I m 21years old guy living in India , my height is 5'10.5 . My dad is 6'2 n my mum is 5'2 . My younger brother is just 12 years old is he is having very good height , I want to increase my height since my dad is having a very good height . The girl seems have very slow growth.

I grew very fast till the age of 16 years.
After that, i have grown very slowly (1cm per year).

My son has turned one in May 2013 and we as parents are really very upset with his Sleep Pattern.

My son has a disturbed sleep. During night this problem increases he woke up after every one hour or 45 minutes and giving a very tough time to his Mother. Even during day this problem persists, but day condition is still better as the time increases once slept he woke after around 1.30 hrs.

My son eats everything but required to be breastfed when feels like or when he wanted to sleep.
