Yes, please give Syph 200c as soon as it arrives, and report after 10 days.

Hi Sameer,

He got syph 200 on june 21th, it´s now 20 days since the dose.

He reacted severe on the first 2 days and were very tired, slept most of the days.

After that I have seen some improvements mentally...No big change but a little less angry and also more reasonable behaviour. He still gets angry when contradicted but I think that he listens to me a bit more and respects the rules a bit better...

The changes are small and I´m not sure about them. I hope that it´s not me thinking positive;)

I guess we should wait another week and see if something more happens...

Best wishes Pia

Yes, please wait for 1 more week.

Hi Sameer,

I am more sure now that the syphil. has helped him. He has been better, calmer and nicer....happier...

But the last days he has relapsed a bit again....

Unfortunately yesterday he got attacked by some boys and got beaten. He wasn´t seriously injured but mentally of course he is much worse now. He is in chock and trauma, irritated, angry and anxious....

Should I give syphillinum 1M?

Thankyou so much Sameer!

Best wishes Pia

Tintintin last decade
Are these symptoms, different than his normal chronic symptoms ?

sameervermani last decade
No, I don´t think that the symptoms are different. They have not relapsed as much as before the syphillinum, just got worse a bit the last days...

Today the shock is over...

Tintintin last decade
Let's wait for 3-4 more days.

sameervermani last decade
Hi Sameer,
I waited some extra days to be sure about the progress. I´m now convinced that he is relapsing. He is still better than before the syphillinum.

He gets more and more irritated and in a bad mood. He also eats less now, looks more pale and tired.

I think it´s time for the next dose. What do you think Sameer? Is it 1M syphillinum or what?

Best wishes Pia

Tintintin last decade
Go ahead with the 1M dose now.

sameervermani last decade
Hi Sameer,

It´s been 1 month and some days since the 1M dose.

Some issues are better and some remains the same or even a bit worse.

Improvements:
-changed attitude towards schoolwork, he is now working at school and the teacher says that he is completely changed, very positive
-all the insane symptoms are gone, he is more stable mentally, I don´t need to worry what he might do...
-he is not selfdestructive like before
-he eats better, but only after I have made it clear to him that he won´t get any money if he doesn´t eat regularly, we need to declare very strictly every rule if he is to follow them. But he seems to accept the rules better now, before he just didn´t follow them whatever we did

Remaining/or worse symptoms:
-low energy, after school he does nothing but stays in his room by TV or computer, often he sleeps the whole afternoon, very tired
-gets irritated, frustrated and angry about trifles. Gets fixed ideas about for example what kind of food he can eat, if something is wrong with his clothes or his schoolbag he cannot let it go...upsets him until we have solved the problem, seems like there is always something that is wrong and needs to be fixed immidiately.
-seems to be in a bad mood often at home, I think it´s better at school but when he comes home he is exhausted
-quite dominating, bossy and bullying and may lose his temper quickly
-lazy, tired
-sociable and very polite with other people, outside the family
-passionate about his interests (skateboard, snowboard)
-he tends to do exactly what he wants and say exactly what he means

So I guess you can say that the result is both better and a bit worse Sameer. But I would say that those symptoms that have improved are more important than those that remains...which are pointing to that syphillinum works...maybe it´s another layer coming up...I don´t know.

What do you think Sameer?
Best wishes Pia

Tintintin last decade
I also think the same. The deeper symptoms have gotten better at the expense of less important symptoms.

How about we wait for another 10 days to be sure, that things are not going to change further.

sameervermani last decade
Yes it is a good idea Sameer! I´ll be back in about 10 days...

Best wishes Pia

Hi Sameer,

A new list of his current symptoms:

-exhausted and very weak, pale
-stays in bed after school until he falls asleep, often very early in the afternoon
-strong desire for sweets
-nosebleed
-often vertigo when arising
-calm and quite positive in mood, when contradicted or tired he gets angry easily
-fixed ideas with how his routines should be; he eats only some food, he reads the same books over and over again, buys his clothes in the same shop, watches the same movies over and over again, not so flexible, changes in his routines makes him really upset (angry)
-struggle to do his best in school, really tries but is very tired
-if annoyed he can be very dominating and bullying
-selfish and egoistical
-mild jealousy of his brother
-discriminating with which people he likes or dislikes
-can be quarrelsome
-restless in the evening
-tired and irritated in the mornings
-over-sensitive to noise, smell, many things
-aversion to being touched
-is often silent, gets irritated when we try to talk to him, wants to be alone in silence in his room
-tall, emaciated look
-says he is a bit more chilly these days, he likes warmth more now than before

What do you think Sameer?
Best wishes Pia

'-stays in bed after school until he falls asleep, often very early in the afternoon '

What time window does it happen in ?

sameervermani last decade
About 4 o´clock in the afternoon...he often falls asleep then (but not every day, but he rests every day). He comes home from school about 3 pm and then always says. Oh so good to rest and read a book, TV or computer...

He doesn´t want breakfast in the mornings either...

Lycopodium 200c, single dose.

