Pls find the symptoms:
Hairfall: No
Head:Heaviness in head as if something is kept on it.I can feel my head is moving, the feeling is same as some have while travelling the hilly area.
Eyes:unable to open my eyes .Due to heaviness in head , they tend to get close themselves and I get relief in closing my eyes.
Throat:After 2-3 days I took opium, I had a sore throat and cold.COnsidering it to be flue i ignored it initially but I still have slight sore throat, cold and cracked lips from corners.
Apetite: As per some normal person it will be less, but as per me , or what I eat, it is normal
Cravings:No
Motion:No.There has been no motion.I feel there is no movement of waste.The lower part of abdomen, seems to be little full.other wise no pain in lower left side, which was one of the major symptoms before.
Bloating: My stomach is not hard inspite of not getting motion or getting motion just once in 10 days.There has been continous flatulence,I considered it to be a sign of healing as in allopathy doctors say, the wind pass is an indication that you digestion has started working.
Body energy:Its on the lower side.I do not feel like doing anything much, not even taking bath, how ever I never skip that but today I had to push myself hard for it.My body temprature seems to be on the hot side.
Pimples:No
Sleep:i can sleep anytime.
Not much sexual desire
Emotions: I feel that since few days, i have become very aggrassive.As mentioned before, If some body hides something from me , I feel very bad and have grudge feeling till the person does not sayas sorry, or even after that.Anxiety has also increased.You might have observed , i keep writing to you till the time you do not revert.This feeling of completing everything before time, exists in other cases too.
Energy Level:Less than normal.I want to rest even after say writing this post.
I have been a social person, but now a days I harldy talk.
Shared the symptoms I feel.
ne more point I would like to share:I have been very concious of how I present myself, and after gaining weight I feel that my confidence has decreased and I always have this inferiority complex surrounding me

I remember that opium 200 initlayy took sometime and then only I became comforable with the remedy.Can this be the case with opium 10M too?

Hello Doc.
Today I hace slight different update.Yestreday after updating you, I slept, infact i slept for the whole day and got up in the evening.Today I feel better, my head is not moving and not feeling sleepy too.

Well at the very least the proving is over. If it was curative then you should feel better than before.

I think I feel better already.Till yesterday I had fever, cold, cough, irritation.Looking on face any body could tell that i am not well as it was giving so dull and bad looks while today I do not have any of these symptoms.

There seems to be a change in other all conditions except motion.Its not that I am not eating, I eatingnormal but no motion is there.Till date it has happened only twice.

after 10M , its less than 3 times.
Is there a possibility, that just like other symptoms got aggravated , this is also getting aggravated

yes doctor. aftr tht though i am eating aas per schedule but do not feel any pressure due to motion.i do not know if the waste getting produced is going where.tdy i felt bloated and stomach is hard too.i feel gastric and not feel good factor is there

That is worrying. 7 days is way too long. We need to do something about this.
I do not know if this is a proving/aggravation. It could be because the constipation of Opium is to be completely unable to pass stool but the cannot feel it. It is possible this is a further complication of the 10M.
Do you have Sulphur? If not get 200c and take one dose. Sulphur is a natural compliment to Opium.

finally i had motion today.but doc its not thrice ib a week as i mentioned above.it happened aftr so many days.stools were semi solid ,very sticky and it was a complete evacuation.yesterday night i started having slight pain in stomach due to constipation but it was manageable and went ok in the morning.again in the morning i did not feel heavines and after a cup of tea had motion.shall i take sulphur now?pls suggest...if i get no motion again shall i take sulphur

Why can't you take some kind
of laxative for constipation that
will not interfere with the remedy???
Flax oil or cod liver oil or something-
I don't see why you have to be

Also Honey,
do you take any kind of probiotic,
like yogurt with probiotic in it,
bc that also works well in
being regular and having the right
intestine flora and it is food and does
not interfere with remedies.

Those things are palliative or suppressive. It is not ok to use them to deal with symptoms. If symptoms are treated this way there is a chance the whole case will worsen. At the very least the disease causing the symptom can remain hidden, when it needs to be seen clearly.
Probiotics on the other hand as a kind of nutrional supplement is fine, and in fact quite a good idea.
