hi,my past history experience was that when i was small,i went to a clinic to see a doctor at that time, and this doctor gave me the wrong medicine which effected under my eyes ( which is now look like a dark eye circle but doctor said it could be remove when i go facial ), around the mouth area (which is now gone and cannot be seen). after that incident, doctor gave me a specialist card to show that whatever medicine which is contains drug allergic : sulphur is advisable not to persume.

sorry..continue typing again here. at this moment,iam not taking any medication. as for my sleeping wise, i sometimes do have trouble sleeping. but at times, i manage to sleep early at around 11pm the earlist. as for the thrist, sometimes do consume water and sometimes don't. as for my body structure now, recently i took care on how i sit and sleep. example, for sitting down, im sitting straight instead of slouching and when sleeping time, i put a cushion under my knees. as for the eating habits, morning i eat toasted bread with low fat cheese and milk. lunch, rice with fish and some fishball soup and for dinner, i ate rice sometimes or maybe just boiled soyabean seed and eat with plain water. so far no major diseases. hope to help me on this and any lack of informations i could be happy to reply. thanks.
