Hi Sameer,

Actually, around 4-5am is when it seems to get worse and then I can't get back to sleep for a couple of hours. I have been getting up late in the morning, between 10am and 11am due to my disruption in sleep during the night. The symptoms seem to be worse during that time also, in late morning. I guess I should say that the skipping sensation is constantly with me all day and night, but more pronounced at these times.

With the burning sensation in the middle of my chest, I think cold might have felt better but I'm not really sure since I normally prefer heat. This might sound strange, but the burning sensation itself had a coldness about it. Does this make sense at all?

I would like you to describe this 'skipping' in more detail. Wat is the exact sensation, and does it get worst at 4 am ? 4 to 5 am ? Give me a time window or a time.

Hi Sameer,

I can feel my heartbeat skip in my chest. If I feel the pulse in my neck, it will actually stop for a second while my heartbeat skips. It feels like my heart is stopping very quickly and then restarting again and is a very wierd and uncomfortable feeling in my chest. This is very constant, every 5-6 beats when it's really bad. I get pressure and sometimes burning along with it, as well as a feeling like it's hard to take in a breath. Even though it's happening constantly, it seems to be worse between 5am and 6am, and also between 10am and 11am. I know it's happening in my sleep because I will wake up out of a sound sleep while it's happening. Today it was also bad between 4pm and 6pm. I think if I wasn't on the medication it would be pretty bad all of the time. The medication seems to help for a few hours after I take it(once in the morning and once before bed) and then it starts to wear off and the skipping will get worse again. I feel like the medication is working less each day. The fatigue seems to be getting worse and is also very constant. I was walking every night for exercise and kept feeling weaker and weaker each night and then this whole thing started. Tonight I went for a walk to the mailbox and felt I could hardly make it back. This is very unusual for me. I have fatigue most of the time but not like this. It almost feels like my heart is failing because it's getting worse instead of better.
I just remembered recently that when I was a young child, my mother was told by a doctor that he thought I had a heart problem. He said he thought it was something that I was born with but I don't know any more details than that. I used to have a feeling of electrical shock type of pain in my heart area when I was a very young child. I was also told that the lyme disease weakened my heart. I'm not sure if any of this is important or not but just wanted to let you know anyway.

Thank you!!

Hi Bethy,

I assume you have Phosphorus LM2 with you.

Take a dose, give 8 sucussions to the LM2 bottle, wait for 2 mins, then take out 3 drops in 250 ml spring water, stir, and take a teaspoon.

Report in 24 hours after the dose.

Hi Sameer,

It has been 24 hours and I just wanted to update you. I took the dose of Phos LM2 at around noon time yesterday and I gradually started feeling better throughout the afternoon. The symptoms continually got better until about 7pm last night when the skipping and pressure in my chest started getting worse again. It remained constant from 7pm to around 11pm when I took the heart medication before going to bed. I started feeling better again after that and it was the first night in over two weeks that the skipping wasn't really bad and I was able to sleep much better throughout the night. This morning was the first morning in two weeks that the skipping wasn't constant. It was so much better than it has been! I would say that I have a little more energy also.

What do you think Sameer?

Please report again tomorrow.

Okay, will do.

Just want to tell you that about 30 minutes ago I started to get a lot of pressure and some burning pain in the middle of my chest, and some pain in the middle of my back. Also some pressure in my head and feeling a little weak. As I'm writing, the skipping sensation is coming back a little.

I will be in touch.

Thanks Sameer!!

Hi Sameer,

It has been over 24 hours since the last dose. I have still been getting constant skipping and it hasn't really let up this time. I had to go out and do some errands yesterday and I could barely get through them. I think I made things worse. The skipping got much stronger, as well as the fatigue and pressure in my chest. I also got a lot of pressure in my head when this happened and it seemed harder to breathe, like there was a weight on my chest. It seems to get much worse with any type of activity. It took me until this morning to recover from that, but the skipping is still going on, even while resting and all through the night. I would wake up during the night and the skipping was still happening.

I just wanted to add something to what I just wrote. When I'm resting, which is most of the time, the intensity or strength of the skipping sensation does seem a little less than it has been even though the skipping itself is very constant, every few beats or so.

Hi Sameer,

It has been 24 hours since the dose. I immediately felt better after taking it. The skipping sensation pretty much went away except for a few incidents and I felt very happy and calm for most of yesterday afternoon. My energy level increased a little. By 7pm last night, the skipping became stronger and more constant again. This lasted all night and is still going on right now, but the intensity is still not as strong as it was a few days ago. I also have some cold symptoms today; sneezing, runny nose, watery left eye and sinus congestion. My energy isn't as good as it was after taking the remedy yesterday. My weight also seems to be creeping up. I have gained about 5 lbs in the past week. Very frustrating because my eating habits are the same.

