Maybe Staph LM1 in 30 ml liquid as well, along with 200c.

Hi Sameer,

I have received both Staphysagria 200c and Staphysagria LM1. The past few days I have been very tired and need to rest in between doing small things. I'm having lots of heart fluttering or skipping, OCD is getting worse again and I've been getting lots of pressure in my forehead between my eyes along with a headache. I'm very achy all over and I still have arthritis acting up in my left thumb. My eyes feel very tired and heavy. Face feels puffy. I think I look very tired and still look like I'm aging quickly. I have been having lots of food cravings and my weight is creeping up again. I feel I have no control over my weight at all and it's practically impossible for me to lose it. I exercise every day and eat the way I should, but it still doesn't help. I'm very frustrated by this and starting to feel a little depressed again. Allergy symptoms are a little better and my skin seems to be clearing up a bit although I still have a problem with hirsutism.

I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks Sameer!!

Bethy,

Hi, again. I wrote to you some time ago and just read your update. I sooo remember those days...into weeks and feeling miserable, sick, tired, and wondering if I could ever have my health back. It became so constant I almost didn't notice since it was commonplace to feel crummy. I'm so sorry you are feeling frustrated and just feeling all-over not well.

I was wondering if you looked at the ACT (Advanced Cell Training) I suggested a few weeks ago.. You can continue all your other treatments especially those that have given you some relief. The treatments don't interfere with what you are taking from my experience.

My immune system crash first from Mononucleosis and then Lyme made me miserable. Not to mention my previous allergies kicking up and multiplying exponentially. I feel so much better, honestly no allergies at all and many other complaints are not just better but gone!

I have been well for about 8 years now since my CFS and Lyme disappeared. Just began ACT treatments again, now for a bulging disk, scary photos! In 1 treatment the pain is half of what it was. I'm looking forward to my body healing completely and then I'm going to get pictures again and put them on my wall :), so I can remember where I was, and be grateful for healing.

Please consider looking into it. Their goal at ACT is to get people better and if Gary(Blier) can't get through a block, and you have no improvement he actually gives you your money back. Unbelievable. And It is successful in I think they say 90% of the people. Can't hurt to try. And right now you're hurting and could use to lose that huh?

I wish you well... you can heal! And if ACT is not for you, keep looking. There are soo many alternative practitioners that really are helping people, and not just helping themselves to your pocket $.

Be well,
Pen

Thank you Sameer!!

I will be in touch in a few days.

Hi Pen,

Thank you for the information. I did look up ACT online to read about it and see what it's all about. It does sound very interesting and I'm happy to hear that it has helped you and many others to get well. Over the past 20 years I have tried many different therapies and most of them helped to a certain extent and then the progress would halt. I'm very open to trying anything to feel better, but at this time I feel I need to stick with homeopathy for as long as I can without introducing any new therapies that might interfere with my progress.

With homeopathy, I realize it can take years in some cases to remove all of the layers and become balanced and finally be healed. I'm a huge believer in homeopathy and I know that in my case it will probably take a while to get there since I have pretty much had a lifetime of health problems.

So at this point, I will continue on. I feel that with Sameer's knowledge and very generous help, we are making progress and are finally coming to the root of some of these health issues.

I do appreciate your concern, your information and your well wishes and I will definitely keep this therapy in mind for future reference.

Thank you so much!

Hi Sameer,

It has been 3 days since I took one dose of Staph LM1.

Day 1:

- I immediately felt emotional, like I wanted to cry, right after taking the dose.
- deep, dark circles under my eyes
- allergy symptoms and sinus draining
- my left eye has been continually watering for the past week or so
- more energy
- my urine smells very strong
- heart racing in the middle of the night
-OCD is better

Day 2:

- left eye is still constantly watering
- energy is still a little better
- cravings are a little better and appetite is a little less
- nauseas
- I feel a little short-tempered, which is out of character for me
- allergy symptoms- sneezing, itchy eyes, runny nose
- urine still very strong smelling
- OCD is still better

Day 3:

- allergy symptoms- runny nose, itchy eyes
- left eye still watering quite a bit
- a little less energy today and I feel like I will never be able to accomplish everything I want to do
- not quite as calm inside as I was before
- sinus pressure
- arthritis pain in left thumb was better for the first 2 days but is starting to come back again

I look forward to your opinion Sameer!

Thank you,

Bethy

Hi Bethy,

Over all, how do you feel mentally ?

Any improvements on mental or emotional plane ?

sameervermani last decade
Hi Sameer,

I think I'm feeling a little better mentally. Something I forgot to mention was right after taking this dose, my mind seemed a little clearer. I didn't struggle as much for words which I do quite often. Emotionally I think I'm a little better also. I don't feel deeply depressed like I was a while ago even though at times I still feel a little overwhelmed by everything I need to accomplish. My fatigue also seems a little better since taking this dose. I'm still feeling a bit insecure, especially about my looks. I hate looking in the mirror. My weight is bothering me tremendously and I feel there is absolutely nothing that will help me to lose it. At times I feel very stuck with the way things are and can't push past anything to move forward, but the feeling of inner paralysis is much better right now.

