hello doc. hoz ur health.just to keep a track...i got constpated infact system relapsed so repeated dose of 1 nm.not yrt took any dose of 10m

Hello Doc. Rahiq,
Thanks for asking that.I took last dose a week back.Actually I see now that instead of taking opium , I took sepia as the latest dose
i.e. yesterday 27 feb
I did this blunder unknowingly.I am scared, if things will go wrong.

Yes I do feel changes:
Like I am sleeping as if sleeping 10-12 hours is not sufficient.
I have become aggressive, touchy and get irritated quickly.
I too feel depressed due to weight problem.
I am seeing that even if i am drinking water that is leading to stomach bulge and heaviness and this is increasing with just little eating.

So, you took Sepia 1M! Ok, don't worry. Just wait for few days. May be 7 days or more. Don't take any other remedy or herbs in these days. I hope, David will come back within a very short time.

for you-I found Healthy dot net
Title is called healing with homeopathy
by dr. Judyth Reichteberg Ullman.
David studies her cases but they
have different opinions on
what does what apparently.
She says that Vinegar will
antidote Sepia in this article.
so perhaps you can have some
drink with apple cider vinegar in it
and that will cancel out a large
part of the Sepia. ( but also wait
7 days like Rahiq said)to take the opium.
Opium is listed as being antidoted
by black coffee.
If you can't stand the Sepia,
I would eat a lot of vinegar( after
all I have it every day in my salad
dressing???? it is food.
Personally I would go get a deep
massage if you can and then
wait the 7 days- to take the opium-
bc for me??? massage drains off
wrong remedies and always has and

waited it out- until I found out
massage gets it out for me.However

vinegar where you live, but
we have a lot of Italian restaurants,
and a easy way to get vinegar in you is to get a
bottle of Balsamic vinegar ( it is dark
and very aromatic) and mix it with
some olive oil in a bowl or on a plate.
Then you dip pieces of French bread
in it.Seems like that would be strong
enough to antidote the Sepia - in
a nice way.

DOc Rahiq reverted to my post, and as per him i will wait for 7 days.
I was scared if taking sepia and opium might not react and lead to some other problem.
I do not know, why this happened, though i am not that careless.

Hello,
I feel that my system is getting relapsed.
I can see pimples coming back.
I have become letharigic and feel sleepy.
Few more symptoms I feel are:
While climbing stairs, I feel my heart rates increases so much that i can feel the difference.
I am too unable to breathe and speak for few seconds, even after climbing very few stairs.
Shall I take 10M dose?
by any chance can Helleborous also suites to my symptoms?

Changes after opium
1) I remember I used to feel sleepy whole day whole night, anytime.If I used to go out for an outing of say 1 hour, I used to feel so so sleepy that after coming back,rest of few hours was definite.At times even after getting up in the morning, say after an hour I would feel like sleeping again.Infact after waking up in the morning, I never used to feel fresh and would rather love to sleep again till 1'o clock or more.Though getting up in the morning is still very difficlt for me but I feel fres and active little later.
I never have had this level of activeness ever before.
2)Thyroid bulge: I see that the bulge has reduced little.
3) pimples: Pimples have gone
4)Hair fall: Though this was not a problem with me before, but started say few months back.I feel better now
5)Cravings: No cravings at all
6)gastric:No
7) pain in lower left part of abdomen: Gone
8)I feel little strong internally.
9)Body dryness is not there.

It's unfortunate but true, you developed proving symptoms of Opium. That's why you can't see the real status of your health. Why do you took Opium again and again without your doctors prior permission? Please never do it again.

I got constipated and after 2-3 days its becomes so frustrating that you have no other choice left.I cannot take laxative , no medicine , so took the 10M dose.What should I do now.How will the proving symptoms will vanish.May I pls ask you the remedy you would have suggested.

For now, I have no other choice. You have to wait for few days. Please keep patience in mind. If you take anything right now, it will do more damage. I will inform you what to do after 7 day. Till then please drink strong Coffee twice a day. Don't worry. Just wait and see.

a thought comes in my mind.The symptoms i mentioned above went positive for me like no constipation, no pimples,etc. then why we consider that we still lack selenium

How is your health.I would like to update you that I took 1 dose of Opium 10M, as I was getting constipated after 1M.
After taking the dose , below are symptoms:
Not at all gastric
Stomach flat
No cravings
Though it was not a complete motion, but I did not face discomfort.
The day I took Opium 10M, there was an increase in my heart beat but seems fine now.

I just read your post in'speedy recovery'.I am very happy that God has listened to our prayers and you are now better.Wow, this calls for a party.
on my side.I took the drop of 10M directly on tongue and below are the symptoms I am facing now:
Constipated since last 3 days but no heaviness in stomach.
Sleep:I still see that 8 hours sleep is not sufficient for me.I am still unable to wake up in the morning.
Hairfall:No
Pimples: No
Heart Beat:This is the symptom I observed before taking 10M.One day I was climbing stairs, and they were hardly 20 stairs, but after climbing them , I was totally breathless and was not able to speak for say 5 minutes.I too felt a high rate increase in my heart beat.
weight:same
sexula desire: same
body temprature: As per others still on a cold side.
metabolism: slow
cravings:gone
I have becme little touchy.If some body hides something from me, I feel bad and become aggrasive and plan how to take revenge or tell that person that i already knw that what you are trying to hide from me.
My aunt too has repeated the dose as she was facing relapse .but says that this remedy has helped her control cold and there is slight improvement in hairfall too.
