I started this on my daughter she is just 12. and she is 4 11'.i will post regularly to update u guys. whats the result. but can someone tell till how long I should continue this. I want my daughter to go tall upto 5 6". because she golf player.

What you want is impossible as height is
determined by genetics. Your daughter has years left to keep growing.
