b carb and b carbonica are same medicne u can take 5 drops in luke water and 4 tab of cal phos 12x and 4 tab cal flour12x 3 times daily for 3 months and then report dr ahmed

these medicnes are very common and easily avaiable in market dr ahmed if you add silicea 12x later on it will be better dr ahmed

as per experince of 30 years these medicne are more efective though sil 12x is very useful medincie in this respect after use of cal phos and cal flour iwill suggest sil12x dr ahmede

your age is already 24 it is already too late but bone regeneration will be till death so you can try the following prescription
1. Pitutary 3x
2. Bambusa A 6(this medicine is prepared from Bamboo means always grow and maintain the height it is very good calcium supplier also, this medicine is very effective in hight growing and bone disease) take 3-4 pills thrice in a day
3. Calc Hypophosphoricum 3x 1 tab thrice in a day
