You can repeat the 30c, in a single dose, making sure you succuss the bottle twice, if those particular physical symptoms return for more than 24 hours.

Hello Doc.
I repeated the dose and as soon as I did that, I could feel that, the jam situtaion inside my stomach, which was there since saturday , started getting relieved.I could make out that whatever gas was trapped and was causing uncomfort, started moving .I could actually feel the movement of the blocakge inside.
Along with this few symptoms, which I started facing from friday are:
I feel v sad and lonley.I think depressed too, without any reason.
The feeling that I want to be alone and do things my own way is predominant.
The tension of weight increase was back.
Irritation was too obvious.
I see that all these symtpoms come back once I started getting constipated.
I too feel that i start fighting with people , without any reason.
Shall I get opium 15?

Ok then they should lift after a few days if the dose has worked. My only concern is the potency of 30c might not be exactly at the right level for these emotional expressions. It may be necessary to go up to 200c.

Hello Doc.
Its been 3 days I took last dose.I feel good in all aspects,as I updated you before.
I still feel that I am slight constipated, may be due to aggravation and feel slight jammed feeling in left side (above the lower part of abdomen).
Doc this potency is just amazing, all the cellulite that got deposited , has visibly reduced.See I told you tht I do not over eat, still wasnt able to reduce, neither nutritionist was able to help.I knew, its only you who can help me from this problem and see you finally did that.
I see you next to God.Thank you so much doctor, for giving me this wonderful life.Without your efforts , i would not have lead such a healthy life.
Its an awsome feeling, when my body listens to me.I eat as per my wish and not as per my tongue's wish or cravings.Diet is so much controlled.My stomach talks to me and says'hey enough of food, i dn need more'..hehe.This was never before.
and that extra pounds, even they have started going.My body fights against that and has started jostled it out of my body.I feel soo better.

Since 2 days I am feeling that symptoms are back.Stomach is bloated and gastric.I feel heaviness in stomach too.

Below are the symptoms which I am feeling as if now:
The major symptom I am feeling today is related with stomach.
1)I feel sweeling inside the stomach, more on lower left abdomen side.This has been a pain area area for me since beginning.This is the same point where I used to feel that gas is trapped and pressing here would provide me a relief.On pressing here, I feel pain.This pain is similar to one we get when body part is injured or swollen.
2)whatever motion is coming is very sticky and is accompained with slight pain in lower left abdomen(same point).
3) I feel digestion is sluggish n food I ate since day before yesterday was sitting in my stomach and was taking very very long time to ge digested.Say I ate something in afternoon, the it was not digested until next day morning.
5)Slight stoamch bulge is back.
6)I feel heaviness in body.This is very slight, may be due to swelling in stomach.
7)Menatlly I am stable.I do not feel any depression or any other feeling.
8)Hairfall,pimples, laziness, tension, anxiety(little bit is there),:No
9)I too feel that motion pressure is coming and going.This makes me feel that waste is there, which body want to throw out, but somehow its not happening.
Pls suggest.

Doc, is this a part of treatment.I meant these symptoms?I would like to share that I am far far better than what I used to be, health wise.This symptom seems to be a tiny one, infront of what I have been through.Will thes symtpoms too vanish with time?

There are many reasons why a particular potency is selected - intensity, location, suppression, tissue change - all sorts of things. Potency needs to be adjusted according to how the patient is reacting. It is not static. Intensity just went up from 30c, it has not gone down, so we move back to 200c. 30c has aggravated or stimulated a healing crisis, but has not resolved it. We might go back to 30c after this or up to 1M. It all depends on what happens next.

Yesterday I took a dose of opium 200 and below are the observations:
The pain and swelling in the lower part(left center and right) is no more.I could feel that as soon as I took the dose, with in half an hour , pain disappeared, which was otherwise paining like a wound.
Motion was there, complete one.
No stiffness in stomach.
Stomach is not hard and not having a jammed feeling too.
I feel better but still would like to mention that definitley the effects after taking opium30 c were out of this world.The dose really really suited me a lot, for the first time.That gave me what all I was craving for.

Few more changes I want to share.These are the ones that happened after taking opium X in general (Where X is any potency)
I feel I have become brave.
I feel I do not get tensed easily.
I feel that I have a power to handle situtaion.
Initially my heart beat used to increase, even if I have done something and that is right.Now I have become comfident and do not get scared.
I can climb as many stairs as I want and do not feel tired.
I am a confident person now. :)
