Hi Sameer,
He has improved a lot after the tub dose. He is more open and happy. He expresses his feelings and thoughts. Much better!
He quickly flares up and gets angry if something goes against him, but he soon calms down and regrets his reaction. He is mostly kind and also affectionate.
He comes into states when he is very restless and excited. He is also very impulsive and bad memory.
It is now 30 days since the 1M dose and I think that the state is quite stable. I cannot see any further improvements but no relapse either. Do you think that he needs more tuberculinum (lm1) or do we wait?
I´m also thinking about phosphor, like you have said before. Maybe that will soon be the choice...

No he got 30c with very good effect in febrary 2009 and after that 200c with almost no effect...

Dear Sameer,
These 3 weeks after the medhorrinum dose have changed his personality a lot. He has shifted away from the uplifted excited mood towards a calmer state. Late sleeping in the morning, not refreshed on waking. Stays up late in the evening (it´s holiday!). I´m not sure how to think about his changes. Sometimes he seems happier and more satisfied, wants to spend time with us in the family and is polite and nice. But he is not with his friends anymore only at home or joining us when we go somewhere. Sometimes he is very close-bitten, tired, depressed. Is mostly quiet and closed, does not answer when we talk to him.
During these weeks he has been angry with us over some issues. He wanted a new skateboard and when he could not have it he stayed in his room for 3 days, he was so disappointed of us he said. It´s like he wanted to punish us. Didn´t talk to us at all. He feels that we don´t listen to him, he never gets new stuff from us, we don´t care about what he says, all his friends gets many things from their parents. He is quite manipulative and is constantly figuring out how he can make us buy new things to him. He gets obsessed with something that he wants but when he gets it he isn´t grateful or happy about it. Doesn´t use it.
He gets angry, a sudden darkness in his eyes, face but he isn´t violent and if not provoked he is quiet.
Melancholy/depression seems to alternate with excitement (less often but still occasionally he gets restless)
-jealous of his brother, says often that his brother is a coward and weeps about anything but the constant mean comments has stopped
-he is physically very strong and hard-handed, he doesn´t know how hard he grabs us, and laughs or gets angry if we say that it hurts
-it´s like he feels egged by reprimands or rules and must resist them and do the opposite
-has fainted and fell down on the floor, low blood pressure
-has complained over headache some days

He is more restless although and sudden anger, moodiness comes from nowhere He complains of everything, for example; our family is not good, we always blame him and not his brother, we never reprimands his brother only him, I´m a bad mother, his friends families do much more fun things with their kids, we are boring and stupid, everything is our fault, we ruin his life, he never get the things he wants and so on
He is quite rude and the mean comments are there now also, a lot of cursing, he has some favorite expressions that he repeat all day long, mean expressions.
When we go for a picnic for example. He is very restless and wants to eat all the time, when I chew something I´m alright he says, and when there is nothing to eat he wants to go home immediately.

One week report.
I think that he is improving but I need more time to be sure. He seems a bit happier and the bad behaviour is reduced. The complaining has not been there for a few days...

Hi Sameer,
He is quite happy and smiling most of the time but also very intense and restless. He gets angry quickly if someone says something he doesn´t like. Then he is very argumentative and is talking a lot about that nothing is his fault. He never does anything wrong and nothing is his fault...
Most of the time he sits by the TV or computer but when we bring him out to do something else he gets very intense and hyperactive. Like ecstasy;)
Maybe it´s time for a lm1 dose..

5 days after the lm1 dose. I really don´t know if it´s helping Sameer. He is mostly calm and seems quite happy but it is only as long as nothing is bothering him.
The complaining isn´t there so much anymore.
You know that it is holiday here now and I think that´s why he is calmer.
We need to be careful what we say to him, if we say something wrong he explodes. Gets very rude and so argumentative and mean, says the most awful things to us. When some friend is here he uses the worst language and loud voice, tries to 'impress' and is very 'cool'.
Yesterday he spent the day with my parents and then he behaved very well and was so nice to them...but to us he can be awful..
Soon school is starting and it´s going to be chaotic if he is in this state.
I´ve also seen that he is very mean to his friends sometimes...
The energy around him is not nice. He is so strong, bossy, superior, unemotional and without empathy, very egoistical. I think that he can be violent if the least provoked, he is not afraid of anything it seems, doesn´t care.
When I read about medhorrinum there are so many similarities and what if this was the right remedy anyway. He really changed dramatically after that remedy. Maybe the happier mood the last weeks has been due to the medhorrinum?
Should I continue the nitric acid or try a medhorrinum lm2 dose (they didn´t have lm1 at helios)
I´m so thankful for your help Sameer, I know that we will succed with my boy sooner or later....he really needs help!

I have also read about stramonium but I actually don´t think that either stram or hyosc matches him...but the sudden anger, aggression and violence is there....

He is improving after the medhorrinum dose...Much happier, more energy and nicer. I have given one dose 12th aug and one dose 18th aug. I will continue with the medh as long as it gives benefit to him. It seems like every 6-7 day is suitable...

Hi Sameer,
This week school has started and I´m not so sure about the improvements anymore. He has been in trouble in school fighting with another boy and is moody, angry and rude mixed with a happy mood. It seems like the medorrinum helps partially but with limited effect.
May I give Hyoscyamus Niger 200c ?

10 days after the hyoscyamus dose.
He has improved and is happier and less angry. Mostly in a good mood now and behaves a bit better. He can still be angry when upset but less than before.

If something goes against him he flares up and gets angry but it´s not the same intensity as before, just some irritation and dark eyes...
Should I give him 1M tonight?