Looking forward to your opinion!

Hi Sameer,

It has been almost 24 hours since the second dose of Phos LM2.

After taking the first dose, I got a lot of pressure in my head and chest, was very irritable and very tired. The skipping sensation didn't improve during the night. I did sleep a little better than I had been but noticed that when I woke up a few times I still had it. The next morning the skipping was still there but it was much less intense.

After taking the second dose yesterday afternoon, I immediately felt better and for the first time in over 3 weeks, the skipping went away for almost 4 hours. My energy level was much better and I was in a very good mood. I felt more alive than I had in a long time.

By about 8:30 pm last night, the skipping was back and getting fairly constant with pressure in my head and chest, and also very tired again. I had light skipping all through the night. At about noon time today the skipping went away again and I have had lots of energy and have been feeling really good all afternoon. I'm feeling more alive again.

As I write this, the skipping is coming back very faintly again. I have been doing a lot more than usual today due to my increased energy. For some reason, the pattern seems to be that the skipping and other symptoms are with me at night and get better between late morning and late afternoon to early evening.

What do you think Sameer? Should I take another dose?

Hi Sameer,

It has been another 24 hours after a second dose of Phos LM2.

After the first dose, I had skipping for most of the day. I was more tired than the day before. I had faint heart skipping and pressure in my chest all night long. Sometimes with the chest pressure, I also get pressure in my head.

On the second day, before the 2nd dose, I was tired and irritable all day. The heart skipping got a little stronger as the afternoon went on.

After the 2nd dose in the afternoon, I had skipping and pressure in my chest. achy all over my body(it rained today so I usually get this with bad weather). OCD was back last night. I had faint skipping during the night and felt a little better when I woke up this morning. I'm still having the faint skipping which is pretty constant but not as intense. I'm not quite as tired as I was for the past two days and the irritablity is better.

I saw the cardiologist today and he said I definitely have an extra heartbeat as well as atrial runs where all of a sudden the heart will beat too fast and temporarily go out of rythm. He thinks there is an electrical disorder going on and is sending me to a different doctor tomorrow for possibly more testing. He looked at my bloodwork and dismissed any thyroid connection but he thinks there could be a connection to my anemia/thalassemia problem and possibly to the lyme disease. He said lyme usually causes heart block but it's possible it could be causing the arrythmias.

Hi Sameer,

It has been 3 days and here is my update.

Day 1- Lots of heart skipping, irritable, depressed, no energy, OCD.

Day 2: I felt a little better with more energy but I still run out of it very quickly. Still lots of heart skipping especially at night.

Day 3: Very tired, heart skipping is much more intense today, every 2-3 beats and it skips. I had it all through the night which seems to be the norm now. I have shortness of breath, pressure in my chest and can hardly move without getting exhausted.

I seem to be gaining a lot of weight, about 7 lbs in the past couple of weeks without changing any of my habits.

I saw a specialist on Tuesday and he switched the medication I was on. I don't think it's agreeing with me as much as the first one I was on. He said I definitely have an arrythmia problem which is why he wants to try and control it with medication. I'm not crazy about being on a med but still too afraid not to take it. He said this change in my heart rate could possibly be from a virus due to the fever I had but he also believes it all started with lyme a number of years ago. He said lyme can cause heart block. I'm starting to feel very down about the whole thing and scared that it won't get any better.

Hi Bethy,

Take the Carcinosin 1M dose.

Dissolve 2 drops in 250 ml spring water, and take a teaspoon.

Please report back in 10 days or earlier if you see significant change.

Hi Sameer,

It has been 10 days since I took Carcinosin 1M. It has been a little difficult for me to keep track of my symptoms this time. For the past week I have been under much more stress than usual due to a visit from my mother and it has been pointed out to me by two people that she has a profoundly negative effect on me. I always knew that I was stressed out around her but I guess I didn't realize to what extent. At times she can be very judgemental and a bit controlling. I have been much more tired and the heart skipping still seems to be a problem. I just found out from bloodwork that my thyroid is struggling more than it was. I feel like my body is just failing me. Mentally I seem to be okay. A bit more emotional than usual and nervous about my heart, but not depressed. The OCD came back strongly a few days ago. That's all I can think of right now.

What do you think Sameer?
