Calcarea Carb is the main remedy relevant here which covers this.
Let us keep that in mind, but try a 200c of Puls before we decide to move on.

Okay, that sounds good Sameer.
I have 2 questions for you:
Should I take the Pulsatilla 200c as soon as it arrives (hopefully it will be here before I leave on my trip Sunday night)?
Also, should I get Calc 30c to have on hand while I'm away or should I hold off on that?
I will still be able to update you while I'm traveling since I will have internet access.

It has been over a week since I took Pulsatilla 200c.
The first day I felt really tired, irritable and depressed.
The second day I was still tired, depressed, had low stamina and achy muscles.
Since then I have been traveling and it has been a little hard to tell if any of my symptoms are from that or from the remedy. There is a three hour time difference so I'm a little messed up with my sleep schedule even though I seem to feel tired whether I sleep or not.
I haven't felt as depressed as the first two days on the remedy, but I haven't really had any feelings at all. No happiness or feelings of joy from seeing my family and friends after three years. I think I should be feeling something but I kind of feel numb to everything. It's like I'm smiling all the time but only because I want everyone to think I'm happy and feeling good. I want to feel something but just can't for some reason. I'm calm and not tense inside, which is good.
I have had some puffiness, sinus pressure and some allergy symptoms this week. I'm surrounded by hay fields and ragweed which have always caused me to have an allergic reaction.
What do you think so far Sameer?

Sorry Sameer, I forgot something. On the 5th day after taking the remedy, I had kind of an anxiety attack. It was late at night, I was in bed and all of a sudden I felt panicky and claustrophobic. I had this feeling that I didn't belong where I was or anywhere else for that matter. I felt very scared and lost in a way. It lasted for a short time and I haven't felt that way since then, just a lack of feeling altogether.

Hi Sameer,
It has been 5 days since I took Lycopodium 30c. It's a little hard for me to tell if it's helping because I've been very tired from the trip that I'm on. Two days ago I got a really bad sunburn as well as overheated so I've been feeling very drained and shaky and also some inner trembling. My right ankle and leg swelled up from the sunburn and still hasn't returned to normal. I've been feeling pretty good emotionally. I haven't been as depressed, just tired. It seems as though I'm feeling a little more emotional than usual rather than not feeling anything at all. I can't say that I feel that happy, peaceful feeling that I experienced before but it's a little better than not feeling anything at all inside. It's a little hard to tell if any of my symptoms are due to the fatigue I'm having from traveling or not.

Hi Sameer,
It has been a week since I took Sulphur 30c.
Day 1:
- I felt very calm right after taking the remedy and had kind of a slow motion feeling. This feeling went away very quickly.
- swollen ankles for the past 2 weeks
Day 2:
- felt calm but a little withdrawn emotionally
- allergy/cold symptoms with lots of sneezing, runny nose and warm face
Day 3:
- very tired but was traveling and had a very long flight with a lot going on
- felt like I had a head cold all day with lots of sneezing, runny nose, and face very hot
- feet and ankles very swollen to the point where I couldn't put my shoes on, especially right ankle is twice the size of left ankle
Day 4:
- Cold symptoms are a little better. Still some sneezing, itchy eyes, and runny nose but much better.
- very tired, low stamina and shaky feeling
Day 5:
- still feel like I have a cold and maybe a slight fever
- no energy at all
- shaky
- feeling a little depressed and overwhelmed by things I need to do
Day 6:
- woke up with sneezing and runny nose
- low energy
- need to rest after doing small things
- very low stamina in the evening
- uterine cramps, this sometimes happens if I get overtired
- started having cravings again, esp. for chocolate
Day 7:
- still having slight cold/allergy symptoms but better
- cravings
- still very low stamina and need to sit down and rest after doing the slightest things; feel very drained
- still feeling overwhelmed by things I need to do

Hi Sameer,
Just wanted to add a little to what I wrote yesterday. I'm VERY fatigued today. The slightest movements are exhausting to me and my heart is pounding heavily unless I sit down and rest. Do you think I should wait a little longer on sulphur 30c?

I am struggling to get through each day and every movement is a monumental effort. I have felt this way since the first day on the remedy and it doesn't seem to be letting up at all. It has been 10 days since I took Calc Carb 30c. Here is my update:
- I'm doing better than I was when I updated you last. I'm still having low energy and lots of achiness with muscle pains but I'm not struggling quite as much as I was before.
- the first few days on the remedy I was extremely tired and irritable with a bad headache
- For quite a few days I had absolutely no stamina and that seems to be better even though I still have to rest a lot in between doing things.
- I'm also still having some allergy symptoms including itchy eyes, runny nose, and sneezing especially in the mornings.
- Also some heart flip flops.
- When I first took this remedy I felt VERY depressed and worthless, but that feeling has lessened over the past few days
- At times I have sad feelings and then I go back to feeling the same as before, without a lot of feelings or emotions at all.
- Still a lack of joy or happiness. I wouldn't really say that I'm darkly depressed though. Mentally maybe not quite as heavy as before.
- the feeling of being overwhelmed seems to come and go
- I have had some problems with OCD over the past 10 days.
- Menses was 3 days late (it's never late, usually on time or early)
- left kidney pain during menses which is very typical for me
- my body temp has felt very warm and heat is bothering me
- smells are still really bothering me
- Lately I've been having a feeling that I don't belong
- still having trouble accomplishing things due to exhaustion, a fear of failure and a feeling of inner paralysis. It's almost a feeling as if I'm stuck and can't move forward.
- hirsutism
- inner shakiness
- deep dark circles under my eyes
- at times the roof of my mouth feels very sore, almost a bruised feeling(old symptom)
- feeling nauseas over the past few days

Hi Sameer,
I just wanted to tell you that I had an episode in the middle of the night that I used to get quite often. Lots of body tremors and feeling like I can't get enough air in my lungs and just an overall terrible feeling that lasts for about 15 minutes or so. I have always attributed it to the Lyme disease since it started when I first got Lyme over 20 years ago. It seems to happen when I get really run down, overtired or stressed but it hasn't happened in quite a while.
What do you think?
