Hi Sameer,

It has been 4 days since I took the last dose of Phos LM2. After the first dose I felt a lot of anxiety. I got a migraine for 2 days, had terrible skin outbreaks, body tremors and diarrhea. I was very tired and had a lot of soreness from the arthritis in my neck. The ocd was a tad better.

After the 2nd dose, I had a feeling of calmness inside and my skin got a little better. I had pressure between my eyes and the ocd started to get bad again.

After the 3rd dose, I got another migraine and felt very weak and shaky. I had a very sharp, quick pain in my chest with dizziness. Still having pressure in forehead between eyes. I'm very exhausted with no energy or stamina. If I overdo it physically, I get pain in my kidney area on both sides and have to sit down and rest. Every little movement is exhausting and I always feel like I can't wait to sit down to rest. Still having ocd and neck soreness, as well as a slight headache in forehead. I'm also still craving chocolate.

Hi Sameer,

This remedy sounds good. I seem to resonate with a lot of the symptoms:

-weakness
-aversion to doing things from being tired
-an effort to work which becomes irksome
-neuralgia
-steadily increasing pain that gradually diminishes
-sensitive to every change in weather
- throbbing pulsating intermingled with pain
- headaches over left eye and temples
-at times a feeling of a tight band accross forehead
-mucous in the mornings
- hoarseness of voice
- sometimes feel weak when talking
- at times nervous system trembling
- weariness from walking

I'm sure there are other similarities too, so this does sound like a good one to try.

It has been 4 days since I took 3 doses of Stannum Metallicum 30c. Today I had to have some dental work done with novacaine and I'm wondering if that might interfere with the remedy.

Hi Sameer,

Actually, I have been fluctuating between feeling depressed, withdrawn and feeling kind of flat emotionally. The 2nd day after taking the remedy I felt very agitated all day. I've had a lot of burning, aching joints and puffiness all over. Huge cravings for food, especially chocolate, and I've kind of given up on trying to eat really well since I can't lose weight anyway. I have had a lot of nausea and some pains in my heart area off and on with some shortness of breath and pain in the middle left side of my back. That seems to be better today. The ocd has been acting up. I have been really exhausted and felt heavy like lead all day today. Every movement was a struggle. Today I was out doing some errands and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to pass out. The feeling lasted for a couple of minutes and then went away. I am feeling really huge and my stomach is distended more than usual. I almost look pregnant with most of the weight in my stomach area. I feel like all I have to do is look at something fattening, especially carbs, and I gain weight. I actually feel disgusted with the way I look and I just don't feel happy at all. I am under a lot of stress right now because we are going to be relocating and there is a lot to consider and to take care of. I'm starting to feel very overwhelmed by everything.

Hi Sameer,

It has been a few days since I updated you. The first day I had chest discomfort, trouble breathing, weakness and exhaustion, coughing, achy arms & joints and diarrhea. Yesterday I felt much better, calmer inside and more focused, not as overwhelmed by everything. Today, I still feel a little calmer inside but my emotions still feel kind of flat and maybe a little depressed. I'm tired and don't have a lot of energy today but I'm not feeling quite as agitated as I was. My skin is also getting better.

Hi Sameer,

I just want to add to what I wrote yesterday. I'm feeling very dark and depressed today. No energy and I just don't want to face or think about anything at all. I don't even want to talk to anyone. The ocd is worse today. Not much of an appetite and I'm feeling a little nauseas.

Hi Sameer,

It has been 4 days since taking 2 drops of Tub Bov LM1. On days 1 and 2 I was very tired, felt depressed and had diarrhea. Day 3 still very tired, depressed, pressure in head, had foggy brain and absolutely no energy. Yesterday, day 4, I was in bed for most of the day and slept on and off for 16 hours. Every movement felt like a huge effort and I was still feeling depressed.
Today, day 5, I feel much better mentally and physically. I'm not as depressed and I have a little more energy than the past few days, but I'm still a little overwhelmed by everything I need to do. I've noticed that my skin seems better today. Cravings are a little better and ocd seems better. I have been quite nauseas for the past few days, which seems to come and go, but I also feel a little calmer inside.

What do you think so far?

I just wanted to add to the above. Today I feel much more tired than yesterday. Every movement seems like a struggle and I feel exhausted. The cravings are a little worse today and the ocd is also worse today. I'm also starting to feel more overwhelmed by everything and not quite as calm inside.

Just reporting as scheduled after taking Tub Bov LM1 with 8 hits. Days 1 and 2, I was fatigued, had food cravings, constant headache and ocd. Last night I was extremely nauseas and felt very weak and shaky with lots of achiness all over. I almost felt like I had a fever. Today, day 3, I still have a frontal headache, weak, shaky, depressed, sinus pressure with sneezing in am, nausea(a little bit better), and ocd. I'm very fatigued and feeling overwhelmed by everything.