Report in 1 week.

sameervermani last decade
Dr.sameer,
I am reading this case as its going, all along I am observing that tintin is mentioning that the patient is very rude to his youger brother,I think he along with these remedies can be safely given a Dr.Bach's flower remedy,it is 'Holly' in this case atleast that poor sibling will be spared of the wrath of his elder brother.

Hi Sameer,

It´s been 12 days since the dose.

On the two first days he was angry and irritated and had diarrea...

He stopped staying in bed in the afternoons immidiately and has been active all day since then with his friends...

So he has got much more energy but has also been quite irritated and angry sometimes...he is very bothered by vertigo when arising from lying down. This morning he had nosebleed.

He has had a bit more difficult to follow our rules here at home...

I think we need to wait and see if he is improving as I am not sure about the progress...

I will be away for holiday now for two weeks so we will see then what happens..

Thankyou so much Sameer!

Best wishes Pia

Hi Sameer,
It´s about 30 days after the lycopodium 200 dose.

First I must emphasize that the syphillinum really did a good work on him. The feeling of him going in sane is gone and he is quite stable mentally compared to before.

I´m very doubtful whether the lycopodium did good or not. He surely had severe aggravations the first days, very angry, irritated and diarrhea. He told me seveal times that he felt much worse for a whole week. And he was angry with me that I have given him the dose that aggravated him so much. This severe aggravation makes me think that it was not the right remedy.

He got much more energy direct after the dose and has been active since then. He stopped staying in bed all day long.

Now he is often very restless and easily excited. He seems happy but in a excited manner. He seems either overactive and restless or either needs to lie down, weak, pale and exhausted. So emaciated, tall and skinny.

Most of the time he is polite and nice to us. He is also kind to his brother nowadays. He seems milder in temper these days.

He has big trouble to concentrate in school. As soon as something is boring he won´t do it.

He wants to be the best in everything he does but he doesnt want to work for it. He is quite smart and a quick-learner so he is doing alright without the need to make much effort. I don´t think that he has the strength to endeavor.

He has had some nosebleeding and low bloodpressure (when arising from bed).

He drinks a lot of cold milk.

The hunger is strange, hunger seems to come and go, sometimes he is very hungry but often there is aversion to food.

Opens the window all the time, must have open air he says.

Seems to be cold more than warmblooded now. Wears warm clothes outside.

What do you think Sameer?

Best wishes Pia

Tintintin last decade
Can you please tell me anything peculiar? I think we need a tubercular remedy for him right now.

sameervermani last decade
Well I don´t think I can see anything peculiar but I will try to elaborate a bit about him. Hopefully you can get something out of it. Otherwise I will try to continue to observe him and see if something peculiar will come out.

I think that he is quite different now compared to before. And I also recognize him as he used to be a long time ago when he was younger.

He is now more sensitive and soft than before. He shows affection to us.

Very sensitive to criticism, wants to be a good well-behaved boy.

He is very concerned with how he looks, his style, how he should cut his hair, clothes and so on.

Girls are very important and he seems to have new girlfriends often. Maybe they are just friends, I don´t know. But I´ve heard him bragging about that he gets all the girls...

He seems less sloppy, at least he cleans his room now instead of just throwing everything on the floor.

He stays up late at night and sleeps long in the mornings if possible.

Gets angry and irritated when hungry, low blood sugar.

He cannot handle money at all, spends them as soon as he gets them on just anything that comes in his way.

He is very sensitive to everything around him and reacts strongly to it. For example he senses if I´m the least tired or irritated and immidiately reacts on it, even if I try not showing it. This is also true when it comes to friends and school. He gets very upset for trifles, if his friends acts insensitive in some way he reacts strongly. It´s like he senses everything around him more intense than others and reacts to it immidiately. I think that this is the way he was when he was younger and now it has come back again.

He says exactly what he is feeling or thinking. Not bothering putting a polite face on it. Straightforward both at home, with friends and to teachers.

He is very good at argumentation, negotiation and to convince us if it is something that he wants. Afterwards we usually don´t know how it happened but he got what he wanted somehow.

He has a good manner and other adults often thinks that he is a mature and polite young man. At dinner parties he is very social and pleasant.

Best wishes Pia

Tintintin last decade
Hi Pia, Still nothing peculiar to pick the right remedy. Shall we wait a little bit since things are relatively stable right now ?
Sameer

sameervermani last decade
Yes, we can wait. I will try to observe more.

One thing that is common is that when someone says or does anything that annoys him. He can´t let it go, he goes for several days and thinks about it and in his mind the issue gets bigger and bigger...Not until we have talked about it, he can eventually let it go...but it´s difficult to talk to him about such issues.

Tintintin last decade
Hi Sameer,

I really don´t see anything peculiar other than I have already mentioned to you.

althogh the condition is quite stable mentally I am worried about his physical condition. He is so weak, pale and tired. He cannot concentrate in school, I got another email from his teachers yesterday that he has hard time getting anything done in school.

Is there any chance that he would benefit from phosphor again. Could we try lm3 as that would be the next potency?

Best wishes Pia

Tintintin last decade
Go to Phos LM3, I think it is a good choice.
