oh you are right.Thank u. I don't eat fruits a lot, I only eat vegetable,also even some days I don't eat a fruit.But can u plz tell me what is masala foods?
Sometimes I eat a bit spicy food but make a gap 3 hours between meals and homeopathy.Is that ok or I strictly avoid spicy?

Dr sharma...i regret not having followed your advice 2 years back...i followed dr kumars prescription and after two months with no improvement,i posted asking him what to do...he didn reply so i stopped taking the medicine...i am 20 now...is it ok if i start taking the medicine again?...
