spicy is cooking or I am around spices .
Pimples:Almost gone.
Skin: still loose ad lifeless.It is too dry and my feet are having breaks.Applying cream regularily.
Apetite :controlled .But what ever little I eat always leads to bulge in stomach for a long time.Food comes back in mouth but frequency of this has reduced.
Weight: same as before:
Blockage: DOc , one observation here.I see that I have 2-3 blockages in intestine, all on left.say when gas is trapped pressing points help in release and at times also in movement of motion.

This happens after eating and when motion is not passed.
Emotions: I find them controlled.DO not worry much now.

I wonder if there is some tissue change in your bowels that is causing this constant aggravation on the remedy. That would certainly explain alot.
That being the case it might be prudent to consider using a lower potency of Opium - 30c or even 12c. We will have to see how the next few days progress though.

Tissue change is pathology - a change in the structure of the body, which creates an obstacle to aggravation-free cure of a patient.
In the bowels it could be polyps or diverticula or anything really. When a disease has been present a long time, it changes the very physical nature of the tissues it has been affecting. When a remedy is given, and the body attempts to reverse this tissue change, there is difficult at the locations where it has happened.
Until we know what this last dose of opium will do, there is no point in getting more remedies. It will only increase your temptation to take them anyway.

There is no reason to think you cannot be cured but the years of suppression with laxatives, and the behaviour that has gone with expecting doing that kind of treatment, will certainly make things harder.

But doctor, seeing the way my body reacts with remedy.I do not get a good feel.I do not knw , why it behaves as if remedy is its enemy.
I imagine my body's disease as a soldier who is ready to fight and defeat any and every remedy at any cost.

I go this thought yesterday after seeing your post with respect to tissue change.
Infact I have observed that all the remedies work on me say for a week or two and after that the disease comes back.This lead me to the thought of disease as a strong soldier, willing to defeat all remedies at any cost.
My status is bad today.No motion.
I have this heavy feeling in my lower abdomen.It starts from lower left abdomen and goes till end towards right side.However this is more from left till center part.
I feel as if due to some obstruction, motion's passage has become narrow.
As i mentioned before, pressing left lower part of abdomen, provides comfort, though slight.

Today I am having cravings.
I too have a feel that something is stuck in my throat.This feeling has come back.

As you mentioned 'diverticula ', i feel that I might have this , as I explored the imgaes of stomache of people having this problem and feel similarity.

I sent an email about your Aunt's symptoms. All that email contained was a factual report of things that had happened to her, so I need more on her symptoms, feelings, thoughts, worries etc.
Yes I am fairly certain you are still aggravating. That extra dose has created chaos.
Are there any new symptoms? Is anything worse than it was before starting the Opium?

No new symptoms means it is probably not a proving of Opium. So either there are tissue changes in your bowels/abdomen that are proving difficult for the remedy to fix or you are just aggravating from too much of the remedy.
It is really important to try and let the dust settle before represcribing. I cannot tell at this stage how much further Opium will take you, either at all, or at least at this potency level.