What do you think Sameer?

Hi Sameer,

This is only the 4th day after taking the dose but I wanted to tell you what has been going on. I have been having a heart skipping problem for a long time that seems to be getting much worse to the point where it is pretty constant. I ended up going to my doctor who did a bunch of tests and found that I'm having lots of PVC's and PAC's, which can be normal, but what he doesn't like is that I'm having Atrial runs which he doesn't like to see. I ended up at the hospital the other day because it was so bad and they put me on a medication to try and help it. I'm not too happy about being on a med, but right now I'm too scared not to be on it. I'm hoping it will not interfere with our progress.

I would like to know what you think Sameer.

Thank you as always!

Hi Bethy,

We will wait till you get better. I hope it gets better soon.

Do not take any further doses.

Update me when you feel better in regards to the heart skips.

Thank you Sameer! I have a feeling they will want me to stay on the medication indefinitely. If that is the case, will we still be able to continue on with what we are doing while I take the med, or will it interfere too much? I really want to continue on because I feel we are making a lot of progress!

Hi Bethy,

We should be able to continue, as LMs will still work. Let us give a few day break though.

Thank you!!

Hi Sameer,

I just wanted to update you on my case. It looks like I might have a virus that has attacked my heart. In the past couple of days, they had to increase the heart med(for skipping) to twice a day because it was getting worse. It seems to be controlling the skipping somewhat, but I don't seem to be improving at all in other areas and in fact the symptoms seem to be getting worse: chest pain, chest pressure, burning sensation in middle of chest, weakness, fatigue, hard to breathe, pain in the middle of my back. I had a fever about 10 days ago which is when all of these symptoms started. The medication is definitely just a band-aid for now, but I'm afraid not to be on it.

Is there an acute remedy or something else that you think might help?

Thank you!!

Hi Bethy,

Please list the symptoms which started/changed since this acute episode started.

Lay special emphasis on general symptoms (things which affect the entire being and these are usually statements that begin with an 'I' ).

Also, times/triggers of aggravations and ameliorations and the exact locations of sensations felt must be mentioned.

I will analyze it once you give me the above informtion.

Only write things which are persistent and current, where you are quite sure about the pattern.

sameervermani last decade
Hi Sameer,

- This acute episode started with a fever of 101
- The heart skipping increased from the usual 2-3 episodes per week(for the past 20 years) to a constant skipping sensation 24 hours a day(monitor shows some PVC's, PAC's, and atrial runs)
- I have been feeling much more physically fatigued than usual
- chest pain
- burning pain in chest
- weak feeling in chest
- pressure in center of chest
- pressure and pain in middle of my back
- intermittent cold symptoms: sneezing, runny nose, sinus pressure and headache, left eye still watering
- I'm worried that this is a virus that has caused some damage to my heart considering the pattern started with the fever
- The heart medication has toned down the skipping a bit but other symptoms have appeared like chest pain, pressure, burning sensation and back pain since I started on the med.
- They increased the medication from once a day to twice a day because it was wearing off too fast and the symptoms were coming back full force
- I feel like I'm getting worse since this episode started and even though I'm getting some relief with the med.
- I have had some people suggest to me that this is probably stress or anxiety, but I don't feel stressed or anxious and this started all of a sudden with the fever.
- These symptoms are pretty constant, but they seem to be worse in the middle of the night. It gets to the point where I'm afraid to go back to sleep because I feel I might not wake up again.
- Last night the burning pain and pressure in the center of my chest started for the first time and has stayed with me all day.
- This morning, the pressure in my chest was worse and it seemed harder to breathe. These are new symptoms.
- Resting is the only thing that makes me feel better, if at all. The more I do, the worse the symptoms get.
- Mentally I have been feeling good except the worry I have that this could be something really serious. I try not to think about that, but the symtoms keep persisting and not getting any better. This has been going on for almost two weeks now without any improvement.

Hopefully I didn't forget anything.

Thanks for your help Sameer!!

Hi Bethy,

So by midnight you mean around 12 am ?

Also, this burning pain in chest , what is the effect of heat and cold on it ?

Sameer

sameervermani last decade
Hi Sameer,

Actually, around 4-5am is when it seems to get worse and then I can't get back to sleep for a couple of hours. I have been getting up late in the morning, between 10am and 11am due to my disruption in sleep during the night. The symptoms seem to be worse during that time also, in late morning. I guess I should say that the skipping sensation is constantly with me all day and night, but more pronounced at these times.

With the burning sensation in the middle of my chest, I think cold might have felt better but I'm not really sure since I normally prefer heat. This might sound strange, but the burning sensation itself had a coldness about it. Does this make sense at all?
